IM ADDICTED TO THIS STORE!!! Theres never a time where I cant find a good sale or bargain price at this Beauty supply store. The vast amount of options and products and tools is like being a kid on a toy store!!! The staff are very nice and helpful too! I just love Beauty 4U!!!!❤❤❤

I was a regular customer to this location. Point system came in handy at some purchases. I changed cell numbers a few times because of my business so I didnt want to waste time remembering which one. They normally lookup my name with no problem. Today the owner told me I couldnt like i was using someone else name and demanded my ID like I was a theif. Bad customer service. I will not shop there anymore. No Respect. And theyre not going to change because other customers allow it.

Lets start with, Management is disrespectful. I refuse to spend my $$$$ anywhere or with anyone that is rude to me or my folks of color!I came in to make an exchange. I understand that some items are but returnable, especially after use. I also can understand A NO RETURN POLICY.However, if you tell me to READ MY RECEIPT, do not listen to WHY Id like to return an item and blatantly cut me off and act as if you dont see me, then we have a problem.An item that is damaged when purchased will not fall under those two categories at most places, however, I would have accepted that fact at this store, if NOT for the rude behavior.If youre concerned or conscious, skip this place. They do not value or appreciate your $$$.

Fully store, well lit, very helpful staff. My experience there was very pleasant.

The store is well organized and clean. It is also well stocked. They have safety measures in place such as hand sanitizer and even a thermometer at the door. Unfortunately, you cant try on wigs; however, its not their fault, its federal guidelines. Also, theyre a bit pricier than other stores.

I wanted to make an exchange at this location because the store I made the original purchase in Largo/beauty 4 u (two days ago) was out of stock but this location had the color I needed. I had the receipt and everything unopened. The big face rude manager didn’t even look at the item or nothing he just rudely kept saying take back to other store you buy from.

Went in to pick up pink moisturizer for my daughter..found it..took it to the register to purchase.Young lady stated that it was $11.99..I corrected her..the sign stated $6.99..went back showed her the sign and the numerous jars of the product..just so they wouldnt state that I moved it..the management stated 10% or nothing..I left ..never to shop there again..I dont have time to play games..

I love this beauty supply store. The prices are fair and equitable. I have natural hair for which there is a plethora of options from which to choose. As I am looking for a new look, next time I will be exploring their massive wig collection. Why not Beauty 4U and me!

WOW! Yesterday I had an experience where I believe the owner WAS absolutely out of order...RUDE! The customer service at Bowies Beauty4U is terrible! An employee who assisted me said that the item was discounted but he said it was not so l simply asked him to show me and verify the price. Initiallly, l was going to purchase over $100 worth of product which l left in the store. If it wasnt for me getting my hair done this morning l would have left the item l needed in the store too. NEXT TIME I WILL PLAN AHEAD. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO BEAUTY 4U. YOU DONT HAVE TO BEG ANYONE TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. FIND VENDORS THAT SUPPORT AND APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Very clean and professional beauty outlet.. my sales woman Olivia was outstanding.. she was very patient and helpful the whole time I was there.. and answered all 1000 my 🤗 questions best of her abilities and if not she went and got the info I needed.. I would definitely recommend this place... has a wide variety of merchandise available.. will be back soon.. hopefully Olivia is there..

Im a professional driver and I have been to beauty supply stores in at least 19 different states. This store has WOWd me with how organized, large, and clean it was. They have a great selection and I actually was extremely satisfied with my purchase. They also gave me 20% off and some ear rings. I felt so appreciated. They can definitely count on me returning to this store. I am video shoot ready!!!!

Absolutely no customer service! One Manager /owner lacks people service skills as he doesnt know how to talk to his customers. I will never set foot in this store again and I will be taking my business to the beauty supply store next to Petsmart and Staples.

I had a nice shopping experience that lead to the purchase of a new wig. The sales assistance was very helpful and readily available. The store was clean and very well organized. The wig price was very affordable.

I always find what I need at competitive prices and the ladies who work here are very helpful if you need them. Also, join their membership/rewards club. It is very easy to earn points (cash back) to use toward future purchases.

They have something for everyone. Professionals (cosmetologists and barbers) and novices. A great selection of wigs, hair care, tools and accessories for men and women.

This beauty4u has a good selection for its size. Their employees are must more helpful than other locations. This is not my closest location but I travel to this one most.

They have a variety of items such as wigs, crochet hair, weave, styling products, and makeup. The staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable. The store is clean, bright, and spacious.

Store is nice and clean but rarely ever have the hair/brand that Im looking for. Also overly priced and the rewards program SUCKS. Send almost $100 just to get a dollar off when the products are already over priced is not a good look. Overall not too bad though.

One of my favorite place for natural hair care. All the products you need and more. Wigs galore. If your into hair products this is the mega shopping experience. Sometimes the customer service isnt always with a smile but when I walk out with my products I am smiling.

I go there on the regular. They have great selections. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. A little pricey but worth it most of the time.

Horrible customer service. I mistakenly purchased a 14” ponytail from another location & they told me the Bowie store will let me exchange it. I called before driving an hour to the store & was told I could do the exchange as long as I had a receipt & original packaging. Today, every employee acts like they have no idea what I’m talking about & tell me the purchase was final sale and refuse to do the exchange. I even proved that I called and showed the call on my phone & the manager on duty looks at me like “that’s not our number”. Of course I call it in front of her and it rings. Still refuses to do the exchange and tells me to come back tomorrow to talk to the store manager. TRASH

The location is horrible. The sales arent worth the visit. And no one even spoke to me when I came it. Not that Im looking for a conversation, but some acknowledgement or an offering of help would have been nice. And wig selection sucks.

The ONLY reason they get 5 stars is because of a lovely young saleslady by the name of Destiny. She was so attentive, helpful and very patient in helping me to decide on the right wig (my 1st one). The manager/owner an older woman and younger man were very unprofessional. They felt Destiny spent too much time with me and let her know that in the midst of her helping me. I let the woman know I didnt appreciate that and I also spoke to the man to tell him Destiny was nothing but helpful and helped other customers in the midst of assisting me. I also told him that was unprofessional of them. I dont even think they got it but anyway a big shoutout to Destiny! 😊

There are a lot of beauty products to choose from and the prices are competitive. The onlyh problem I have is the staff tends to follow black people around, but aside from that, if you ask them a question, they are very friendly and will try to help.

Never ever ever. No one said a thing to me and the Asian woman even walked away as I approached the counter. Various employees walked around where I wanna without saying a thing and the only one that attended to me was a black woman. I learned later that this is common practice and even the black employees are treated this way. They deserve none of my money and I actually learned of a black owned beauty supply store nearby that I’ll be going to instead. Im livid. In Bowie?? Certainly not.

Hmph..from reading their reviews for the other locations I see they are continuing the tradition of poor service at this location too. Do not waste your time or money at this store. They are overpriced and have horrible customer service. If you do decide to go make sure to always check your bags as if they forget to put any item in your bag you are SOL. They will swear they gave you everything and not even try to rectify the situation. Never again will you see one red cent from me. Try Beauty Center down by Bowie Town Center instead. Ive never in the years Ive been there had an issue. Convenience is not always convenient.
