I was in and out of this store in no time (which is always great). I was able to find what I need and actually get it at a bargain (1/2 off). The store associate that assisted me was very helpful in making sure i was satisfied with my purchase.

This store offer a fine selection of classic fragrances for Men and Women. Every time we go into this store, we plan on buying one item. Then we see.... MIX & Match 6/$26.00 or 4/$20.00 or Buy 2/ Get 1 Free or Buy 3/ Get 3 Free. And before we leave. We purchase more items from Lotions, Candles, Hand Soap and other items. It’s something about the prices....

As I like bath and body for there candles, plug ins and lotions it seems as thou there sprays do not last long and they all start to smell the same. My friend bought something from the mens line and will not let me here the end of it and how the smell wont last and Ive found that to be true for me about some of the womens sprays

Not so crowded for the time of day I went (after 2p). Also, the staff were super friendly.

I absolutely love this Bath&Body Works location. I was offered help by quite a few employees although i knew i what i wanted before arriving- stress relief aromatherapy. I was very pleased with their selection of stress relief products and made out incredible with their awesome deals.

Very nice shopping experience! Even through the - Annual sale (I racked up for just $30!!!) The store was super neat, clean; & organized! I was offered help from each of the 4 staff members! Pleased!

This is by far my favorite bath and body works! Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve even considered working at this location because these are the kind of people you want to work with, they go out of their way to check on an item for you, and never have an attitude. Kudos to the management team for hiring awesome people

Worse experience ever. My child who is disabled wanted to make an exchange for scents she was unhappy with was refused by the manager “Crystal”. Date of service was 3/20/21. Their employees did not speak and say hello at the register. I called corporate while instore on her To address my concerns on the way my daughter and I were being treated . Corporate in return called over to the store and told Crystal to except the items that my daughter want to exchange and exchange them she still refused. The young lady from corporate apologize to me and offered me a small gift card and exchange for the headache because she said she specifically told her to take those items back because it was their policy and she felt like Crystal was making up her own rules. I have never ever in my life seen or experienced anything like this it is sad and despicable I would never treat anyone like this no matter what they look like no matter what they had on and definitely not someone who was disable it is disgusting. Our experience really ruined my daughters day. I will filing a complaint with the DOJ if Corporate does not contact me as I requested. I dont care about a gift-card However I do care to be treated with DIGNITY AND RESPECT while spending my hard earned money. My child survived covid late last year only to be treated this way. It breaks my heart that an adult would act this way towards a child. When you are on your job you are supposed to follow your employers policy and not say things personal. I also mention to them that I did not have the physical receipt however I am a Victoria’s Secret card holder and I spent more than $200 in that very same store not long ago and they still would not except a screenshot of my victoriassecret a card holders account with the purchase time and day and I’m out I thought they were affiliates I’m not sure why that was not excepted because that store number is listed on my card statement. Someone from corporate needs to head over there train her on how to treat everyone who enters the store with dignity and respect! Bath and body works Located in Bowie MD 20706 on Emerald way.

Over priced for certain items. I went to buy the wall fragrance on sale the rose water and ivy for $3.50. I was told that they didnt have the old ones in stock, but I could get the new ones with new labels on them for $7.50. No thanks. What a rip off!

Abraham was very friendly & a huge help with putting together gift bags! The female sales associates were awful. They spent their time stocking shelves that did not need to be stocked and gossiping about the customers.

I dont shop at bath n body works often but my visit today has changed my mind. I had a great experience at this location I came in 30min to close and Amanda was assisting me with my items. Despite it being the end of her shift she was very helpful and had a great sales pitch. You all did a great job employing her! Ill will be returning to this location! Good customer service is hard to find.

No Stars!!! Worst customer service. I’m used to Columbia Mall store but I was in this area and honestly shouldn’t of even wasted my time. Very unprofessional didn’t ask to help my son or I. He was shopping for his friend and was asking me about scents and smells when u have 5 people walking around with there thumb up there a**!!! Even worse waited in line for 10 mins till they wanted to do there job and open another register!! Danger zone is 3 or more !!! Rude never will RETURN!!!

Excellent friendly customer service and well organized for the candle sale. Lines were wrapped around the store but they moved fast and the staff was extremely helpful while working tirelessly to restock.

Worst customer service at Queenstown& Annapolis Harbor 9 Maryland locations, I know Bath& Body works corporations would not want any customer treated so poorly. One location asked me why purchase & return at different locations because it takes money from their store& credits another which I never knew& felt badly but I visit whichever store is convenient in my travel not to burden or help different locations finances. The other location makes comments referring to my last date in store& asked why I was in there within a week because they have the same stuff? Well again, not felt welcome& certainly dont deserve such questioning when I visit a store sometimes just like to look so I left that particular store without purchasing due to staff comments. And I would like to be part of the solution by discussing it with a district manager but when I ask for that contact information, I am told they are not allowed to provide that information to me. I have been consistent loyal customer for over 2 years but sadly due to store customer service will move my business.

Was on my break for work. Rushed inside on a Sunday afternoon, did some test smells, gathered some new lip products that are limited edition as well as lotions. Shannon helped me find the shimmer body mists I was specifically on the hunt for and left right back in time for work. staff was super friendly. I deff will be returning back!

I only go when they have the semi annual sale so twice a yr. Prices were great, coupons made it better. But the line was ridiculous. They need more employees and I went on a Wednesday evening. I can only imagine the store on a saturday.
