Bait and switch. Called and the repair to my eisenglass was $100 and same day. Arrived and cost was $500 plus would need to be ordered so one week wait. (Edit) Due to you replying and making it sound as if I was in some way misleading you or giving inaccurate information, I have been in the boat detailing business for 15 years and have dealt with this exact issue multiple times. I called and stated the piece that needed to be replaced was appropriately 3.5*4 feet. It was actually much smaller than that. After hearing your $500 in person quote with a week wait time I reached out to a local competitor and it was done next day due to having to order more product and it was completed for less than half what you where trying to charge me. I have said it before and I will say it again..... These people are a rip off and I would steer clear of this place if I could.
