The weather has been gorgeous lately. This mobile home park is outstanding.Everyone is outside, mingling together, walking and biking and tending to their lawns. Great heated pool, and everyone is friendly.

A family member of mine owns a handyman company and we did some work in this trailer park and I can tell you that it is nothing like the pictures they provided and most of all there are nothing but drug addicts in this mobile home park and I dont believe it is 55 and up because I seen children running around and quite a few young people living there

This Development is a great Place to live, you own your Own land and YouTube HOA is $115.00 a Month which includes Water and Sewage. It is a very quite has a night patrol driving the neighborhood every night. unfortunately there are very few properties for sale, and one gos up it sells very fast. I love it here you have the right to due what you want to your property because you own the Land which is very important in Florida.

EXCELLENT PARK,LOTS OF ACTIVITIES AND EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT.I HAVE BEEN AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A MEMBER OF OUR SUNDOWNERS CLUB.I LOVE BEING ABLE TO SUPPORT OUR FLIGHT TO THE NORTH POLE AT THE SARASOTA AIRPORT FOR CHILDREN WITH LIFE THREATENING ILLNESSES.OUR MANATEE SHERIFFS ARE WONDERFUL TO BE ABLE TO TAKE ON A HUGE EVENT SUCH AS THIS.I AM VERY PROUD TO RESIDE THERE OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE EXCELLENT!!!

Was nice..now surrounded by rentals. Kids everywhere, loud rude neighbors. Patrol only in season..2021...you cant go to the office for questions or vote in person for board meetings to vote in person due to covid 19...but hey enjoy the fish fry and gravy and biscuits at the clubhouse! See a pattern? Corrupt !

Nice 55 and over park with great activities to keep you young. Land owned so low monthly dues is a Big Plus!

I lived unfortunately in the hick trailer park and hick mentally! WowIf you enjoy drug dealers and nasty uneducated people- you have arrived!Watch out for the pee pee pool that everyone from K&K trailer park comes and uses it, but they need bladder diapers at the pool please.Geneva is a blob of fat who regularly uses it from k&k and Doreen too!Why dont they move where there is a pool. Easy. LOW RENT people and the helicopters all the time in one of the worst areas of Bradenton and CJs adult bookstore on the corner are your entertainment. Too many non age restricted homes, high drug and theft park.

Horrible place to live. The cops are constantly in there. Drugs are rampant along with drug dealers. people are constantly yelling and screaming and fighting. Their problems with management have been long-standing. I would avoid at all cost!

Our experience at a Fairlane acres was amazing. Great people, wonderful neighborhood, close to everything, and a fabulous opportunity to be in Florida.

Nice neighborhood, nice pool,low HOA very good and quick services, always been welcomed with smiles and apple pie..never seen crime...a lots of handyman helps you . Close to everything especially from Anna Maria island beaches.Everything you need, restaurants, Walmart, liquor store,cinema, postal services, and many more things on the same road!

Right now sheriff on the way over to Fair Acres for yet another drug overdose. There was someone dealing heroin in there and they got put in prison now they are out and living there again. This place is disgusting, full of drug addicts.

There okay my aunt bought a trailer out there she had some problems my advice is when you buy the trailer buy the land to so the office cant take your trailer from you when you are 91years old like they did my aint who spent almost a 100thousand on her trailer and then some squatters moved in and the trailer park did nothing to put them out for 6 months my aunt didnt even get a chance to move in to her trailer and they messed the whole inside of the trailer up and my aunt was made to still pay the lites and water ect for the trailer not good
