I brought my car there for the first time over 2 years ago. It was to replace my convertible top. After a years time, the top was unravelling and they replaced it (under the warranty) yet still charged me $300 labor. The new top, after about 7 months, started to fall apart. I took it over there and an installer glued part of the rubber seal back in place. Then about 2 weeks after that, the middle and left brackets werent locking into place and I wasnt able to drive on I75 with the top up because it would lift on the left side. Russel, the owner, took pictures and still, 3 weeks later, has not commented or called to let me know about the replacement top. Last Monday, I traded my car in because I no longer wanted to deal with the stress of owning a soft-top convertible. I didnt bother to call this company to let them know, I was actually waiting to see if they would contact me back on the replacement top (which they have not). I did call over a week ago stating that it is now raining in my car!. Still, over a week later, no return phone call. This is horrible customer service and I most certainly do not recommend this company for quality work or customer service - at all! Hopefully, I will never have to go back there again!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I had a very minor issue with the glue letting go of my back window (an area about an inch) I took it here because Firkins ( where I bought my car a year and a half ago) recommended them. They really did a number on my car. I gave them two chances to fix it and after the second try, I had more damage than I orginally had. I am having to take my car to another shop that says he will try to fix what this company screwed up! (in his own words)

The attention to detail was amazing! They upholstered my seats better than I could of imagined and were very quick.

This upholstery operation is a bit out of the way but they do exceptional work. Could not believe the caliber of work that was done on our car seats and center console. We are restoring a red on red 68 Pontiac LeMans. They do extraordinary work. I am recommending them to everyone. They will also be doing our red convertible top.

Wish I could recommend but I cant. I needed all the cushions on the bridge of my boat recovered. After being told by the owner that its not worth my while to go to the boat to measure I brought all the cushions in to his shop for recovering. Big mistake on my part because nothing fits correctly. Ive had to bring 3 pieces back, one of them twice, and still not right. My boat about 10 minutes from their shop so I should have insisted or gone somewhere else. Live and learn I guess.

For some time I had a rip in the fabric on the back seat of my 2008 Ford Taurus and a coffee stain on the front passenger seat. I delayed for years going to an upholsterer, because I thought the seats would have to be replaced - as more than one dealer and detailer suggested.Passing Manatee Auto and Marine last week I decided to stop in for an estimate and was told they could replace the torn panel and dye the stain for under $250. I was very skeptical. The price seemed very low and the facade of the company is not much to look at, but since the rest of the car still looked almost new I decided to take a chance.The work took a half a day and the result was beautiful. The car seats look brand new!While there I saw them working on a new Lincoln Continental and asked them about it. That is when I learned they do warranty work for several dealerships.I recommend them highly.

Very disappointed in work recovering a motorcycle seat. They put it on with the logo in the back on crooked and substituted the silver trim that I gave them with a black trim three times the size. I will have to buy new cover and have it redone
