I am knew to the area and this is my new favorite store. The staff was super helpful and polite. They have everything from hardware (obviously), fishing supplies and even a gift shop that my wife perused while I got what I needed. Ill be looking for reasons to go back!

Ive always shopped on the home repair side. Today, I went into the craft side. They have such wonderful things that you can get for several occasions and decorations. The staff was friendly and amazing! They also have some fresh fudge that was super delicious!!

I just love this place! From the moment you walk in you know you will be able to find anything you need because there are staff everywhere ready and available to help you. The place is super clean and welcoming. I have never came in and not found what I needed very quickly. All you have to do is ask where something is and a staff member will walk you directly to find it. The gift shop is an added bonus at this location. So many great items and you have to try out there fudge! Overall I have had a great experience every single time I come to this location. Its also a good thing that it is less than five blocks from my house.

Excellent store. I was very surprised with how great of a selection they had. Very friendly & helpful staff. Somebody to answer all my questions no matter what department. Very easy to find things unlike the huge store so called hardware stores. Will definitely be going back to do more of my hardware shopping. Always try and support your local businesses, and this one is not hard to want to support. They have a friendly staff that is always around to help, they have a good selection, and the prices are sometimes better than the big box stores. The main thing I like about this is you can get paint, have a key made, and pickup much needed hardware quickly and easily and have someone there to help, the time savings makes it worth it.

I love this store........ This part is for Crowders. They have gorgeous gifts here and this is the only store where I can find my favourite candles, Tyler Candles. Theyre really fantastic. The staff are friendly here and there is always lots of lovely things to mooch about and covet. Recommended.Ace............. Its a lovely store. The people working here are so friendly and helpful. What can I say, if you have ever been here then you know what I mean. I have been shopping at this ACE HARDWARE for over 30 years. Its not as close, or inexpensive as the big box stores, however the superb Customer Service adds value that to me is priceless. Im of the age that remembers great customer service, and sadly have seen its decline for lower prices. Not here! There HAS NEVER been an issue, problem, part or situation that they could not speak too and solve. From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, help is easily accessible, and its legit. If they dont know they tell you, and find someone who does. So do yourself a favor, try THIS Ace Hardware, you may pay a little more, but its worth every penny!

Yo... I have been going here for YEARS. They almost always have what I want and need from a local hardware store. They are more than adequately staffed, and now they even have an outdoor/fishing section! Be sure to swing by on your way to the beach for some surf-casting, or boating trip. Theyll probably have something you need, even if you didnt know you needed it when you walk in the door. I always walk out with a smile on my face, and way more stuff than I intended.

This store is by far the best hardware store I have ever been to. I dont do a ton of reviews but this one is well deserved. The attention to the customer starts as soon as you walk in with the concierge asking what they can help you with and radioing an associate to help you in the aisle they direct you to. Mark S., Jim, and Megan were great help and had me checking out in short order with everything I was looking for. Hats off to the ownership and management team. I am going to share my experience with managers in my own company as an example of what the best can look like!

This is a great Ace Hardware. The unique shop that is attached to it is so special. It was great for my husband to get the hardware he needed and I found some great Easter decorations plus some hand cream that I usually have to buy online. Great combination of stores...love it!

I was unable to find canning jar lids anywhere. As usual I should have gone to Crowders first because they had them in stock at a reasonable price

As an Ace Rewards member and a frequent customer of this neighborhood hardware store, I have admired and respected the staff for their customer service and knowledge, and management/ownership for such a complete and well priced inventory. However, my last two visits in February left me very disappointed that, in spite of the clearly displayed requirement for mask wearing, I encountered multiple customers without masks, one of which became belligerent when I backed away in a narrow aisle. I will no doubt have an opportunity to visit the store again soon and hope and expect to see enforcement of the Crowder Bros. Ace mask policy, i.e., prohibiting entrance to the store to those without a mask. I acknowledge that confronting prospective patrons about this issue is uncomfortable, but the consequence of the remote chance of infecting others with a potentially deadly virus must take precedent.I’m glad you responded to my initial review, but there is not a commitment to prohibiting entrance to those that refuse to wear a mask. Do you intend to prevent the potential spread of the virus in your store by refusing entrance to anyone refusing to wear a mask?

Went into ace today and we had not problem we chose not to wear a mask and multiple employees asked if we need help. No one said a thing about us not having a mask. We went over to crowder brothers and on employee spoke to us and said nothing about not having a mask. So we looked around and out of no where an employee asked if we needed a mask and we kindly said no and she became very rude. Saying we you should have one on and telling us to look around every one else had one on which was not true at all. There is no mandate Saying we have to wear one so that is our choice not to wear one.

This is a great place for people who need a birthday gift, funny card, custom gifts like yetis, gag gifts, or for some beachy items. The gift shop is connected to the hardware store so your man can go looking too! The gift shop has trendy wear and Vera Bradley bags as well as Brighton! I always love the free gift wrapping! So when youre in a pinch and need it wrapped they got you covered. The only negative is items are pricey so make sure you come with a full wallet :)

Went with my daughter-in-law she needed a part for her bathroom we had three or four people waiting on us and we found it right away or in and out in about 5 minutes very thorough.

5 stars!We were in search of a bolt for a Dodge tailgate that had damaged threads. Lowes hardware staff said they could not match the threads that we would have to go to a Dodge dealership. Dodge said we would have to order a 4 pack of bolts for $60. We decided to try Ace. We were greeted at the door by a friendly young man. We were asked if we needed help in the hardware isle and the man quickly found us the right size bolt. He then double checked with another gentleman that the bolt would work. The second gentleman without hesitation found a similar body bolt that was even closer to what we were looking for. We grabbed a few more things a headed to check out. The cashier was friendly and efficient. We will go to Ace from now on. You cant find customer service like that at any other hardware store! We installed the tailgate today and the $1.29 bolt fit perfectly. They sell a wide variety or items and have a nice gift shop as well. Thank you Ace and staff!!
