Many dealerships were selling over priced vehicle. Some wanted you to just give them your trade-in for pennies. With Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership I found what I the Jeep I wanted. I have a 2020 RAM and Ive never gone anywhere else for Service except Martin. I called today to schedule an oil change and Im told the price has effectively doubled since April 2021. From $51.00 to $96.00, FOR THE EXACT SAME SERVICE. This is another prime example of a business jumping on the COVID wagon as an excuse to increase prices drastically. Just pathetic and very disappointing. Time to find another option.

We were in Bowling Green on a trip from Florida when the weather went from warm to brisk. One of the tires on our Jeep showed deflation. We pulled up to the service area of Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler. The service department was all ready to close for the day, but a man named Mong was kind enough to re-open the big bay door for us. He checked not only the tire that showed being low, but the other three, too. He made sure all the pressures were where they were supposed to be. He was friendly and helpful. What a great employee!!! We were thankful and impressed.
We were on vacation when the check engine light came on in my Dodge truck and it wasn’t shifting gears correctly. My wife googled the closest Dodge dealership and Martin showed up. We called and spoke with the service manager Ed Rast who told us he would get us right in. When we arrived Maung Oo met us and got the truck right in to the technician. They ran diagnostics, test drove it and discovered it was a computer glitch. All at no charge. The entire staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Great experience! When I got there for my appointment the lady was ready to help me. I didn’t have to wait in line. There were 7 people ahead of me so I figured I was going to have to wait forever but in less than 45 mins my car was done and ready to go. I got checked out quick and she answered all the questions I had. I consider them to have great customer service.
Made a appointment with Martin dodge service center on Fri Oct 29, to have my 2015 Fiat checked out due to a check engine light, they took all the information and set the date for Nov 2 at 8am, we received a text from Martin to confirm the Nov 2 appointment, which we did, when we showed up for the appointment, we were informed by there Receptionist that they didnt service Fiats,which is part of the Chrysler, Fiat, Jeep, Ram, family, we were told to take it to a Fiat Dealership in Madison Tennessee,why they couldnt tell us upfront before wasting days of our time, shows that Martin has poor customer service, and makes me leary of doing any other business with Martin automotive.
We are traveling cross-country pulling our travel trailer. The check engine light came on so we had to do something about it, 3000 miles from home. Martin Dodge could have exploited us but they did just the opposite. They worked us into their schedule and got the problem fixed in a couple of hours. They took much better care of us than our dealer back in Seattle.Caroline, in Service, was fantastic!Thank you so much, Martin Dodge Ram!

I’ve been to Martin dodge a dozen times, I have to say that Im always satisfied with what they do. They have a very clean and organized dealership, everyone is very friendly and honest. I had to get my vehicle repaired because I got hit by a dear, so I took it to martins body shop, they fixed up my vehicle so well it looked like I was never hit, Mr. Tucker and his team did a fantastic job. They have a great service shop as well. Mr. Lewis one of the service advisers does a phenomenal job at telling you what your vehicle needs he also recommends whats best for your vehicle. I always enjoy doing business with Martin Dodge.

Scheduling is easy, they call if they find any issues that need addressed and are good at explaining whether needs are urgent or can wait safely to allow time to save up $$ if needed. Could not have asked for a more positive car buying experience. My wife and I drove from south of Nashville to Bowling Green and my wife and I were not looking to waste time. Junior could not have been easier to deal with on the sales piece. All the variables were in place prior to the trip so no bait and switch. No corporate bologna just delivering what he said he would and that was refreshing. Not a single issue and more persons in the sales profession would benefit from his demeanor and way of doing business. I can say the same for DJ in the Finance Office. Low pressure, and no guilt or pressure focusing on buying needless products and costly services. Just capable and competent counsel. These guys set the standard and made the experience positive.
This is more of a service center, rather than a dealer. The building is outdated, and the service advisors are stuck out in the shop. The drive through service center is actually the service advisors office and you cannot drive through. I really had no issues with the service center, though communication was lacking. I told them I would wait for the diagnosis, but after two hours I had to go ask what was going on. In the meantime, I went to look at a new truck, but was highly disappointed. There were no trucks in inventory. They said I could test drive a vehicle that was in the body shop, which sounded pretty shady to me. I declined. The sales person only inquired as to why I would even need a diesel truck, which I found to be an odd question. I was just inquiring into vehicles and didnt need an inquisition as to why I would need one.
I went in for the scheduled 20K mile service on my RAM. Received pricing flier when I booked the appointment. When dropping the truck off and asking for confirmation of the pricing, the girl looks up to the ceiling and says, uh, probably $170? The Factory Required Maintenance Guide, which was included FROM THE DEALERSHIP when I made the appointment clearly states the 20K Service is $69. So I declined the 20K service, instead just opting for an oil change. That was $100. Id avoid this dealership at all costs in the future.

The guys at Martin Dodge want to sell you a vehicle! They will do everything in their power to make sure that happens. I recently bought a 2021 Ram 2500, they had all the paperwork ready to sign when I got there. There was no waiting all day like normal dealerships. My salesman even detailed my truck personally and called me when everything was ready for us to sign. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. I went in for repairs for my van but they don’t have the facilities for the high top. Even though they couldn’t help mechanically Ayonna helped me in every way she could with her expertise and getting me on the right path. I will definitely come here when I need repairs on my other vehicle and I would look to buy from here because of her help.

Junior helped us a lot! So did Carlos! We realized there was an oil leak on the vehicle we wanted and they immediately took it over to get it fixed. It ended up being the rear main seal. They then gave us a really good deal on a warranty because of the issue to ensure we’re taken care of if something else does happen.We traveled from 2 hours away to get this vehicle and We had to wait to get it because they had to order the part to fix it, so we set a time up to meet in the middle to pick it up. That way we didn’t have to drive all the way back down. I’m glad we went to Martin Auto and will for sure look at doing business with them again in the future!
Service personnel were courteous and efficient while servicing my charger Hellcat last week. Invoice was gone through in detail before I checked out.
Parts dept was unprofessional. I have a dented drive shaft on my truck, so I ordered a new $1200 drive shaft. The box the drive shaft was in looked like It had been used 12 times. I mean was literally falling apart. So obviously I asked if we could open the box to make sure It wasn’t dented ( I don’t need two dented driveshafts) only to have the parts dept guy roll his eyes and tell me to “go ahead”. It made me feel like i was an inconvenience to him? I just thought that was so rude. If I didn’t need the thing soon I would have to them to send It back after that and gone elsewhere. Won’t be back.

Repair customers and used car buyers beware! The service technician damaged another part repairing our steering pump. Guess since it still worked, pulley just wobbled a bit, they thought it was ok to let us roll out with it. 6 months later new pump failed, accessory belt destroyed, metal pieces in reservoir all due to wobble. Our cost=$563 plus 4 weeks without car and they directed fault at everyone but themselves. -Disappointed
Mike Napier, master tech mechanic, did exceptional work on my 2010 GMC Denali. He diagnosed and repaired or replaced items for work that needed to be done on my vehicle. Courteous and friendly employees. You cant beat Mike Napier for proper trustworthy work done on your vehicle!
Not often do you relate car trouble with the best part of a work trip but I can honestly tell you it was. Jessica and her team are all about customer service. She intently listened to my problem, pulled a mechanic off of his work to see if there was a “quick fix” common with my type of vehicle. They were honest and upfront from the beginning. They quickly diagnosed the issue and also advised outstanding services that needed attention. I purchased my car, used, roughly 2 years ago and was unsure if any of these services had been performed. She quickly checked and advised there were no service records to indicate the services were ever performed. (An efficient running vehicle is key with my profession so keeping up with recommended routine servicing is essential). I went ahead with the fix and additional services as I trusted it would be handled correctly and to the highest quality. The part was ordered & recvd, and installed along with the additional work AHEAD of schedule. And I wasn’t the only one needing service that day...lobby was crowded, people coming and going! If I plan accordingly, I will use this shop for all future service...BTW this shop is 200 miles from my house. Kudos to the Martin Chrysler Jeep Dodge team!

I bought my first truck from Curtis! The service that I was provided with was phenomenal. I was at ease during the whole car buying process and would recommend Curtis to anyone looking for a car.
Bought a used truck. Truck had lug locks on the rims. Unfortunately I didnt get the key. Previous owner said lug key was in glove compartment. I recieved the run around and then was told theyll charge me hundreds of dollars to remove them. I never recieved a call from any of the managers or salesman.
Went to buy new ram truck. Sales man was nice and he brought out some man from behind large desk in show room some kind of manager I don’t recall his title. They both talked a good game. Salesman was supposed to send me some info. Never did. I sent a text to him reminding still no reply. That man from desk was to look for a truck. He asked I send him some info I emailed him. Did not hear back. One more email and still no reply. I guess this dealership did not have time for me if even cared enough to call back. I’ve always heard less than good things about this place and now I know it is true.
Traveling through the Bowling Green, Kentucky area I realized my oil life was getting very low and found the Martin dealership which was a huge relief as I would never trust my car with a quick change corner shop. Service rep Jessica was able to get me in within my time constraints and the service was completed thoroughly and extremely fast for a dealership at about 25 minutes. I looked over the work (I typically do all oil changes and repairs to my cars within reason) and everything looked good with a fresh oil filter, fresh oil, no mess, and oil life monitor reset. Back on the road with minimal setback or stress. Thank you Jessica and staff at Martin!

I would give zero stars if I could. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life working with this dealership! Do not buy a car from them do not get your car worked on. When they make a mistake they will not own up to that mistake. There solution is to charge you for more parts and labor to fix the same problem. When you want to talk to a manager, the manager will not call you, they are a joke. Go visit a local mechanic it will be cheaper and better customer service.
Here is a picture of the car that my son was killed in April 5, 2014. He had bought this car from Dewalts Auto Sales in Bowling Green, sad thing is the car should have never been sold to my son cause the cars title was still in Martin Cadillac. He wasnt the only one that lost his life that day, his friend Craig Armstrong died too. Craigs father is suing my sons estate which is not fair to me while I sit here trying to understand why that car was still in Martin Cadillacs name and not in Dewalts or even my sons name. For the mistake in your behalf two young men lost their lives. I struggle every day, I miss my son so much. Im not a rich person, I need the money from my sons estate to get a handicap van for my husband, John Wayne would want me to use it that way and to find a handicap place to live cause the house we live in needs allot of repairs that I can not afford to fix.Donna Elmore, AdmxJohn Wayne Elmores mom

Chrysler service leaves me very frustrated ( again). 1. Recall on air bag resulted in Chrysler cutting the medallion out of the steering wheel air bag, leaves 4 holes and nasty looking indention. Hardly a fix.2. Waited 3 hours for a simple oil change and to evaluate items that should be covered on warrantee. Chrylser magically terminated the warrantee on there technicality and they say we have no alternative. They provide no access to regional management and no location to appeal. This is Chrysler unlimited bumper to bumper warrantee that we paid over $3,000 towards when the van was new.Many of the associates were nice and understanding, several were rude and just not into customer service. We will be finding a different service dealer.

We went to just look but fell in love with a diamond black 2020 Ram Big Horn. It had everything we wanted plus more. Drew, our salesperson, was the BEST from the get go. He even helped me into the truck, for our test drive, because my legs are so short. Ha ha. He spent time discussing everything. We asked to take a day to decide and he was very okay with it. The next morning he checked in with us thanking us for coming in and asking if we had any questions. We went back to the dealership, took it for another drive and committed to purchasing the truck. Drew spent time answering any questions/concerns we had making sure we were happy with the deal before signing anything. He also added the running boards, which will definitely aid my getting into the truck. Once the running boards were put on, he sent pictures to us. Drew was awesome, pleasant and a joy to work with. He gave us the names of places to get the bed liner and top done. Drew even called the liner company to get all information for us. We recommend hands down purchasing your vehicle from Martin Dodge and asking for Drew Shirley as your salesman. He and the manager, Mark, were like talking with family. At no point did they show any signs of frustration with all the questions we had.
I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in for a software update on my transmission. The employees are friendly and helpful and do their job in a quick time and do it successfully. I also talked to the body shop about doing a minor repair on my front bumper. I already know this is where Ill have the work done because I love this dealership. I wouldnt go here if you need service work, especially a diesel. Bolts left out, torn wire harnesses and installed a faulty part and tried to pass it off as good and blamed it on another parts fault. They did fix everything but so dissatisfied.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a service industry in my entire life. If I could give negative stars I would have. I’m currently in the process of finding a towing service to get my truck towed to another automotive service center. I’ve never in my lifetime felt less important to a company then this company has made me feel.Literally if I had the time I would write the whole story out but to save yourself a major head ache and more frustration then what you already get from having a broken down vehicle the last thing I would recommend you do is take it to be serviced at Martin DJCR service department. I’ve literally had to call these people 6 times in the past 5 days to find out they don’t even know what’s wrong with my vehicle.Anyways just don’t waste your time ever taking your vehicle to the Martin service center unless you want to have more frustration in your life.
Fast, friendly service department. One small glitch but it was handled efficiently and professionally and is much appreciated. I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee this year and from sales to first servicing, the folks at Martin have proven to be top shelf. I will continue using them and their products in years to come.Now the second servicing is on the books and still, top shelf service and friendly staff.

I love my new vehicle other than the wheels. I was lied to about be able to get new wheels for my vehicle, you can’t find any for it and I’m certain they were aware of this. I tried to have them exchange them and they insisted that they couldn’t, but would try to find me new wheels for it. My own fault I know, I should have never left with the vehicle until completely satisfied. I took the word of the sales manager since this was the third vehicle I had purchased from them and satisfied with each one before. The wheels look like spare tire wheels, the cheapest ones you can buy. I will not be a returning customer, unless they fix this issue.

My experience at Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler was perfect. The entire staff treated us fairly and kindly. The car we bought was incredibly clean and just as described.Our salesperson was Selena. She made this entire experience SO much easier and more understandable than with my past experiences at other dealers. Since this was my first time buying my own vehicle, she had to explain A LOT to me about the process. She was patient and explained everything clearly. At one point, I had to go home (an hour away) and get a document I needed. We didn’t know if I’d be able to get back to the dealership in time, and Selena offered to come out to my house to get it! She went above and beyond to make this experience as smooth as possible. I can’t say enough how helpful she was!

The staff were very friendly however it did take them 4 hours just to look at my Jeep. And I still have a ping pong ball sound when I sometimes shift gears it could be my back drums since they still need to be replaced other than that. The staff there were really nice I would still go there again for my back drums

Oil change was free however last time they tried to get me to buy tires and were going to charge me over 1,000 dollars. I went to discount tire and got the same set for half price. They told me again after I just got new tires they need to be replaced soon lol. They are just wanting your money here! Run and go else where!
