They came to my boat for an estimate. They were unprepared with no sample books for material choices. To make it easy I wanted my cushions redone in the same pattern and material (Sunbrella, blue/white stripes) They called back two days later saying they cannot find the pattern anywhere. I went online to Sunbrella website and there it was plain as day.

Top notch quality work and service. Sue and Tom are amazing at what they do. Had a custom made boat cover done, and the end result was just jaw dropping. If you are looking for canvas work look no further. This is the place! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Outstanding custom service and expert knowledge

We got their information from our marina as an approved vendor. Really just took a shot with them, paid 1/2 up front, the rest on completion. I always get a little nervous paying up front for anything, just been burned in the past, but I get it. Anyway, they hit it out of the park. Great job. So glad I used them. Their work was top notch. Not a single issue. Use these guys with confidence!

This place may do good work. Thats what I was told. The challenge is the total lack of communication. The owner who runs the business is in and out of the office and believe she runs the whole complex where the business is located. All quotes and payments go through her. Rarely answers the phone. Emails my wrong email address. Says she is going to call and does not follow up. Spent 2 weeks chasing them to get my project booked. Once quoted then was trying for 2 days to contact them to make their full payment per their terms. Owner literally told me that I wasted her time talking about my leaning post when she was the one who asked. When I complained it was a challenge to communicate as it took 2 days to track her down to pay she then refused to do the job at all. Take your business to someone who will appreciate it.

The quality of materials and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I had to wait since Irma to get my bridge enclosure replaced, but it was well worth the wait. Beautiful work and some innovative ideas that are quite an improvement to the original design. Susan and Tom are a pleasure to work with.

Can’t recommend them enough, their work is excellent and was completed quicker than I expected. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever had to deal with. We will be using them for all of our Canvas needs in the future.

They do excellent quality work and get the order completed when they say they will. Everyone here was so nice and so helpful. I had a great experience and will definitely use them again.

We have used Gulf Coast Canvas for several of our boating needs over the past several years. Starting with a new top for our Carver-444; new top for our Robalo, various cushion concerns, and most recently for some chairs... Tom and Sue, the owners, have always left us with a wow after their work. Five star quality workmanship and customer service. Can not recommend them to others highly enough. Hope this review is helpful to all who are searching to get canvas work accomplished. Wish we could replicate their customer service in other areas where we need professional services.
