Service, service, service, something forgotten at the big box stores, but not here, a knowledgeable staff that is eager to assist you with any question, a very well stocked store.

We were greeted right away upon entering the store. We needed a new grill for our new house. Got some great one on one assistance with my choice. Showed me the options and helped us make the right choice for us. New grill cover and propane all delivered in like two days! These people really are the helpful hardware people!! They helped me to find the right electrical outlet I needed, the right faucet connection. What I was gonna get was not even close to the right one! Any other store wouldnt have even bothered to ask me, what I was gonna do with the items I was purchasing, and was I sure that I was getting the right things, which after their questions, they determined which things I really needed! They are great people... Saved me lots of time and money!! Highly recommend this store!

I go here because they always have exactly what I need. They are friendly and knowledgeable and dont have a silly wear your mask! sign on the front door. They are conveniently located at the first place I go when I need that special hardware item. I got a couple of truck keys cut and he did it while I waited and watched. Professional and precise. This store is a do not miss on your local hardware shopping! I highly recommend!

Walked in and needed a few screws. No big deal, but they immediately helped and went out of their way to get them right.We are new in the area and I prefer to always shop local. I usually will go to a store with a small order first.This will be my go to place.

This is a real local hardware store. Not a big box. Not a discount place. It is a place for neighborhood folks to grab gardening, grilling, pool cleaning, and painting and fix-up projects. They dont have every variety of everything, bit its likely theyll have something that will work and often exactly the thing you need.

I would not recommend this store out of others. Some of the staff is not willing to help another person out versus other stores.

Accused before asking. When trying to return an item (receipt had been thrown away by me on accident) that was purchased yesterday, my husband was TOLD, not asked, You didnt buy it from this store, and when my husband responded, Yes, I did. I bought it yesterday, the cashier said, Oh, thats why... When my husband tried to explain more, the cashier immediately put his hand up at him so he would stop talking. The told husband, #Im trying to figure this out.

Its Ace..lots of novelty items..great place for small stuff..if dont feel like running to Lowes or Home Depot..but will break the bank..if need a larger order..!! My biggest complaint..is if have to return a item..they question you..make you feel guilty..

This place is really awesome. Just to let you know, they do keys for any vehicle, even 2020 Vehicles. Even the remotes, it is way cheaper than the dealer. Like half the price. How cool is that, they also have the Rug Doctor steam cleaners. Way better than Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot. They carry junk. Ace Hardware, yeah they got it goin on, seriously.! If you havent been there, then get there, and check them out. Youre welcome.

Very helpful staff. Compared to Lowes and Home Depot, it is outstanding. Bought a Weber grill and stand which had to be ordered in a particular color. They assembled it for me saving me a lot of grief.

5 star service here. Everytime I shop in this store everyone is extremely helpful. Something you dont see often enough today.

We took two mower blades to be sharpened on May 20 or 21, told they’d be ready Monday, May 25. Today is June 5, over 2 weeks later, and they’re still not done! You lost us as customers.

I had a bad experience with customer service today. Called in to get an estimate on cutting some glass for a home project. After I was given a price which I agreed on, I was told to stop in in 2 hours to pick up the glass. 2 hours later I was at the store to pick up my order. I was directed to a back counter to pick up my glass. I stood by the counter for 10 min while the employee assisted another customer. I was never acknowledged until he was finished with the customer before me. He finally ask how he could help. I reminded him of my phone call 2 hours. At this time he ask me for the measurements of the glass, which had previously given to him. My reply was that he already had them and the glass was to be ready. He handed me a slip of paper to write down the size and believe it or not it was the same paper that he had written the glass size from my original call. At this point his attitude became became very unfriendly. His response was very condescending and he did not cut glass for anybody until they were at the store. I had glass cut 6 months ago and it was ready when I got there. I responded to him by saying he needed to lose the attitude and I wasn’t coming back.I suggest using a different store .

The Ace hardware at Lockwood commons is horrible. The store associates are very nice. Unfortunately the manager is awful! He should not be working in retail. Tried returning, with receipt and never used the item. And I was taken aside, told he wouldn’t take it back, scolded like I was a child & I’m 52 years old. His behavior was rude and obnoxious for no apparent reason. All this was in front of others shopping & checking out. Finally, after 45 minutes & insisting he call upper management, I was given my money back. I have never been through so much scrutiny over a return in my life! First time patron, and because of his unnecessary behavior I will never shop there again.

AVOID this location.I checked their website had a tool for $9.99 in stock. Went to their store asked where to find the tool. The gentleman took me to exactly what I needed but, at 50% higher, I showed him their store website it is 50% less. He stated, order it online and come back and pick it up. NO THANKS, I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Great, friendly staff. They had what we wanted and their chip reader worked! (Unlike a competitor who had ONE regular check out open on a busy Saturday morning and their self checkouts chip readers werent working...).

Need to get their act together. Purchased multiple bags of red of red mulch. Went outside to pick up and they had none. Went back inside to get refund. Had to jump through hoops and fill out paperwork & then cashier could not get refund to work UGH!!!!
