These folks are very bad people. I am having to pursue charges against them. I went and spoke to them fave them a budget for a car 7000...i was shown a Nissan maxima which was white and had rearend damage bad breaks and in need of oil change it was on a friday i was told that the car could be ready to go and would cost me 7500 title taxes and all out the door and be finished by monday....so monday i went to purchase the car at which time the price was 8200 not 7500 and then was told they would cover my taxes i also paid the guy additional money to paint my car black. In less then 24 hours i had issues with car . and brakes were so bad you could hear me a mile away oil not changed and i gave them a total of 9000 and 200 tip. Within 3 days my bumper cover fell off causing a wreck on 65 i was told then oh well you drove it thats your fault for 500 we will get a cover for you nevertheless it never happened.the next couple calls were very rude as well. I then I never got atitle for my car so ive asked for it finally they released it to someone to bring me allowing her to forge my name. When i recieved it i read it stated i only paid 5000 for my car. A blaent lie...and they added the name of a man whom i do not even associate with who previously signed a affidavit stating his name was not to be on my title...they STILL put his name on it handwritten. I gave the man the title to get his name removed at which time they refused to give it back saying they were going to scrap my car that my car belonged to them according to dmv and if i want my title i can pay 400 additional money for taxes i alleged to have paid already. These people are liars disrespectful snakes. I am filing charges for theft by deception thank god i recordeed the entire purchase on the day i gave them 9000 to show my daughter i was buying a car to come visit her otherwise these liars may have been able to get away with robbing me as of now of 3000 dollars. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE LIARS MANIPULATORS AND CRIMINALS.

Never buy a car from this man he is a liar and a thief. He sold me a used car with a CLEAN title and it’s a salvage title and lied to me the entire time. Now he’s being a great owner by not answering the phone because he can’t have a conversation like an adult. It’s be great if you could reach out to me since you have made it where I can’t reach out to you.

Horrible experience here. Was told one of their vehicles was good to go and upon arriving, car had a major issue. When asked about the issue, owner told me you can still drive it even though car visibly needed further repairs.Also recognize that any good reviews they have on here are their friends and family. Simply look at the difference in reviews and the names.Think twice about buying a car from here, all cars are rebuilt and NOT built to standard. Steer clear from these shady people. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The owner of Captens Auto Sale was very nice when we met. He has a good selection of cars. We decided on a car and was told we would have a 1 month warranty on even though it says As Is We purchased the car, when I got home I put windshield wiper fluid in the tank as it was empty. When I added fluid it all ran out on the ground. The tank was split wide open from a previous accident that Captens Auto Sales repaired / thus the rebuilt title. I drove the 25min drive back to Captens Auto Sales and the owner was not in but the mechanic said they would fix it as they had a spare parts car and would only take a couple hours and to bring the care back in a few hours. I drove back home (25min) then waited 3 hours and returned to Captens Auto Sales again 25min drive each way. The owner now changed his demeanor / he was very aggressive with me and said he is not replacing the washer fluid tank and I purchased the car and it is sold As Is and is refusing to fix the issue. Buyer Beware!!!

Drove 4 hours to make purchase of 15 Chrysler 200s. Nice looking car, knowingly rebuilt. Got it home to find out wasn’t rebuilt properly. Very poor job, no mechanic wants to mess with it. I recommend taking a mechanic with you and doing a thorough inspection before buying anything. Don’t be fooled but the friendliness of the salesmen they will sell you anything.
