The Caddy Shack is a great place to get your golf cart and get repairs done. They have always been prompt and reasonably priced. Chris and Rick really know their stuff and are focused on customer service. I will 100% buy from them again.

Things worked out well in the beginning. I got my cart back and it was lifted and looked good except a bad vibration that wasnt there before. Lou said he would take care of it. We set a day for him to pick it up and he was a no show, No calls. I cant get a hold of him, Wont call me back and still owes me $70 for a part that never showed up! This is how you do business Lou?

I have used Caddy Shack Gold Carts for repairs on my carts several times. I have an older vintage cart that needs occasional parts and repair. They give outstanding and friendly customer service every time. I take advantage of their fairly priced pick up and delivery service. The repairs are done quick and always fairly priced. Rick has been able to do wonders to keep my old but special cart on the road. They also have great carts for sale, and we picked up a used cart at a great price from them to add to our collection. I highly recommend them ! !

I give the highest of marks for Caddy Shack and their work and their promptness and their prices. I thought I had one type of a problem with talking to another dealer who was going to come and pick my cart up on Friday and I took a chance on calling Caddy Shack because its right around the corner from me and she came within a half an hour of my calling and they checked over the cart with what I thought was wrong and it was something totally different but they took care of it fixed it brought it back to me in a matter of hours and so much more inexpensive than these big time dealers. They are awesome and I very highly recommend them!!!!! A family owned business who actually takes pride in their work and their customer service. My neighbor already had them Take her cart after they bought mine back and my mom and dad will hear about it the minute they get back. Small family businesses seem to have more pride so theyve got my thumbs up totally!!!!!!

A+ customer service. Rick (the owner) can fix anything and his custom work from fiber glassing to painting is AMAZING! They are a mom and pop company who aim to always please their customers. Highly recommended for all of your holf cart needs.

I have used them twice and have no complaints.For one thing, they picked up my cart at home and were on time, WHICH, seems to never happen in Florida.Prices are fair, and I am going to send a customer there as they are trustworthy and I am a tough judge on customer service.Don S.

Perfect mom and pop (wife and husban) business. Honestly, integrity, trustworthiness. May not be as cheap as the internet but if we don’t sponsor our local businesses we won’t have service like kris and her husband provide. I was looking for charger Kris offered to check my charger for minimal fee after husban checked advised me to check water in batteries nothing wrong with charger. Ammozon doesn’t do that. I later bought steering wheel and w Now looking for 2nd cart I believe you can spend a little more but will be less in the end. And no this is a happy customer not a paid advertising. Like the large shops pay for.

Just bad, a little mom and pop place, very small...had to order parts, waited forever to get my parents cart repaired. Only one man working there, junk all over, very unprofessional business. Never going back!
