The manager Ellen is amazing! She has that store clean and stocked at all times. All of the girls that work there are just as amazing! The whole aura of the store and and the attitude of the workers makes it a wonderful environment to go into.... so grateful they opened the Bowie location! After not working for 3 months because of covid 19 this location never has stock of color and is randomly locking the door and having curb pick up only. Staff shortage only adds to this problem. They have no manager to complain to either. If you need product go to other locations because they are open and actually let you come in the store! Its just sad that corporate is letting this store fall through the cracks. There are hundreds of salons in our area and this store is the closest.

The woman that usually works in the mornings, she may be the manager, is wonderful!Always helpful and a joy when I’m doing last minute supplies shopping for my skincare business.

Can not buy merchandise unless you are a licensed hair stylist. Which is bad for regular customers.

It was very clean, organized, and well stocked. The sales associate was extremely helpful to welcome me to the store and ask how she could help. There were plenty of new items such as wahl clippers, babybliss clippers, OPI polish and cuticle oils to choose from. I bought items with my birthday coupon and it was easy to use. Go and enjoy it as much as I did.
