I’ve been trying to get in touch with the pharmacy for a few days with lots of hold music and no luck. I called guest services hoping they’d be able to transfer me but I knew it was a long shot. I didn’t catch her name but the girl who answered (today around 10am, sounded young) told me she wasn’t able to transfer me but she’d talk with the pharmacy to get me in touch with them. A few minutes later I called the pharmacy and they answered almost right away and were really helpful. :) I know this location is always slammed with prescriptions and I am sure they are experiencing staffing issues just like the rest of us, so I am very appreciative of the girl from guest services and the pharmacy for making time to help me when I’m sure they both had plenty of other things to do. Thank you!

Sold me expired baby food. Well I should have checked the Best Buy or expiry date but I presumed target would not sell expiry products specially baby food. I have been shopping at target for over 10 years. Please check the expiry date before you buy eatable from any store.

I came in seeking q-tips as my ears had gotten a tad dirty. I walked to the pharmacy section and searched relentlessly for around 10 minutes. I had all but given up when Gabriel walked by. He said hed help and literally 10 seconds later I was standing in front of a towering wall of q-tips. This man is magical. Give him a raise!

I like the app and the ability to order ahead and pick up in the parking lot. Target is making great use of technology to improve convenience for its customers. I would have rated five stars, but I am disappointed that lately my store is frequently out of several items I usually buy. I attribute this to supply chain disruptions and hope that inventories return to normal soon.

Target is now allowing people with both vaccinations not wear masks! Its easy to shop here! Their seasonal decor is amazing. A little pricey but great! Self checkout is way better than regular checkout, employees always have a attitude or a ugly face.

Blinding lights everywhere pointing in my eyes. Please learn how to point spot lights. What is the point of it being brighter than outside? Please stop implementing stupid ideas. Not a single person ever complained about it being dark in here.

Perpetually out of stock with many products, poor selection compared to almost every other Target in the state, and dont even try to shop here during move-in week.

This store needs to be about 20% bigger. The aisles all feel cramped and they dont have great stock. It also seems insane that the store isnt open later considering how packed the store is 10 minutes from closing. It seems like they are just throwing away customers. I dont understand why the remodeled their cosmetics section to take up more space less efficiency when they didnt have enough space before the remodel. The checkout lines are poorly designed but generally doesnt cause huge problems. I really wish they would do something about the homeless people who are always loitering outside the front of the store.

Target is nothing like the one i grew up going to as a kid

I ordered online for store pick up and was charged a $1 bag fee that was supposed to be refunded at the store. the store employee said I would not be charged the fee on my credit card. I asked three times about how I would be reimbursed and did not want the charge. The employee said there would be no charge. When I got home and saw the receipt from Target for the pickup, there was 10 cent bag fee charged. How does this get fixed??

Luis in the Optical department helpedout immensely! He worked on my mom’s glasses, to fix the lose frame and added a pair of nose pads for free! Thank you, Luis, for the genuine way of practicing customer service.

Excellent experience at the Boulder Target! Three Target Team Members assisted me with my apparel selections in 3 different departments. At check-out, Drew was a GREAT help in patiently explaining how to download and use the Target Circle app, so I got my items for a great value!

This morning near 11: ish four white young men 18? walking towards back of store near coffee section,no masks, when they saw someone with a mask on, they began to cough loudly, all the employees where masked up thank you.

Even with all construction, organized and clean. Employees are super nice!

I was the first of 3 customers to come into the bank, told to wait, while they immediately took the other 2 directly into offices to help them. Currently have my home loan with them. Already started to get a different loan. Extremely poor customer service.

I always find great items on sale here . My cashier was friendly & very knowledgeable.

Y’all - best curbside pick up ever! Deliver is ready in just two hours. Folks come to the car and put items in the trunk. Employees are masked, the app is super easy to use and tell folks you arrive, it’s improved 100 times from when I first did curbside in July. There is clear flagging where you can pick up - the app is more advanced and delivery to your car is super easy! Why go inside a store during Covid when you can get it curbside for free? From party supplies and holiday gifts to everyday essentials. Highly recommend!

This store remolded and it’s a nightmare. Also everything is online it’s just a warehouse

Maybe the owner can respond...is this the same Target that I ticketed toilet seat covers in 1983..the neighborhood has really changed . Went on to manage a vitamin store at the old Crossroads Mall.

A really excellent Target Center, with excellent selection of high quality goods that I go looking for. However the selection in the grocery department due to sizes not as large as youd say a regular grocery store. Great customer service here, and the place is usually more oft than not, spic and span

Came here since walmart closed. It was nice and clean but they didnt have everything I came for. And employees were few and far between. I had to use a phone to call for help and even that took awhile. At least they were friendly.

Fast, easy, efficient, and a well thought out process

The customers are not obeying the posted required face masks, at least 6 feet of separation between people, and not bringing pets inside. The staff disregards it at well and doesnt enforce it. I was also at the pharmacy and they had face masks dangling from their ears rather than properly wearing them over their face (nose AND mouth) while theyre handling medication.

Customer Service at checkout at this store is always challenging. Yes, this is a busy store but every time I come to this store the customer service challenging.

Heard an employee in optical on a personal call while I was browsing speak of re-electing the president. I do not need to hear that while shopping, her violating the bright, blessed silence that is the normal shopping environment of Target.

Target has everything you need! Its super clean and the staff are super nice. There are reasonable prices and moderately short lines. Its fun to go there and hang out with friend around the area. It is close to tins of other clothes stores and has a Starbucks!

I ordered several large household items from the catalog department from the Target store in Boulder Co.. I was sooo very pleased with my purchases. Also the two employees that assisted were the absolute best. Alex, who is a manager in the front of the store was very knowledgeable and most pleasant to work with, as well as Teri in the catalog department. Target should make these employees very happy with their positions at Target as they both excelled in customer service. I shall be making another large purchase soon and look forward to having Alex and Teri to assist me.

Not the best for food, but great for most general purpose items. Watch for good clearances.

Big target. Always busy. Always has a lot of registers open (including self checkout registers). Prices are okay for a large variety of items: food, games, clothes, cosmetics, etc. You can order online and pickup your order at the front door. Lots of parking. Not the best place for grocery shopping but awesome places to pickup some basic clothing.

Alwayz on the bullseye or close to it here at Target!!!!!

Just heard from a neighbor many customers in your store were not wearing the required masks and the store clerk said it wasnt mandatory. As a longtime Target shopper I will NOT be shopping in your store since the manager does not care about the health and lives of its customers. Unless you require masks during this pandemic, you will not have my business. And bandanas work for people who have difficulties breathing with a traditional mask. Everyone in the store should have a mask.

The pharmacist wouldnt sell basic medical supplies without a prescription. I guess Target just lets them make up imaginary laws.

Manager on site (dont know his name), as he opened up the store, was very professional, calming, and encouraging to those of us in line. Another departmental manager (Derik) was likewise helpful and positive. Means a lot to us as customers in such trying times.

Very minimal womans selection of regular clothes, seams like they focus on fashionable clothes instead of everyday regular people clothes. I do like they have a maternity clothes section, but prices are super expensive! Staff was nice at check out though!

Change your hours. If you’re not allowing people in until 9 that’s what your listed hours on google should reflect. If it says open at 8 ALL shoppers should be allowed in. I don’t live close to town and wasted an hour piddling around boulder just to buy a damn fan at this target...massive eye roll...I get elderly people need a shopping hour but POST IT

So its not very often that you get to have an incredible customer experience when the store isnt even open.I had planned on getting my son some goggles but I wasnt sure if they were still in stock. Being awake before the kids is a rare opportunity so I decided to call the store while everything was quiet. At 7 AM.I honestly didnt think I was going to get through but I always figure why not try. To my surprise an associate picked up after the recorded voice told me the store was closed.The associate I spoke with was extremely friendly and told me that while the goggles were probably already gone she would call over to the sporting good section and see if someone was there.I was on the line for a minute or so while she waited for a response and she told me that indeed the goggles were gone. It was so fantastic to be able to speak with someone outside of business hours that was so willing to help. Even if it wasnt the answer I wanted.She even took a moment to list off a couple of other stores I could try.Having worked in retail I can tell you this: how someone works when theyre on the clock says a lot about how things are going. How someone responds when theyre off the clock says a lot about the kind of person they are and the kind of company they work for.Big kudos to Target for being a good company and hiring great people.

Even though you need a mask its avery good shop

Nice and clean store. Good for bathroom essentials like shampoo and face wash and maybe some dorm/student items. Also a good place to grab cards for holidays or gifts for kids. 3 stars for a horrible lack of common food items. Dont bother going here to shop for food.

So not that paranoid but we ordered curbside pickup at Target in Boulder. Weird girl came out with no gloves or mask and walked right up to us to give us stuff. Didn’t know 6 feet from 6 inches. I mean my kids are teenagers and they were scared.Target needs to train people.Very freaky!

The girl at guest service who was not wearing her name tag scolded me for checking out there with only one item. Apparently its now reserved for returns or something. There wasnt a line. Also she rushed me through so fast it wasnt till after I checked out I realized I was over charged.

The service was great. The staff is great. Nice hotel overlooking the Flatirons with an excellent breakfast bar. I used the pool and the gym and the rooms are very nice. Its walking distance to many amenities. I would surely use them again.

They always are missing certain items. Seems like they take forever to re-stock items. I try to avoid it. Other stores nearby are much better regarding stocking items.

Love the place but they haven’t ordered anything for bicycle accessories sense febuary I’ve been coming back consistently waiting for a tail light for my bike and it has NEVER been re stocked sense febuary I’ve been in almost every week sense and it has been bare

Unsafe regarding COVID 19 measures taken. No enforcement of wearing masks, busy in the store which makes it impossible to maintain social distancing, and no evidence of cleaning cashier stations in between customers.

This Target is always bustling and very clean! Its in a great, central location in Boulder which makes it easy to get to if you drive, walk, or bike. The staff are helpful and friendly. If you hit the Starbucks inside, try to avoid the busy times (usually before or after work).

It is a convenient place to shop that has most items all in one place. However, Target needs to pay more attention to the price labels on the shelves. I often find they are incorrect when I arrive at checkout where I am frequently charged more than the shelf label said.

Though I do really enjoy this store for household items, electronics, etc. I recently had a dismal experience with their photo department in which a previously uploaded order was somehow lost. The associate who helped me was weeding through multiple different drawers with no rhyme or reason to organization. This was not an isolated as during this process another customer complained of the same issue... (and had less patience and left without purchasing anything) eventually I was able to “print in seconds” which really actually took 5-10 min after they realized the printer was jammed. Definitely a good way to lose customers when there are plenty of other alternatives - hope they can improve this.

Its a target. Pretty standard and has most everything you need. They really push the Red Cards here because they make commission on every card they get someone to sign up for, but otherwise very friendly and helpful. Usually pretty busy, but not awful!

I got bathing suits on sale for half price. I actually liked it better because there was less to search through than when the inventory is so huge earlier in the year. Dressing room ladies are always very nice as are all the checkout people.

Very conveniently located right off the highway and even though they are going through some changes and upgrades over o think everything is great. Bright early in the mornings we during is nicely and neatly placed and all the products are majority of the time stacked to completion. ^_^

The staff here is for the most part very friendly. There are many employees around the store happily ready to help you. The check out process is usually fairly quick. The store is kept well stocked. Its actually very clean and well lit. Prices are average, but they occasionally have some extremely good deals.

I loved the clothing at this store in particular. The probably should make it bigger though. The lines were very long and it was over crowed. Other then that its an awesome Target with better clothing then most targets in Colorado.

Super helpful during these times that they are open until nine!

I’m unsure how this place gets good reviews when even the employees know how ridiculous the lines get here. For the “busiest target in America” they really lack staff and in return host some of the “longest lines a target in America” it’s like- do they offer higher wages to entice more college students? Do they even try to accommodate for the huge amount of consumers that show up after 6pm. It’s ridiculous going into target for three things then going to check out to see 10 people in line for self check out and only 1 cashier open, with a line of another 7 customers.... like I’ve returned more stuff to the shelves than bought at this point due to the disappointment of a line that will take longer to wait through than finding the items.

The whole layout is cramped, labyrinthine in design, and overall splayed out so that much of the store seems almost hidden in other sections. The employees dress casually enough that its hard to spot one if you need assistance. It took 2 hours to locate 3 items, causing me to miss my bus home, and they had no shoes my size. They do have good clothes, but they arent cheap. Try another shop if given the opportunity.

Ive been going to this store for a couple years and overall its a good Target. Their stock is well organized and they have great sales during certain times of the year.During the weekend and during college move in this place is an absolute zoo! My one complaint is that when it gets crowded it feels like they never have enough cashiers (4 self check out machines isnt enough either). It takes forever and half the time when I do go to a cashier theyre not even that friendly.

I generally love target but havent had very good luck at this store. Often times they dont have the items they have listed as in stock on their website. Even staff members are unable to locate the items given the aisle number listed in the app... This usually results in them recommending to go to the Longmont or Superior Target locations to find the item. Might as well just go to one of those first.

Typical Target, good selection, sometimes a little short on staff, pharmacy, optometrist, Starbucks and small place where you can order pizza, hot dog, pretzels etc. Photo center booth. Restrooms are up front as you enter to the right. All in all a good Target although a little high and the quality of the clothes are sometimes not great.

Pretty solid target. Have a good selection though its not the biggest target I have seen. Have never had a bad experience with any of their employees. Self checkout is nice when you have a single item and need to just pick something up quick. Always has been clean. Sometimes gets a little crowded but thats to be expected.

I try to avoid this Target as much as possible, just because its always so crowded. Other than that though, I really have no complaints. Its easy to navigate and they always have what Im looking for. Despite how busy it usually is, the checkout lanes seem to move pretty quickly.

I’ve been shopping at this Target and I’m all together done with this one. I’ve been driving to Longmont or Superior to do my shopping now. Without a doubt they are always out of something. I was completely shocked, haven’t been in in a while, when I went last it seemed like the shelves were bare. Honest to God some aisles were half empty. As a mother I am just so busy it makes more sense for me to drive somewhere 20 minutes away to make sure I can get everything I came for. It’s so aggravating how they’re always out of stuff!

Came here for a few forgotten touristy essentials. It was your standard Target experience, no complaints. Everything seemed to be in order for the most part and was as clean as any other Target. Our check out lady was sweet.

This is my local Target store. Theres plenty of free parking, and the shelves are well-stocked. Prices are the same as at other Targets. Target is not the cheapest, but prices are pretty good. Theres a free foot-controlled Pong game in the middle of the store. Ive never seen anything like it, so I took a picture and made a short video. The staff is good, and its a good place to shop if you live in Boulder.

Its not a bad place by any means but it is ALWAYS packed. If you live in South Boulder I suggest driving to superior. (its the same distance)

Be Careful shopping here. We paid off our Target card with $500 in cash on Oct 31 at the customer service desk only to have that transaction completely disappear. It cost us days of panic and many hours of backtracking...however- their security department was instrumental in helping us prove that the payment had indeed occurred- so- save your receipts (!) when making cash payments...but kudos to their customer service skills too...

Love Target but wont go there again, in spite of a sign that says people must wear masks, many adults were going mask-less and even when they were talking to Target employees, no one told them to find a mask and get it on! I will not go here again, get with the program people!

Hey another nice target. Only a thousand miles in between. They do have most everything with a variety to choose from. I went to get a pillow and a blanket had 18 different types of pillows to pick from and a dozen blankets as well.They will hit you up at check out for the reddot card and but other than that its a nice store.

This tends to be your very run-of-the mill Target. Its comfortable, but sometimes a little crowded (dont go the week before school opens). Things tend to be in good order, but Ive never been blown away by the cleanliness or order of things.The lines do go quickly which is nice and the staff are generally pretty good at the counter, but I havent had any amazing customer service events to talk about.

Ok pricing, odd % of ladys to men... Just saying, its interesting. I can afford socks here and that is good for everyone. My sister liked the return policy here and she is a level 9 shopper.

Highest grossing target in the nation! They know what theyre doing, and usually have on hand but Im looking for at a decent price. This target is particularly good at outfitting dorm rooms and new apartments.

Not able to use my Red Card in the store today. I left it at home and learned no one in the store can look up the number. I did learn that there is a solution for not having your card with you--use the Target Wallet app! My low rating today is because after talking to 1 clerk and 2 supervisors about not having my Target card, none of them told me about the Target Wallet app. It wouldnt have helped me today, but it would be a solution for next time I forget to bring the card.

Good selection of clothes

Typical target thought it was really funny that they wouldnt sell me liquor as I only had my Canadian ID with me and they could not scan it in their system. Im 35 years of age and almost needed someone to boot for me. Thankfully there was an amazing liquor store across the street.

Target has been our go-to department store for many years. The Boulder store is bright and easy to navigate with wide, CLEAR aisles, unlike other similar stores. Weve found their clothes are an exceptional value in both cost and durability. Prints from the photo department have been consistently spot on.

Got the cat litter, but they didnt have a choice of litter pans. 1 litter pan, and not the style I came to purchase.The clerks at self check helped me use my coupons and the young man put the heavy litter in my basket for me. Both clerks were very helpful and friendly.

I mean what do you say about Target that hasnt been said a million times before? Its clean, its well stocked, its a zoo when students arrive in the fall and at around the holiday season. Not much for produce but its got just about everything else.

On the smallish side, but, theyve done a really good job of stocking things you want/need. Theyre small grocery store area is particularly adept at doing this.

Extremely easy to shop

Very organized. They tend to have huge discounts through out the store. College-Student friendly. They have great discounts when the new year starts for classes.

I am glad Target lowered their prices some. Though sadly the employees here are AWFUL. 90% of them seem to be CU students that dont understand customer service. Theyre consistently rude, short, and unhelpful. Ive had this experience with every single associate, aside from one older lady who was kind and polite. Why is kindness & customer service not a thing anymore? Ugh
