Going to Eduardo’s shop feels like I’m back home having my dad work on my car. Since I’ve moved across country, finding a mechanic that is honest, does great work, only does what is necessary, and does not mansplain to women has been so hard! Eduardo is the absolute best mechanic in Colorado. I cannot express what a relief it is to have someone like him looking over my car for me! Thank you so much Eduardo - you are the best!

Miles is a great guy. My 4runner started overheating after camping in the mountains, several shops tried giving me the run around about it being a head gasket when it clearly wasnt. Within a few minutes of looking at the car, miles determined it was a thermostat and had me up and running on the road in under an hour. He even had to have the part ordered and It was there almost immediately. On top of all that he gave me a great price. If I lived in Boulder I wouldnt use anyone else!

Wonderful service. Mechanic is super kind and down to earth. Fixed the brakes and did an oil change on my Mazda. Knows his stuff and does only what your car needs. Compared with Kelley Blue book cost estimates, price is within the reasonable range.

The price is the best in town and the customer service was great! I had talked with other mechanics around town and they all wanted to charge me through the roof prices, and one of the them couldn’t even figure out how to fix it and charged me $70 to tell me “nothing was wrong”. Brought my car to Ed and he fixed the problem immediately and for a great price! Haven’t had any problems since! With this experience (and my experience with multiple others) I think he’s the best mechanic in town!

I moved here in January of 2020 and was worried about finding a trustworthy mechanic. Ed is everything I need in a mechanic. Smart, timely, honest, and will not offer you anything thats not essential for the health of your vehicle. I intend to be a customer of his for as long as hes doing business and I own a car in the area.

Honest, skilled, and customer friendly!He fixed my 15-yrs old car with only 1/10 cost when compared to official dealer ship service center offer. Car maker is one of current asian #1 automobile company. The official service center recommended to replace whole system. However, Miles auto center found the specific trouble making part and replaced that. So, this repair shop saved my money.

I am beyond happy with this place!! Being a woman, I have been taken advantage of in the past by auto repair shops. I heard a rumbling under my hood and thought for sure it was going to be something major. He had a look and 10 minutes later came back in to say, “Everything is good! It was just a slight bend in a structure that was creating the noise and I just kinda pushed it back into place .” 😃 it is these types of people that have us remembering that there are great people out in the world and it’s these types of people who make great business people.I will be returning in the future for any car needs including an oil change I’ll need soon. Eduardo was willing to look at my car within 30 minutes of my call at no charge whatsoever. He was very honest and explained everything in simple terms and was just a solidly nice guy! Very trustworthy, hes not trying to take advantage of customers by overselling or taking advantage of their lack of auto knowledge. As a 23 year old woman getting car repairs I have often felt taken advantage of because the mechanics know that I know nothing about cars, so they try to scare me into buying services at crazy high prices. This was not my experience with Eduardo. From the minute I walked in, I felt like family. I have only positive things to say about Miles Auto Repair and Eduardo. I can say for certain that he will be my mechanic from now on!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Miles Auto since 2001, and I worked with Ed for several of those years as well. From my perspective both as a former co-worker and as a customer, Ed has proven to me to be an excellent mechanic - skilled, dependable, kind, respectful, and most importantly, honest. Vehicle repair is not cheap, and it can also be hard to understand if you dont know a lot about cars. As a woman, I have full confidence that Im never being taken advantage of (and Ed never talks down to me) due to my relative limited knowledge about vehicles. I moved south of Denver (over an hour away from his shop) and have no reason to ever be in Boulder, but I still take my vehicles to Miles Auto. When you find a mechanic like Ed, you hang on to him as long as possible. Unless he stops being a mechanic, Ed will always be my mechanic!

Ive been going to Miles for 16 years. First they kept my aging 1999 Isuzu Rodeo running like a dream for 300,000 miles, and now they look after my wifes 2008 Civic and my 2008 v8 4Runner. As a former mechanic, I can attest to Eds experience and skills. He is above the bar in every respect. As a customer, I can speak to his kindness and honesty. Hes an all around amazing mechanic and business owner and as long as he is in business, Ill never go anywhere else. Lastly, I want to leave an anecdote as to his ability. Last week I took my 4Runner in for its 90k maintenance. I mentioned alignment, which Ed cannot do in at the shop because they dont have an alignment rack. He said, Ill take a look anyway After I got the truck back, he told me he had tried to Eyeball it and made some manual adjustments, but thought I should still take it to an alignment shop to get it aligned properly. I took it to a neighboring shop and asked them to align it for me. 10 mins later they handed me the keys and said This car us perfectly aligned already. There is nothing we can do to make it better. So, there you have it. Ed is so damn good at his job, he manually aligned my truck sans laser guided alignment rack.

I’ve been a customer of Ed’s for only 2 years or so. Considering I’ve lived in Boulder for 30 years I just wish I had been told about him before then! Because he is hands down the most skilled, nicest, most honorable mechanic around. Being a woman, it’s important to deal with a person of integrity; Ed explains everything well and charges fairly for Boulder. I took my car to dealerships for too many years and never knew who was doing the work. It always seemed like a money pit. Switch to Miles Auto Repair. You’ll be glad you did!

Weve taken our Mini Cooper and Nissan Murano to Miles for everything from routine oil changes to more complicated mystery issues. Ed is honest, fair in price, and doesnt try to oversell you. He really knows his stuff, and is great to work with!
