Me and my dad came here to check out the golf carts as my fathers birthday is coming up and he has been looking for a new cart to use at his club. The owner Bill was very informative while showing us the quality that goes into each cart as his son was hand building each one to order. We got a beautiful lifted cart all white with custom seats and all brand new batteries. The prices are unbeatable and I honestly believe that Ill be there in the coming weeks to order one for myself

This place is great! I work for a condo association and have 2 carts on site. We started using xtreme golf carts for our supplies and repairs. Both the father and the son are xtremely nice and helpful. They helped with our issues, told us the best way to go about what we needed done, and didnt try to get us to go the most expensive way. They have all of our future business from here on out. They also have a great selection of some really great golf carts, this place has it all for your golf cart needs. Thank you guys again!

I recently bought a set of Trojan batteries from them that work better than expected. I’m going to be honest, the price was so great that I thought it was too good to be true, but it was true. They are a wholesale dealer so they can offer the public the same prices as the dealers. My batteries are still running strong. I will be back for a set of rims soon. Thank you for the great deal!

Walking into the facility I was greeted with a friendly smile and they asked what I needed right away. They had the part that I needed in my quickly in my hand, due to the fact that I had called earlier and asked about it.Throughtout the interaction they looked for more than one option to solve my issue. Even options that would save me money. My time there was short because they helped me efficiently and I was short on time. While I was there I noticed they had many options for golf carts and different bicycles. All in all I was pleased to do business with Bill and Chad.

I have not been to or bought from this store. I was referred here though by a friend for new batteries for my cart. I will certainly be visiting the store simply because of the owners professionalism in responses to his negative reviewers. Once my visit is through,I will make another review. I too am in the service business and it sickens me how people use social media to bash someone or their company because they cant seem to talk it out with the company. Well done Bill, I will see you next week.I visited the store last Wednesday as I said I would. Bill was not there but his son was and was very helpful. They had one set of 4 12v batteries left. The price was great. The next day I came back with my old batteries and left with what I needed. I have no issues with this business and highly recommend it. If youre looking for new batteries, call them. Tell them what youre looking for and theyll get you a price.

Great value!!! My wife and I are looking forward to seeing our new (to us) golf cart tomorrow when it is delivered! This business is easy to work with! We are customizing our 2016 Club Car to our desires! Yahoo!! We cant wait to see it when it arrives!! When we get good treatment as as customer... we tell our friends... Double Yahoo!!! I was in the market for a golf cart for a couple months, shopping around different places. When I visited Xtream golf carts they tended to all of my questions and requests and also left with more knowledge about carts that I hadn’t known prior. I ended up purchasing a lifted club car from them that they customized for me with everything I wanted. And 6 months later my family and I still love the cart we bought and we cannot explain how satisfied we are with our decision. 10/10 would recommend checkin these guys out!

Just called there to see IF there was a Golf Cart I could buy in MY price range.I must have offended whoever answered the phone by calling him “honey”, his response was to ME, I am not a honey, I am a Professional Sales Person, REALLY!! Not professional and personable at all! After this call, I would never ever buy from here!!I am from Minnesota, “Minnesota Nice”!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a cart from this small, crappy company... had a issue with the cart... was told and explained by Bill that he would take care if it... more then a few times..then told me nothing but stories and excuses not to repair the cart or even look at it. This company is a joke. Bill is a liar, period. His word means nothing and they will screw you over when it comes time to do anything. This guy belittles people and speaks to you in a demeaning fashion. Its known in the area and there are better places to buy a cart. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

The owner, Bill, talked us thru the entire process on the phone, his son built us the gorgeous, custom cart and his best friend delivered it to our door 2 hrs away within a week of ordering. The personal service provided by this family business was exceptional, with pics of the cart being built. You will get the best from Bill and we tell everyone to call him & check out his website. Bill is an old fashioned, honest small businessman that is true to his word and we are so impressed with our experience.

My fiance called this morning in search of a part and was informed that he doesnt sell parts to the public.. his advertising says otherwise! We will be taking our business elsewhere to a company that is willing to help us..

First off I never write reviews. This being my first golf cart and really not wanting to spend the money on a new one, I was searching for a used one. Skeptical of searching Craigslist and getting a raw deal from an individual. I came across Bills post with an extensive explanation of what was to be provided. I called Bill, answered all my questions but was not pushy at all. I placed my order a few days after with numerous changes thru the build. Bill was extremely accommodating with my requests, he did not have a problem. I could tell his main objective was to deliver EXACTLY what i wanted. Bill delivered the cart exactly when he said he would. Overall my experience was flawless. I am certain it was not an anomaly. Thank you Bill, the family is loving our new toy.

Best price around on batteries...drove all the way from Tampa to buy them here. Bad thing is the hours posted on here, Google are not correct. They close at 4:00...I drove all the way from Tampa to buy 6 batteries and I called to get directions as I was two blocks away and they has been closes For 6 minutes!! It was 4:06 when I called! Google had hours listed as open until 8!! I begged them to give me a few minutes since I came 71 miles to buy batteries but no luck...I had to drive back the next day...only because they still had the lowest price around on batteries..I think I paid like $475 for 6 batteries...thats a deal. Nice enough guy in person with great prices just make sure you call ahead to verify the hours and not count on them being internet savvy to keep up with their listing on here.

This place must have new owners because we have delt over the years with this place and you were always treated very good.This time went into buy some batteries and the guy who waited on us was the most rude person i ever delt with.Kept changing prices from 70..00 a battery to 100.00 a battery cant have them now come back on monday.even though they were there and the places was open and they were showing carts to other people.Do yourself a favor and go down the street you may pay 5.00 more but you will be treated respectfully.If they had no stars i would have picked that..

My father bought a cart from them recently and couldnt say enough good about Bill at XGC. His cart was so nice I had to buy one for one for our family. I shopped craigslist looking for deals but didnt feel comfortable buying someone elses problem. Bill knows his stuff and everything he sells is clean, like new.The custom seat I wanted was about a week out. Even though I was willing to wait, he was kind enough to deliver it with a near match so we could enjoy the cart in the meantime without having to wait. Once the seat comes in they are coming back to my house to swap them out. Thats going above the mark. 5 stars from me and 5 from my dad. Thank you Bill, family, and crew

Cash only operation. Ordered six batteries and was given a price. Showed up and they said there was an error, and I had to pay $60 more. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes with some of my old batteries in my car and some out. Asked me not to get an attitude while I waited with my wife in the hot sun.Wont go there again.

Bill was fair at the time of sale. Then I needed a new charger 3 months later. He told me to go look on Craigslist WHAT??? He will sell them to you but they do not fix them or you are on your own.
