Absolutely love this store! All the employees have treated me with nothing but kindness whenever I come in (Which is often). Most of my favorite clothing has come from this store!

Horrible customer service. Definitely needs new staff. Entitled white girl at the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. Glad this happened before I bought the $200 worth of souvenirs in my hands. I’m surprised this store stays open.

My girlfriend and I came here on our family vacation back up into Colorado. I was super excited to show her around Pearl, as it is something my family has done since we lived there, and always do when we are back. When we entered the shop, we were not greeted, we were not spoken to until we were making a purchase. When making the purchase, my girlfriend said something about the credit card minimum that was directed to me and no one else. The store owner, felt the need to chime in trying to defend her business. I made a visible facial expression of shock, but it seems as if she was too dense to pick it up. Despite the horrible customer service (I felt so bad for the young woman at the register who had to listen to her boss speak like this) and despite the awful conversation, we still made a purchase. AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE, on the way out, she told me to control my girlfriend. I obviously do not speak for her, but it put myself in a horrible position. There were other people in the store when she said this, and I cannot believe she treats customers this way. We continued to shop down Pearl and had ZERO issues with other shop owners. This woman gives Boulder a bad name.

This is one of my favorite shops on Pearl! There are so many options whether youre a tourist looking for Colorado inspired merch or youre just trying to find cute clothes in town! I have bought several clothing items here and I have no complaints. Its high quality, fashionable and locally-owned! I love giving back to Boulder and shopping locally at Savy is a great way to do that. I hope everybody has the chance to stop by and check out the store :)

Woman who owns the store and works here has a well known and very real, terrible attitude problem. I truly don’t feel good buying from here knowing the money is going to her and proliferating negativity.

We stopped in here last weekend while visiting Boulder and the store owner was very rude and unprofessional. She started a fight with me over a comment I made to my boyfriend about the store’s credit card minimum. I didn’t even see her standing there and definitely wasn’t talking to her, but she felt the need to insert herself into our conversation and got weirdly defensive. When I told her how unprofessional she was being she told my boyfriend that he needs to “control his girlfriend.” I couldn’t even believe that comment came out of a grown woman’s mouth. That is definitely not the kind of message I would want to send to other women especially as a small business owner. It’s really sad that people still think this way in 2021 and would imply that a woman can’t stand up for herself without being silenced by a man. Please think twice before spending your money here, and instead give it to one of the many other small business owners on Pearl street who actually deserve it. Based on other reviews I’ve read, it’s clear that this owner does not care about her customers. I’ve worked in retail and have never in my life encountered a manager this childish. You’re setting a horrible example for your employees and it shows in these 1 star reviews.

Love this store- so many unique items for everyone. They have a great selection of cute Colorado t shirts and magnets but they also have regular clothes as well. They have a huge wall of sandals including Rainbow, Reef, Havaianas and Olukai. Super cute itty bitty baby items which are perfect baby gifts. Also they are locally owned so I always feel good that I am supporting a family owned business. Plus I always find things there I can never find anywhere else.

This is a must-stop every time I visit Boulder. They carry all the best brands and offer something for everyone. I went in for a sweatshirt and ended up with a baby shower gift, flip flops for my husband, and a dress to wear to my work conference. Super friendly staff and well organized store. They even offered to custom order a different size for me. I’ll definitely keep Savvy on my list next time I’m on Pearl.

Great store! There is literally something for everyone here. They have a huge selection of shoes- from sandals to booties to waterproof Sorel boots. Everytime I come in I end up finding something unique. They also have great kids and baby clothes. Plus I love supporting a localy owned, family run business. Staff was super friendly- talked to the owner for awhile about Boulder. Whether you are a tourist looking for a cool Colorado shirt or a local looking for some nice clothing items that are not overpcied, definitely make a stop in this store. Also- I am obsessed with their vegan purses and backpacks. Wish they had more locations but I guess that is what makes this store special.

One of my favorite stores. They have an awesome variety of merchandise including a nice selection of Colorado tees and Colorado souvenirs and also fashion forward clothing and footwear. Whenever our friends come to town we make sure we take them to the pearl street mall and we always stop in to savvy. There really is something for everyone. I always buy my rainbow sandals there and almost all my baby gifts come from here as they have a great baby/kids section which is a rare find in Boulder. Moderately priced considering it’s Boulder. They will especially need our support after this whole pandemic settles!

Went to this store to see if they sold Tom’s in 5.5 and I saw the Toms flat that I liked and asked the lady if she had 5.5 and she went short and told me in a very nasty attitude way saying that the store had no 5.5 and they don’t sell small size shoes. She could said it in nicer way or tell me different way saying she can order and ship it to me. I asked her in a very nice way to see if they carried in 5.5. I’m never supporting their business and shopping at this store ever again.

Worst customer service ever. I came in looking for Ugg boots for my girlfriend for Christmas and the sales associate was rude as hell. She pretty much told me they’re out of style and my girlfriend had bad taste. As I was leaving to go look at another store she said “I hope your girlfriend enjoys wet feet”. I wouldn’t give this store a dime for the way they treat customers. A simple “No we don’t carry those” would’ve worked instead of berating me.

Great store! Hands down one of my favorite stores in Boulder. They always have unique items that I never see anywhere else. Whether I am looking for casual clothes or a dress for an event, I always end up leaving with something. Make sure you check out all the bargains in the back of the store! I scored an awesome pair of SOREL boots for a great deal. They also seem to be carrying a lot of Colorado gear that surprisingly is very cute unlike everything you find at the airport. In addition, they have some adorable Colorado baby and toddler items which make perfect gifts. Usually when I go in there are young college aged girls working and although some people may prefer to have the salespeople in your face, I enjoy being able to browse without them following me around calling me by my first name. I promise you will not regret stopping into this boutique- plus they are locally owned which is even better!

In my opinion the service has gotten better - still a bunch of college girls, and they dont necessarily go out of their way to be extraordinarily helpful, but at least Ive never noticed anyone taking personal calls or anyone unfriendly. Theyre always good for a smile and a hows your day going at the check-out. Clothes are cute, and I can always walk in knowing Im going to find some amazingly stylish comfy sweater in the fall. I give it 4 out of 5 because while I think staff has improved, theres still more improvement that could be done that would make this place a 5 star shopping spot.

By now I might have bought more than 20 UGGS boots for myself and my relatives for gifts. I bought many TOMS from here . I heard from one of our friend that the owner send or donates clothes to Indian Reservations . Hearing that I lured my friends to shop here to support .As my friend and I was shopping for UGGS, I saw a man and I told me about the owner giving away clothes . Turned out the man is the owner . I paid my respect for his great generosity.

Went there a week ago, with my girlfriend, just to look at some nice, warm boots. Saw some great prices on some Sorrell boots. She is going back this week, to get them, but Im reluctant to let her. The girl that was there, seemed very annoyed that we were there, so close to closing time. We said we were just looking, as we walked in, with eye contact and no greeting. The only thing she said was we close in 15 minutes and walked away. The prices are great but the service sucks ass.

Stumbled upon this store while visiting downtown Boulder- such a great find! My friend who lives in Boulder brought me in because it’s her favorite store. Now I see why!! We were in there forever!! They have a huge selection of sandals from brands like Reef and Rainbow and tons of TOMS shoes. They have a unique collection of clothing and accessories. I got my nephew THE CUTEST Colorado baby onesie and a fabulous little inexpensive clutch for my mom’s birthday. As well as a swimsuit, a romper, and a bunch of summer stuff. You can’t miss this locally owned shop located in the heart of Boulder. They have great Colorado t shirts for the whole family and they aren’t those ugly t shirts you find at the airport. Girls that work there are friendly and the music was fun. Ps- don’t forget to head to the back of the store- scored some awesome sale Sorel boots and a free people dress from their clearance section.

After having such a great shopping experience at Free People store just down the block this afternoon, my boyfriend and I had just started chatting about how great their service was and discussed whether we should give them a good online review, in which we have never done before, yet felt so compelled to do it.While we were walking and chatting about, we then decided to shop at Savvy since the store also carries a variety of Free People clothes that are not available at its local store here on Pearl street in Boulder.Anyhow, we shopped there between 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. this afternoon and this tiny store was already crowded with so many customers shopping inside, in which I would say there were at least as many as 15 to 20 shoppers, a half of whom they looked like a group of visitors from out-of-town, foreign travelers (people of non-English speaking countries), and so on, constantly going in and out at that time of our visit. So, one would assume the employees would be busy paying attention to their customers, say, to make sure nobody steals anything from the store, and more importantly, they dont miss out on the great opportunities to help them and thus, to sell more clothes. Well, that wasnt exactly the case. While I was in the store, I just wanted to try on a new pair of TOMS shoes while wondering whether the store carries the size I was looking for, knowing the possibility that it would be difficult to find such a size in particular styles I want, which is the very reason we went there in the first place. They would help us if we ask, but it got to the point where we felt very uncomfortable asking them for a help anymore because the store employees seemed to be so busy chatting with each other, as if we were interrupting them. They also didnt greet anyone whether people were coming in or leaving.#MindBlowing

LOVE everything in this store! They have such an interesting and unique selection of items. I come every winter to get a new pair of boots as they have the best selection of SOREL and UGG in Boulder. Plus- I prefer to try my shoes on and see them in person rather than buy online. Big selection of TOMS and sandals in the summer. Everytime I go in there the girls are always really nice and sweet. Sure they are chatty behind the counter, but isnt that what a college job is all about?! Besides, I prefer to shop without sales people following me around trying to upsell me on things. I also love that they are locally owned! There is an older gentleman who is often hard at work with the store and his daughter runs the store and is the buyer. If you are looking for a present for a birthday they have tons of fun jewelry and little purses/accessories. I have also gotten every baby shower gift from there as they have TONS of adorable Colorado onesies and sweatshirts for toddlers. If you have out of town guests, make sure you stop by this store as I cant say enough good things! Always fun upbeat music and it smells so delicious in there. Great location on the Pearl Street Mall! Thanks to the people at Savvy for providing such a great place to shop in our cute little town!

I’m not one to complain, but I just got chastised by the woman working here (in front of my son) for returning my flip flops that I had purchased less than 24 hours ago. She kept telling me that I have no “logic” because I wore them outside, and I should know that I’m not allowed to return something I’ve worn outside. I kept having to tell her that I’m not an a**hole and I was told by the person that sold me the first pair that I could return them if I was not happy with them. She just layed into me and made me feel like an idiot for doing something that her co-worker said I could do. I was having an ok day before going there, and now my day kinda blows thanks to her. I hope she reads this and maybe realizes how her attitude affects other people. I will never shop there again and will tell all my friends to go elsewhere, it was that bad of an experience. But hey, at least our conversation ended with “sorry for chastising you”✌️

In a town like Boulder where most of the clothing stores are geared towards outdoor enthusiasts, it is so refreshing to walk into Savvy on Pearl. They have an amazing selection of shoes- ranging from casual canvas TOMS to leather boots to waterproof sorels to cozy as can be UGG boots. They have the best selection of clothing- a mixture of the brands we all know like Free People and Billabong but they also have a lot of unique brands that I can only find at this store. My mom likes to shop here and I like to shop here and my little 16 year old cousin. They have stuff for all ages and body sizes. They always seem to be unpacking new stuff when I come in so I like that their selection is not only unique but is also always changing. Whenever I have an event to go to whether it is casual or dressy I always stop by savvy to check out their selection. In fact I think they have cuter Free People stuff than the actual Free People store down the street. If you are new to Colorado make sure you stop by to check out their selection of Winter boots. The staff has always been super friendly to me, but I am the kind of shopper who prefers to be left alone until I have a question or need a dressing room. Plus I know that they are college kids so I am not sure why everyone seems to always be complaining that college girls are chatty- is the sky blue? However they are always playing great music and a lot of times I have walked out with something one of the girls showed me that I would have never found myself. If you have out of town guests make sure you bring them to check out all of their unique Boulder, Colorado and CU stuff. They also have the biggest selection of TOMS I have ever seen including some pretty fancy leather boots and cute wedges that have saved me during wedding season. Also they carry my favorite brand in the whole world which is Maaji which are the most amazing whimsical swim suits you will ever find. So dang cute I have almost gone bankrupt buying those. So cute. I promise that you will find something fabulous at this locally owned boutique. It seems to be that stores like this are closing more and more so lets all support Savvy on Pearl so that we will always have this fabulous store in our cute little Boulder town.

Seriously one of my favorite stores!! They carry such cute clothes like Free People and Billabong. I buy all of my sandals from here, theyre cheaper than other stores and a better alternative than trying to find a cheap pair online (the Rainbows are my favorite!) Aside from that they also carry tons of TOMS and UGGS; they have a bunch of styles I didnt even know existed!! Oh and my favorite part about this store is that they carry Maaji swimsuits during summer that are sooo cute, I have like 20 pairs. And the employees that work there are super sweet too! Seriously if you have the time I would highly recommend shopping at Savvy on Pearl.

One of my favorite places to shop! They have such a unique variety of items that can not be found at all mall chains. Their sandal selection is out of this world and they have MUCH BETTER PRICES than the shop next door (My friend went back and returned the pair she bought from the other store because Savvy was $5 cheaper for the exact same thing) Plus they are locally owned. Huge selection of TOMS shoes including their new line of fancy leather and suede boots and high heels. I live in my TOMS wedges and stop by Savvy almost once a month to grab a new pair. Every time I come in there is something new that catches my eye. This is why I love brick and mortar stores- you never know what you want until you see it and Savvy on Pearl is no exception. I love their selection of Free People, usually I find they have better stuff than the actual FP store down the street. I also love that they carry SOREL waterproof boots- I could not have survived another winter in Boulder, Colorado without those. The girls that work there are nice, it is obvious they are in college and cant wait to get off work and hang with their friends, but then again who wasnt like that when they were young? They have always been very helpful and friendly when I have needed help and personally I hate a pushy sales staff. I prefer to just check it all out not be bothered. In the summer they have the most amazing bathing suits from a line called Maaji. They also have a huge selection of Reef, Rainbow and Sanuk sandals so I always make sure to stop there before any beach vacation. If you are a local and have yet to make this your go to shop- better stop by soon because you are missing out! If you are just stopping through, make sure you stop at this gem on the Pearl Street Mall. They have a great selection of Colorado stuff that is actually cute and not the kind of stuff you find at the airport. Oh and lets not forget their selection of UGG boots and cozy slippers...so yummy. They also have cute baby gifts for those of you doing the baby shower circuit...Basically Boulder is very lucky to have a one of a kind store like Savvy on Pearl.
