Safe place to live. Very well taken care of. You rent the lot, own the home and they increase the rent 5% this January (typical). Its 55 and over so the cost of living increase for Social security for this year is 1.3%. For those trying to get by on SS it tends to run people out over time.

Negative stars would not even be adequate to describe this place. I would imagine the positive reviews are put there by the owners friends. Look at the common thread in the negative reviews. It shows the owner bullying people, constantly watching your activities, and looking for every chance possible to rip you off.I lived there for a short time, unfortunately, let me tell you it was an awful environment. In the process of selling and moving out, the owner found ways to cheat me out of several thousand dollars. Please, if you are considering this park, DO NOT!! You will be sorry. I am using an assumed name as this guy takes everyone to court who doesnt tow the line under his tyrannical rule of this park.

We lived there for a few years, management and out of state owners were terrible to work with.Rent goes up every year. We just bought a house end of story.

Me and my husband purchased a house in pescara lake three weeks ago. We are very happy with the community .The landscaping throughout the community is beautiful and very well maintained by the staff .We have found the staff and management to be friendly and professional .All of the residents seem very friendly and outgoing .We are looking forward to being members of this community.

It is not a gated community. A well taken care of mobile home park. I appreciate the manager and employees.

Clean, safe park but, as is typical, overly heavy-handed with rules and enforcement for the majority of residents who are all 55+. Not very appealing that they continue to increase the monthly lot fees every year in increments that seem to be questionably high.

When theyre looking for a place to buy, the woman in the office barely looked up from her paperwork and said there wasnt anything which I know is total BS. I guess she didnt like the way I looked which is weird because Im over 60 well-dressed and articulate.

Very clean and everybody in the community is very pleasant.

The manager is a joke he is a harrassing bully that hides behind antiquated state rules and if you dont do what they want you will get evicted. The rent goes up every year without fail and if you complain about it the answer is You dont like it Move.Basically this place is like a Concentration Camp

Terrible community manager and they kept my application fee $100 after being approve and my co-applicant denied for bad credit on disability for no valid reason...! Arent they supposed to be careful with the senior citizen with medical issues in Florida ? Mike told me to kick him out to get in his park when he had only 2 years to live...and i was his caregiver. Even his boss ask him what he decide to do over the phone and after i tried to explain his health issues he still refused him. He got even more angry just asking him his last name. You dont need to know my name...! Thats what i call rude. He changed or hide his temper since the bad reviews. Happy Pescara Lake manager my roommate is dead now !

Reduced to 4 stars due to their excessive lot rent increases. This is a 55 and older park. Lots of tenants living on social security. The 5% increase with a projected COLA increase around 1.9% hurts.

Alternator went out on my car and I glided into their parking lot because it was the only place I could go. The maintenance man yelled at me stating that my car just happened to stop in their parking lot. I told him a tow was on the way and he told me that I shouldnt be here. I advised that agree and that I will be gone shortly. And he said he will contact his general manager. A few minutes later his general manager shows up and accuses me of having an attitude with his maintenance man. I explained to gm that his maintenance man was yelling at me because I am parked in a spot and their completely empty parking lot. Apparently the spot I was in was designated for the maintenance vehicle and the maintenance man had such a superior air of authority. The maintenance man also puffed cigarette smoke into my face and vehicle. Instead of trying to help a citizen in need, I was screamed at and belittled by the high and mighty maintenance man and the general manager. I advised them that I had no problem calling the police to come wait with me because of their threatening manner. Keep in mind that the parking lot was completely empty and no traffic came through. Only one person walked through the parking lot the whole time I was waiting for the tow truck. I feel bad for the residents that live here. They must have to deal with a lot of ignorance, arrogance, and stupidity.
