We were researching and shopping for golf carts for almost a year...both in Florida, and out of state too. We visited many dealerships in the area. On our 1st visit to Razor Golf Carts, we knew we would be purchasing from them. Robert and Heather were amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Robert took his time explaining the different carts, pros and cons etc. He was not pushy or overbearing at all. He answered his personal phone everytime we called with another question and was always patient and thorough. Even though there were always people in the showroom and phones ringing, he made us feel like we were his only customer and never rushed us. We got everything we wanted, plus some extra fun accessories too. Heather made the financing process seamless. We were in and out in 15 min!! The cart was ready almost immediately..and Robert delivered to our home same day.. I highly recommend Razor Golf Carts and wished I had went their 1st and saved myself time and headache.

I stopped in just to check out the Icon carts and learn about them. But after Robert explained all the standard equipment on an Icon golf cart, and showed his genuine customer service attitude, we made a deal and I purchased the cart. Herb (another very professional customer service oriented gentleman) delivered it two days later as I requested. There were a couple of small issues, when I called Robert and he assured it would be taken care of, he had the cart picked up and took care of the minor issues and had it back to me ASAP. I cannot recommend Robert and his entire team at Razor Golf Carts highly enough. Definitely a fair, honest dealer with a great selection of colors and models. Thank You Robert.

I have owned many golf carts and purchased from multiple dealerships. The most important thing when you own a golf cart is service and reliability on the dealership. These guys have always been there when I needed them from service to getting my cart back on time for a needed deadline. I highly recommend this dealership!!!

Our neighbor suggested we contact Robert at Razor Golf Cars to get a street legal Golf Cart. He had just purchased one and expressed how awesome the experience was for his purchase.Went in as soon as they opened a couple of weeks ago and while Robert was putting the carts in front of his store, he told us to walk around and look at the different carts to get an idea of what worked for us. After looking at the different options, he then proceeded to talk to us about our needs and then made some suggestions. As the discussion proceeded, he asked a few questions and gave his experience on some of our choices offering up his expertise. We ended up purchasing a cart that day and the whole process and experience was great.Great info, price and a great guy. A friend told us about Razor Golf Carts. Herbie picked up our cart for free. He gave me some helpful pointers regarding upkeep on our cart. Robert, the owner, and Pete a salesperson were both very friendly on the phone. When I had a question they got back to me very quickly. Tony the Technician educated us on several things. He is very thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to golf Carts. Thanks to all of you at Razor Golf Carts. We highly recommend you to all those in need of purchasing or having your cart repaired.

The cart was nice and ran well. Little disappointed in the communication as they seemed very busy and disorganized on the phone. The quote was $40 less than the actual charge as well. They quote one price over the phone then change it when just prior to receiving the cart. No time to shop around last minute. I thought the pricing quoted was all in minus tax, but it’s not. They add delivery fee and god know what to get the price from $210 to $250. This is for a two-day rental.

Stopped in and rented a cart for a few weeks. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.Cart was delivered the next day, as promised.If possible, I will probably rent it another week.Thank you for a great experience.

I purchased a new Advanced EV Advent golf cart from Razors. It was delivered April 10th. I worked with Tony and it did take longer for my custom details to be installed and the cart turned out excellently. I would recommend Razors but I would not recommend dealing with Robert, the part owner. He was very rude and impatient with me before and after the sale. They are excessively busy with their product that is in high demand. In my opinion this part owner should not treat a paying customer with any curt words or crass statements, regardless of his harried schedule.

Great bunch of folks at Razor Golf Carts. Robert and Jason are very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful with picking out my new cart. No hard sell very laidback and answered all my questions in a straightforward manner. Purchased my cart on Thursday and they delivered it (With no Delivery Charge) on Saturday- pretty impressive considering all the accessories I asked them to install. Price was very reasonable and a great deal less than a comparable vehicle at other area shops.. If your in the market for a golf cart do yourself a favor and start with Razor.They provide rental carts as well.

Robert was terrific. Phoned at noon on a Saturday and had perfect golf cart delivered at 3:30 pm and sitting in my garage!

Picked out a cart this weekend and Robert answered all our questions and let us take our time finding the one that worked for our family. The cart we selected was complete with a camo wrap, lifted with large wheels, sound system and Led party lights! Robert even delivered it the same evening. Up date... What a difference there is after the purchase. NO Customer Service for Warranty repairs. Youre put off till they get around to you. They worked on it three times and the issues are still there. Always issues beyond their control as an excuse to pick it up. Got hung up on. They are going to take it to the factory when they can get to it. Beginning to realize I made a mistake buying here. Be careful if you choose to purchase here. Today I was told it could be another 90 days till they can get to me. ///Original Post-Great purchase and friendly sales staff. Had to special order our new Icon cart but it was easy and worry free. If you want s great experience see these guys.

I had purchased a new cart and had a great experience, and maintenance was done timely, this was about 3 years ago. Currently the service has been horrible they have taken a cart for service several times and months had gone by without an update and when we got the cart back it still didnt run. I have been currently waiting nearly 6 months for my cart to be repaired and no one returns phone calls. When I do actually get to speak to a person they tell me they will call back shortly with an update and shortly never happens. I use to praise this place, but now all I want is my cart back and as far as I am concerned they should close up their doors and find another line of work.

Terrible management with little to no respect for customers or employees alike. If I could give less than one star I would. Also this business isnt above purchasing reviews or reviewing their own business falsely. The first 3 reviews are the business owner as well as his family and after any bad review you can guarantee hes going to hand out a discount for a good review to follow it.

Contacted them 3-26-21 to come out and help me fix a tire that got a screw in it since they are at the campground weekly that we stay at. Was told it would be Monday. Texted them Monday and they never showed. Texted Tuesday to get the response they now arent going to help.

I rented the “last available cart” over the Memorial Day weekend.. used it to go to and from the pool ... on Saturday sine we checked in after 5pm on Friday... we noticed it was slow on Saturday but we charged it overnight thinking maybe we didn’t plug it in all the way.. Sunday same issues Since we had a three year old with us we came back to camp site daily for naps (charging it for the three hours during his nap) went back to the pool then campsite for dinner .. decided to take long ride around the park before bedtime (8pm Sunday night) however cart didn’t t even make it three blocks before dying... called owner to be informed he was here all day and just left 20 minutes before we were OUT OF LUCK....so I wouldn’t recommend using this company... EVER

You want a golf cart and a awesome deal, buy here...Robert & Jason made my purchase a breeze, best price imaginable & add ons just about at cost !!! Communication was great with how the cart was coming along...will definitely return for any other addons & futures purchases.... you should too !!!!!
