I drove over an hour to see a vehicle they listed as good, well maintained inside and out only to see a vehicle with a smashed in drivers door and chunks missing from the foam on the dash. Their description of the vehicle was waaaaaay off! Most of their vehicles need more body repair than the vehicle is worth!

I have not missed a payment since I got my car and I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. My work did not pay me for a week so I didn’t have the payment for the car. They told me I can drop my car off until they get the payment or they’ll repo it. Keep in mind that I haven’t missed a payment. They would not work with me but I’ve heard them work with other people. So I do not recommend this car lot to anyone.

Terrible service. I called and talked to a sales rep, Jordan Smith who subsequently lied to me while making a deal to buy a specific truck.The call took place on Wednesday and we came to the agreement, since I would be driving 9+ hours to buy the truck, that he would drive it to Lee Myles Auto shop 3 miles from Kentucky Auto Sales and Finance, Friday at 1pm to be inspected. He had no issues driving it to the shop and I told him once the mechanic ok’ed the inspection I would drive down that Saturday to buy the vehicle. The next day, Thursday, Jordan messages me asking if I was still coming Saturday and I told him after he takes it to Lee Myles for inspection I would know, just as we discussed the previous day. He messages back saying he is unwilling to take it to the mechanic because, and I quote:“…But we don’t let go to mechanic cause they will write up whatever they can since that’s how they make money.”I called and asked where the miscommunication came in, and why 1 day prior he told me he would gladly drive it over to the mechanic to be inspected. He never did give me a straight answer and kept saying I could have someone come out to the dealer and look at it as is without the mechanics full shop.If Jordan is willing to lie about a simple inspection prior to driving 9 hours to buy the vehicle, I have to wonder what else he is willing to lie about.Needless to say I did not and will not do business with Jordan or Kentucky Auto Sales

I do not even want to give this car lot one star. Its completely shady and a scam. They do not honor warranty services and the customer service is all trash. Suzy the receptionist has a big attitude and knows nothing about cars, or anything for that matter. The manager Jordan takes no pride or dignity in his work and is just looking to prey on hard working citizens. I would not RECCOMEND this used dealership to anyone unless you plan on wasting your time and most important, your money. My check engine light came on on our test drive, the manager lied and said it was something small until a month later the engine blew, while, i was still in my warranty but all the associates wanted to play was phone tag and not do their jobs. Please everyone stay away from this scammng car lot. They are selfish, lazy, rude, liars, and over all trash.

This place is a big joke no one knows what is going on with your vechile when they have it doing repairs. Didn’t even have my car 2 weeks and it broke down. They have had it over a week and I have called three days to find out what is going on and no one will give me answers they keep putting me in hold. I will be taking them to court.

I had a car not even for 1 hour every light on the car popped on the engine light oil light the gaslight the tire monitor system I took it to auto zone and it had 24 engine codes the next day the car broke down I took it to my friend who’s a mechanic he told me I should take it back it had to belt blown on both front tires that’s how I was allowed to drive off the lot not to mention if I had been on the highway there was no spare I took it to Walmart to get that fixed and the told me that the wheel bearings were almost gone and that the c joint on the front axle was almost completely gone and that at any moment the front wheels could buckle the next day it broke down again this time in the zaxbys drive thru I take it to a mechanic to see what’s wrong with it they had it less the 10 minutes before they told the engine transmission the whole car would need to be rewired I didn’t even have this car 4 days keep this in mind it had a “warranty” if Suzan was actually in the office to set up a appointment I tried calling 3 times to set up a appointment the third time I’m just are y’all actually going to try to fix this car you knew that car was like that before I drove it off the lot y’all just reset the codes that was on my lunch break I walk to look for my car on my last break and it was gone they towed it and charged my card 275 I didn’t authorize they didn’t call and ask if they could charge my card I have a lawyer and I’m meeting with them to see what I can to sue today needless to say do not buy from here they just want your money and it is a terrible place

10/10 would NOT recommend this place to get a car. They are so rude and disrespectful. They repoed my car while I was getting my sons hair cut for not having insurance and i had no ride home. I paid the car all the way up til the next month it was due and they did not give back the money. They talked smart and hateful. They need to be reported to the better business bureau. They held our car for 2 days and we had groceries that were ruined and my sons tablet and my purse with all my money if I wouldnt have contacted the police they would not have let us get our stuff. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. The lady with the blonde hair and the guy named Jordan need to be fired they are so unprofessional. Also, they wont tell you the managers name or number all they say is he is from Tennessee but I think they are the real owners. I would honestly give them 0 stars if it were an option.

One of the worst experiences purchasing a vehicle since I paid 5k in cash and they allowed me to drive off the lot in a vehicle with NO WORKING HEADLIGHTS. I was told to come back and it would be fixed only to have the blonde lady try to throw me out of the building after i drove an hour there. I feel like i was treated like less than a human being by this company . Also i was inaccurately told there would be a warranty by the blonde lady the first day and she obviously did not even seem to know her job well enough to explain anything correctly to a cash customer since I was also told 2 different things regarding the title, and tags. I had to pay $500 more than originally told for these because she didnt know how to do her job nor policies involved. I would never go back and suggest that no one spend their money at this place either . TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

My wife and I have been in an upcoming hill battle since purchase of our jeep there always available for your money. They ride out your warranty. They stick you in a contract you cant get out of. We have made every payment on time. But they dont treat us like valued customers. They play phone game dodging calls.bottom line they only care about the money, not the person. If it would ruin our credit my wife and I would get them back the jeep and go to Vic Huntsman.

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Murano here two weeks ago, cash.Less then 500 miles later the engine blew. I called to see if they could help on something this blatantly wrong.Nope. According to them it was fine when it left the lot so we have your money, you’re out of luck. A terrible way to run your business and a surefire way to make any future repeat buyers go away and warn as many as possible to do the same.Avoid this place like the plague. I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option.

They dont keep their word on anything...there is no communication at all...Have a car from there and its about to fall apart they claim they fixed when they kept in a week and then want to charge for it thats not right and not what we were told when we got the car...and they was suppose to put a new tire on it and it splits in a week a new tire doesnt do that..and they harrasss over payment and I have never been late on my payment til now..Im not satisfied at all especially at what they asking for the car its way too much with all the problems it has and more keep coming..I think they should give us another vehicle..whats so funny you can never talk to the owner they never let you talk to the owner..who knows maybe the owner is Susan??? Makes you wonder..maybe if they treat their customers better,keep their word and work with the customer they would get more bussines and better reviews..so Im just saying from experience be aware of them...

We called interested in some of the cars they had on the lot. We were disappointed to learn that there isnt a cash option or the option to use your own bank loan. You must do financing through them. We never got to find out about how their cars run or anything because we went somewhere we could use our own bank.

I havent bought a car from this lot, YET but I have heard nothing but great things about the owner and his vehicles. And Ive got to say I pass by there a lot and there are a lot of nice looking vehicles on the lot. Most deff. Will be buying my next car here, and I suggest you do as well.

First off I really hope that the owner sees this message. The women who works in the office is very unprofessional and very rude!!!! Second how am I responsible for getting a broke down lemon towed to yall when its a repo? I have never in my life delt with such unprofessional people. Im a single mother of 3 an work 3 jobs. I struggle so if I cant afford to fix a car thats in my name why would anyone think I could pay to get it towed? Im so mad Im shaking mostly because of the lady who has been calling me back to back while Im with my client and not even having enough respect to just call once and leave a message to return the call when Im done working. And when I do answer the phone she threatens me with the police when I clearly have her the location of the vehicle also told her I cant afford to get it towed so yall would need to come get it. and I have it recorded for proof. I can not believe yall run a business like this. And as soon as I find out how to leave a review it will not be pretty. People need to know what they are getting themselves into or yall might just need new help....then when I try to call back to talk to someone else no-one answers the phone. After she said she was going to get the police involved because I cant afford to tow a car back to the dealership I tried to call and get the ball rolling because I honestly think thats ridiculous and I have no problem talking to the police about this. Had car repoed and when I went to get my property out they refused and told me I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get the stuff. I don’t want the car, it’s had nothing but a bunch of problems since I got it which they “promised” to fix, and now I can’t even get my stratify back without having to get the police involved.

We went in and sat there for 20 minutes nobody greeted us or said anything to us. There was an older man sitting there... he worked there. Dont know what his problem was. We left got somthing to eat came back about 30 minutes later. This time someone greeted us nicely asked what we needed. We where looking for a car. Keep in mind I have 0 credit. Im 20 years old, and my mom was with me and her credit isnt good either. Anywho the sales person ended up being the older man and I have no idea why he didnt show us around the first time. It was expensive and he was not willing to work with me on my payments or down payment.

Shady owner. Came by last week to look at a car that I planned on picking up on Dec. 27th/28th. Me and my girlfriend discussed issues with owner, and mechanic, both assured us the issues would be repaired before we came back. During the test drive, Jordan just played on his phone in the back seat like a 12 year old. Didnt feel professional from the beginning.Skip to yesterday. Came by to look at vehicle from last week but discovered no repairs have been made. Said it would be a week before it could get replaired because his mechanic wasnt there. Convenient, right? He also doesnt want to let me test drive again. He simply said Its the same car as last week and went back to playing with his other 12 year old playpal that looked like he didnt work there.One of the repairs that needed to be done was the turn signals. Front and back wasnt working at all. Claimed I dont use by signal. You dont need it to drive. I do it all the time! Really? Claimed he Wasnt going to write me a Declaration of independence or anything... on the repairs and this is when the conversation was over for me. You are truly that stupid, Jordan? Maybe it was a Kentucky thing, so I simply ignored his childish ass and left the lot confident in not giving an uneducated little boy my money. Maybe that one liner impressed some of the local boys and girls but not me.Jordan is a very unprofessiona, childish and simply a shady character. He wasnt even willing to put it in writing about the repairs. Well, guess what? You lost a sell because of that one thing kiddo. Not smart! If you read this and decide to go purchase from a goofball like Jordan, your loss and good luck.Jordan, replying to my post would be pointless. Go play on the phone like the little boy you are. I bought a vehicle there a few months ago. They sold it to a credit agency, which I knew they was doing. When the credit agency got the paper work the car lot tried to say I had made no payments. The paper work and price I agreed to pay was not the price they sent over. I have been dealing with the rudeness from the people that work there trying to get it fixed. They are trying to make me pay $4000 more for the vehicle than I agreed to pay. The dash board was broke two days after getting it. When I took it back to the car lot they used zip ties and extra screw to fix and I was told they would order me a new one. Its been 8 months now and still no dash. Now my dash is crack down the radio because of what they done to rig it. After getting the vehicle I was told my new tires was on the way and they would replace them at no charge when they came in. A few weeks later I had to go buy my own tires because I was on the side of the road with both my babys and a flat. When I called the car lot and ask when they would replace I was told they didnt know what I was talking about. I have all the original paper work but they are trying to say Im the lie and aultered papers. They try to brib people with gifts to get you to buy vehicles. Thats why 99% of the comments on here are from people that commented only to recieve the $100 they were told they would recieve for post a positive review.

A friend/associate bought a car there. The gas tank was empty when she picked up the vehicle amd the wipers were missing or worn completely out. She noticed a check engine light on when she test drove it. They told her they fixed something but wont tell her what exactly. Then she drove the vehicle 10 miles amd every warning light came on the car. Transmission overheating, AWD drive system needs service etc. Took the car back immediately and requested refund. They said they fixed it and wont say what they did for repair. Then she picked it up again and it did same thing. She hasnt even driven the car 50 miles. She has repeatedly asked what repairs they have done. Then to top that they reported the mileage to be 2,000 miles more than what the warranty stated. Now they say the vehicle is repaired but still wont give list of repairs. She is scared to drive the car for her safety.

My husband and I went here hoping to purchased a vehicle. Every vehicle we got into and turned the key over made a horrible noise if it were going to blow up. One vehicle wouldnt even turn over to start. I would recommend you staying away from this place.
