Every time I have gone into this location the staff members have been very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and I am always able to find what I need.

If I could rate this place a zero I would, not that it will keep anyone from shopping here, but a clerk sold my boyfriend some clippers that she insisted were the ones that he showed her in a picture. Of course when he surprised me with them, I realized that they weren’t the right ones and they didn’t cut any better than the ones I had for the price that he paid, which was 25% percent higher than you can find them at other stores. He went back to return them and they told him all sales were final and would not refund his money, but only offered an exchange for clippers they did not carry, just like any other damaged product they could have wrote it off as a loss, but instead they chose to be impossible. Take your business elsewhere, you can find products cheaper with better customer services.

I took my daughter there yesterday and there seems to be a new set of employees. The old employees were very helpful and courteous and so are the new employees. My daughter needed some products to do an experiment for school something and they had everything that she needed including a facial mask for me.

This beauty supply store is very smaller overpriced it looks like they cater to Caucasian women Im not racist however Im full of different ethnicities and I need different flavors to my hair and my cosmetics
