This is a business that preys upon the poor. Poorly managed. Dirty. Needs to be torn down. Depressing even to go in. I lived there for 9 mo. Lost 10k best $$$$ I ever lost! Great neighbors but such poverty.

Avoid this place like the plaque. The worst management I have dealt with in my entire life. Rent has raised every year but maintenance and ameneties don’t improve. The neighbors are nice and I like the location but park management is terrible. Talk to the people who live in any of their properties before you buy.

Giod community awesome management and they are trust worthy people you just need to take care of your home just like a real block or wood frame house
