I recently had very pleasant experience at American Pride. Our sales person, Brad, was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. He put us at ease and no question was too big or too small! From the moment I walked in to their show room I was greeted and treated like royalty! Purchased my first cart from them and a year later decided to upgrade to a six seater from a four seater and the experience was the same, top notch! I had a few hiccups along the road with my gnu cart and they were there in a heartbeat. They came to the house picked up the car and had it back the next day. If you adjustments had to be made to the cupholders which is nothing major but even for something so minor they were they are so fast to service my needs. I would recommend them without a doubt to anyone needing a cart. I don’t personally with Logan on both transactions as well as a few other reps including warren. Warren Is as real as it gets. Warren and the whole team killed it: I had a golf cart that I brought down from Pennsylvania and they took care of all of the DOT requirements got the golf cart already for use in Florida. I had a wedding coming up and they met the deadline. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is doing business or buying a golf cart in the Sarasota area. They did everything they said they would do. And they kept in communication with me the entire time which is highly important.

American “Lack of” Pride Golf CartsAlthough we were adamant that we wanted GAS, Logan (owner’s son) convinced us that he could build us one that would do 30 mph, and would get 35-40 miles on a single charge (in writing). We got all of the bells and whistles available-to the tune of just a little over $12,000, TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. After we received it, we never verified the speed but did log barely 10 miles on a charge. Two weeks after delivery the motor burned up. We asked for them to take the cart back and refund our money. We finally agreed to have a local shop do repairs. Upon completion of repairs the cart still did at best 25 mph (only 22 mph consistently) and only 20 mils per charge. We again asked for them to return our money. These people may talk a good story but when it came to honoring their warranty they would not and were incredibly RUDE. Bottom line, we have a lawyer handling this for us.SO MUCH FOR AMERICAN PRIDE

I bought my 2016 EZ Go cart in February. It looks like a 2020. Logan first gave me a complete tour of American Pride and explained how each cart is made. It cruises at approx. 22 mph. Many of my friends have bought from Logan and Im sure more will, too. Fantastic business with quality carts at competitive prices. Dont even bother looking somewhere else! I use it to get to and from the course, on the course and even to go and get groceries. EZ Go carts from American Pride are the best.

I was expecting a used car scenario which is what most others experience. What I got was an experience that was really friendly and the staff (I dealt with Logan) was knowledgeable about the custom cart build process and parts. I took two years to finally build my dream cart with Logan and the crew at American Pride. I finally pulled the trigger after multiple visits and emails and Logan knocked it out of the park. I went with a refurb Lithium EZGO and couldn’t have been happier. UNTIL, we put our house on the market and the offer came in as “we want the house, AND THE CART!”. Literally, Logan and his guys built the cherry on top that sold my house! And you know what I will buy with the proceeds?!? The EXACT SAME AP cart AGAIN!!! These guys kill it and it’s recognizable enough that anyone that sees their cart says, “I have to have it.” And I’m going to be a customer that says it TWICE!!!

Logan and James were absolutely great to work with! From start to finish, very professional and honest. Logan handled all the paperwork with the DMV as our cart was built to be Street Legal. No snafus with any of the paperwork and even the folks at the DMV were complimentary regarding how well American Pride does with their paperwork. UPDATE: 8/27/20 - Still ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. My cart had a broken bracket. American Pride was very quick to fix the issue. I really cannot say enough good things about this company. I trust them and it is clear to me they are a very accountable company. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I took my old golf cart to American Pride and asked Logan to help me spruce it up. Let me tell you, they over delivered big time. Three things stood out to me. 1) Logan personally ensured my cart was done right. It was very obvious to me he didnt simply delegate but ensured it was done perfectly. 2) Although I dont know Logan well, I trust him. I would have spent 15K on a new golf cart. Instead I spent much less and I am actually happier with the cart I ended up with. I dont know margins but even if Logan made more money on a rebuild, it was a win-win. 3) Say-do ratio. I gave Logan a tight deadline as to when I wanted the cart back. He said he would do everything he could to get it back to me by that deadline. He delivered. He also delivered on everything else he said he would. To top it off the gentleman that delivered the cart was great as well. Awesome company. One I would highly recommend.

American Pride Golf Cart Services LLC - I started noticing a few issues/problems with our golf cart. I looked on the internet for a well reviewed repair/service dealer to fix ‘er up.American Pride’s reviews were more numerous and higher rated than the others combined. So I called them, told them about the issues I had with the cart, and set a pickup time.I just got our cart back. OUTSTANDING!!! It’s like new... No, better than new. Not only did they call me about what they found, they went over the cost to fix it before starting the work... so there were no surprises.They even fixed a couple of minor things that I didn’t mention, and I wasn’t charged for them. Do be aware... some golf cart parts have to be ordered and due to COVID restrictions/layoffs/issues, it may take a little longer than normal to get the parts... the service department will inform you ‘if’ that might happen.They called before pickup and drop off to let you know when they would be there. Our cart was washed and wiped down with a ‘armor-all’ substance, and looks GREAT!These people are top notch pro’s. You won’t be disappointed.

I visited American Pride Golf Cart Services before I retired and was impressed with the knowledge and expertise of, not just Paul and Logan, but everyone I met who worked there. I came back after retirement and worked with Logan. He took all the time needed to go over everything I wanted on my cart. He steered me away of some stuff and explained, IN DETAIL, why. He wanted me to get the MOST cart at the best price. The showroom is nothing but impressive. When Logan had a suggestion, he could show me the item already built on a cart thus making my decisions much easier. These guys have been doing this a long time! They know what they are doing! Also, when the cart would be delivered, Logan looked at his watch and said, It will be delivered at 3:00pm! The driver had my cart on my driveway at 2:58pm! The driver also went over everything about the charging, battery water level, as well as other important things I needed to know and there were many ideas he gave me that I didnt know!

What a great family owned company that makes quality golf carts! We had a slight issue shortly after we purchased our cart which left us stranded in a parking lot and Logan sent out a repairman immediately! The customer service is seriously the best around. We are so pleased with our golf cart!! The original pan was to purchase a used cart and restore it. By the time we added in the price of the replacement parts we were close enough to the price of a new cart (with warranty) so we purchased a new cart. Weve added a large dog crate on the back so the dogs can ride in style and safely. Logan was wonderful! What a great family owned business. I went into American Pride today because I needed to get a flat tire from my golf cart looked at and without any hesitation Logan took it in the back garage and fixed it for me within 10 minutes and did not even take a cent not many very kind people in the world like this. Fixed my new cart due to lightning shorting out all the electronics, not a cheap fix, but they did a good job, they sell nice custom carts and stuff.

Fantastic place to do business with! We bought our golf cart from them 6 months ago and couldnt be happier with the service and professionalism. They have proved to stand by their product which seems to be hard to find these days. Had a couple minor issues and but they were quick to respond and resolve problem. Just had a flat tire, brought it in and fixed in 10 min, free of charge! These guys are great! Highly recommended for a golf cart and/or service!!!

I had the best experience working with Logan to build my own custom cart. I got to choose many options and even had the seats embroidered. Custom paint scheme and a bluetooth stereo topped it all off. I am very impressed with the service I received and final product. I recommend Pride Carts without hesitation.

American Pride is FIRST CLASS when it comes to knowlege and know how. I needed new batteries and they helped me select the RIGHT kind for my application. Once ordered they had my two 8D batteries on site in 2 days. If you need batteries go and see Logan. He really knows his stuff!!

I was ready to purchase a golf cart at another dealer, at the last minute my wife and I decided to check out AMERICAN PRIDE GOLF CARTS in Bradenton. Logan was very professional, he insisted that my wife test drive a couple different carts we were interested in, to make sure she was comfortable, then he answered all my questions and helped me set up our cart that would best suit our needs. I have to tell you he even steered me away from a couple of accessories I was thinking about because in his words, I might feel it was money not well spent. He then gave us a price that was a much better value for our money and a MUCH NICER cart. After delivering right on the date he promised, there was a small issue with the cart, Logan had it picked up immediately to correct the problem.
