Ben has helped me maintain continuity of communications with a sincere โletโs get this taken care ofโ attitude. And thatโs what keeps my business: plain old give-a-darn!Whether addressing a billing issue, advising me on a warranty matter or just letting me know about industry trends, I never get the up sell from Ben. I get exactly what I came in the shop for: honest customer service.

I recently purchased 2 iPhones and an iPad from Ben. One of the phones was for my sister in Maine. He made the logistics of the phone swap and activation very simple, and he was willing to help walk her through issues over the phone. I had never used an Apple product before, but Ben helped me with my new iPhone and iPad. He said I could come in or call any time I had difficulties, questions, problems, etc. with my new products. Of course, sometimes you have to wait for the employees to finish helping the people that were ahead of you, but while I was waiting for Ben, the other employees were just as willing to help answer any questions that werent specifically for Ben. Much appreciated.Everyone there has been very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and pleasant to work with. I will definitely go back there again when I need a new phone.
This is one of the worst Verizon experiences Ive ever had. Thats saying a lot because Verizon stores have historically been horrible. Was told there would be a restocking fee to cancel the misguided order on some new phones because they would have to confirm nothing was damaged or a problem. That would be understandable the only person to touch the new phones not been the store owner. Admitted that he was in the wrong but didnt make it right.
Consumer beware. Bottom line up front: Only purchase a phone and service at a Verizon โcorporateโ store. Sometimes you receive what might be perceived as good service if you have no issues after a purchase. However, that is not our case.My wife and I purchased each an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a trade-in at the Verizon โretailโ store at Creekwood Crossing. We each were to receive a discount on each phone of $583, thusly paying the remainder of $1110 in monthly installments. The first and following bills did reflect the device promo for my phone but not for my wife.We also changed our phone numbers after ten days, the wait is required by Verizon, to reduce spam calls. By choosing an area code in another state whenever we get a call from that state, we know its spam.We conducted the initial purchase with โKevinโ, whom no longer works at the Verizon โretailโ store, and I wonder why? So, we dealt with โBenโ these past +two months attempting to acquire the Verizon phone device promo for my wifeโs phone.We initially called Verizon and were told to work with the retail store, because Verizon is constrained by contract requirements, which would not have been the case if we had gone to a corporate store. Also, it could take two billing cycles before the discount would be seen. So, we went to the Verizon retail store and spoke with Ben. Ben spent the time to write up a problem escalation report, telling us that his boss and billing department would be working on the problem.My wife called Ben after the first month, and she was told that the problem appeared to be because she changed her phone number, and that the trade-in phone was received by Verizon with a crack in it. Ben asked her to be patient, and that his supervisor was working the issue. After a second month, my wife called and was told the same issues were the constraint to resolution. She was persistent that she be either given her device promo money directly from Benโs retail store or that they fix the problem through Verizon. Ben said his hands were tied, and that she needed to be patient.My wife finally called Verizon, escalated the issue to a supervisor whom transferred her to their fraud department. The Verizon fraud department manager was able to correct the problem immediately, and conveyed that there was no attempt by the retail store to remedy the problem. Also, no trade-in phone crack issues existed, nor does the phone number change cause any issues.Why Ben lied for two months and made no attempts with Verizon is unknown to us. See bottom line at the top.

Best Verizon store that Ive ever visited. They have a Business Representative there that really knows his stuff. Ask for Traviss business cell phone number when you call or visit if you have questions about business accounts.
Honestly worst service I have ever had at a Verizon store. Literally only one person and had me waiting 45 plus minutes. Just for the person in front of me to be seen. Itโs truly said that they did not think to have more people on staff. Especially with the holidays!

Recโd new iPhone 12 pro max and had issues w/calls messages etc due to number transfer so I stopped in here for some help. The store manager (DID NOT catch his name) took out the SIM card from my old phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) and put it in my new phone. I later learned the new iPhones come with a 5G SIM CARD, and said itโs needed to utilize the 5G benefits. After learning this I thought well Iโll just switch the SIM cards back. HE TOOK MY NEW 5G SIM CARD AND DID NOT PUT THE OTHER ONE BACK INTO MY OTHER PHONE. I am absolutely furious and will not stand for what he did. I strongly feel that he STOLE from me. His poor business practices along w/his dishonesty are UNACCEPTABLE and WILL NOT be tolerated by me or anyone else that visits his store. Sometimes people need to see what others are capable before they start to make adjustments to improve their poor business tactics. Dishonesty and lies never win. And Iโm just getting warmed up!

Alix was very sympathetic to help me with my issue, my phone ended up in the suspended list after switching to prepaid plan. She gave me great advice as to next steps, wish I had stayed with her! Avoid the corporate store on University if you can, they donโt know good service.

She recommended cost effective changes to our plans and an account transfer to better fit our needs. She also diligently worked through some changes and challenges that arose during the process, and provided very timely, clear and polite communications and follow up! We will definitely choose this Verizon and Ines for any future needs!

Cant thank Alix enough for helping me when my phone suddenly died. I was here on vacation and did not have a computer or any other means of communication when my phone stopped working. It happened to be under warranty so a few day later a new phone was shipped. Scary to wait a few days to be able to communicate with anyone. Unfortunately the new phone had its own issues. Alix was able to get yet another phone shipped overnight. She then helped me set it up and get me back on the grid. I am so grateful for everything she did! The guy working there was not wearing a mask when I came in. When I asked that he do so, it took him a long time to find one (he didnโt have one readily available) and ultimately wore a sweater around his face. Not sure about the storeโs policy but I was very disappointed to see an employee disregard safety precautions in the pandemic.

Inis & Travis were amazing. My husband and I came in with his Apple Watch because it wasnโt syncing to his new iPhone.We purchase a new iPhone at another Verizon store but they never mentioned about syncing the watch. After waiting for over a half hour, with no chairs to sit on, we finally were seated at a kiosk. There wasnt a single phone out to look at. We waited another 15 minutes. A representative then came and brought out 3 phones to show us. We said we wanted a very simple and inexpensive phone for my husband. He showed us phones in the $600-$800 range. I went home and ordered a Verizon unlocked phone on Amazon. Galaxy S5, so not the latest, but less than $200. Guess the stores are pushed to sell latest and most expensive phones which they can finance and sell insurance on. My husband is 70, uses his phone for phone calls, e-mail and weather. The representative wouldnt listen to us, so we walked out.

Unfortunately, I broke my phone while on vacation. :( We were driving by this location, saw the energetic guy flipping around the Verizon sign on the corner, and made a quick turn into the parking lot. What a pleasant surprise! It was the best customer service we have ever received when getting new phones, upgrading plans, and even unexpectedly acquiring tablets. Wish we could move em to Cali! :)
This particular location I HIGHLY recommend for anyone!! Myself and my wife went into the store last night at 6:30pm to get new phones and switch over from ATT. It goes way above and beyond that we love our new phones and the service is impeccable! Now onto the reason why we actually bought from that store....We dealt with a young man named Jerry. Our 1st interaction with him was when I called in asking about the promotions that were going on and that we wanted to change. Being in sales myself Im HUGE on customer service and how knowledgeable one is as he was not only on the current promotions but also the phones themselves! When we got to the store we were greeted with a large smile and a positive attitude as you can tell this is a gentleman that really loves what he does. He was very pleasant and understanding to deal with and made the whole process so incredibly smooth and got us accustomed to our phones. He even took time out of his own personal schedule by staying after closing by almost 2 hours to make sure all of our pictures, videos, contact and everything else I had on my phone was switched over 150%. And in not 1 moment of our interaction did he loose that smile and positive attitude!! All of my business now and future and will be referring every person I know to this location and to go see Jerry personally as he will take care of you. Thank you Jerry very much!! Unlike many people, I really like Verizon. However this policy that they have now where the staff cant help you with simple problems with your phone, and make you go through the telephone call from hell, is for the birds. I used to be able to count on walking into the store and get whatever my small problem was taken care of right away. Now theyve should come to the telephone Center rigmarole like so many other companies. I hate it. Otherwise Im very happy with Verizon

This Corporate Verizon store is better than most. Although it took visiting twice to get the problem with my phone resolved, again, the location is better than other Verizon stores Ive been to.I wound up having to have my phone replaced. The first time I went the young lady who greeted me at the door only had one year with Verizon, and didnt have a clue about phones. I went home led to believe that I could fix my phone on my own.Unfortunately, Verizon does not have Techs in there locations anymore, so, its catch as catch can to get technical support there.The second time I went, I got a knowledgeable person to greet me, and took care of getting my phone replaced.
Jerry and Ali were very helpful and knowledable with the purchase of my new phone! Jerry especially spent a lot of time checking the locations of a phone which was ordered from the warehouse. He was patient and determined to satisfy the customer in a timely manor. I am very happy with my new phone and because they provided great customer service really changed my experience and customer satisfaction with Verizon!

I am 72. Anybody that can be patient and spend 2 hours with me explaining everything about my new S9 plus is an amazing salesperson. Ask for Ali when you drop in . The whole crew was very nice. It may not be an official Verizon store but I was more intrested in android and Samsung Products then who owns the store. Great experience for me :)
