Went in for 60K service, a tire warranty issue, and to diagnose an issue with my lift gate, but needed the car in 6 hours. Took over 7 for the 60K service and to diagnose the trunk issue, and got no resolution on the tire. Have to go back for the trunk fix (they needed a part), and hopefully get the tire fixed before it’s extended warranty expires.No loaners but a really great shuttle service! And very nice people. Just wish comms were better (I missed my next appointment) and they addressed the tire issue.

Weve had half a dozen transactions with Gebhardt Motors in the past 15 years, each one of them an excellent experience. This past week both my husband and I bought pre owned vehicles from Helvio at Gebhardt BMW. He provided us the best customer service and found each of us a car that suits us perfectly (me, a 2016 BMW 328i Xdrive and my husband, a 2017 VW Jetta). Will did a great job as my service advisor. Only shortfall was the car wash/ vac services were unavailable. Overall great job. Basic services oil/ filter etc. Only wish they opened prior to 730. 7am would be better for those of us that have work.

I live four hours from Boulder and was in town for a long weekend and needed to have my first 10,000 mile service interval performed. I didn’t have an appointment so I called Gebhardt early Monday morning and Andrew scheduled a appointment for 9:30 that morning and provided us a shuttle ride while our vehicle was being serviced. Also provided me information for the issue I was having with my wireless Apple car play connection which a previous dealership wasn’t able to help me with. Highly recommend Gebhardt. I should mention that I did not purchase my vehicle from Gebhardt but was treated like a long term customer.
Awesome Service Department! They quickly checked me in for the appointment and then provided me a shuttle ride back home so I wouldn’t have to wait while they did the work. It seemed like the diagnosis and repair were done quite quickly! Another shuttle ride and I was back to pick up my vehicle. The necessary work was clearly explained and I was back on the road in no time at all. The professional and friendly service was way above expectations. Gebhardt has always been the best service department over the 14 years we have been using them.

After encountering service issues at another dealer, I turned to Gebhardt and they came to the rescue. Their staff are friendly, dedicated, and communicative. Their customer service went above and beyond to ensure my needs and my BMW’s needs were met. Next time, I’ll choose Gebhardt first when needing any service done on my BMW. It was also great working with Chris, a service advisor, who kept me up to date the entire time my car was in the shop for weeks due to extensive damage from rodents. He is the number one reason I’d recommend anyone to Gebhardt.
Chris was in charge of my appointment. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful. The problem with my air conditioner was diagnosed and fixed using the most fiscally conservative method as opposed to expensive overkill. Much appreciated! Chris also explained that I had a little time left on my rear brake pads but that they would soon touch the sensor. I appreciate that he didn’t insist they be changed immediately, but rather warned me to keep an eye on it. The best part was his cheerful and sincere attitude. I wish there were more young men in the world like Chris. BMW is lucky to have found him. Also, the waiting room is much improved, clean, and pleasant. Everything about my experience was efficient.

Miserable experience buying a car here. We bought a used 2019 BMW here two weeks ago. They are an old school dealership - and I dont mean that in a good way. I had done all the research on car values, trade-in values and was completely ready with very reasonable numbers to propose. They drug me through dirt on values, having to go back and forth with the manager (who I never actually saw, despite my request to meet with them directly). We ended up buying the car because it was hard-to-find, but it took nearly 5 hours! I have excellent credit, and somehow the financial approval process took 2.5 hours. Even then, they struggled to get the paperwork right, and ultimately had to email some documents to sign 10 days later. They have virtually no customer appreciation and didnt seem to even care how frustrating it was for us. I had initially set an appointment to see the car, and when they showed it to me - it was filthy! How are you supposed to get excited about spending BMW kind of money on car when it was filthy? The sales guy didnt seem to know much about the cars features. Ever since we got home, weve been having error messages on a couple of the safety warnings. Despite my calls and emails, no one seems to care about helping us resolve it. I wont EVER go back there.By comparison, I also recently bought a 2019 GMC Denali from Clear Shift in Littleton. They were stunningly friendly, helpful and efficient, and I was driving home in under 90 minutes. None of the dealership B.S. that everyone dreads. Too bad they dont sell BMWs...!
The people i spoke with were very nice and helpful, but it seems the whole system is extremely inconvenient and not flexible. I hated how simple problems kept delaying my car being finished. Also, the pricing is insane but you know that and you won’t change. Never coming here again!
Gebhardt made getting an oil change so easy with their valet service. They drove out to my office and traded me my keys for a beautiful new loaner. Smooth transition and quick so as not to take me away from work for too long. Devin in Service and Glenn who made the transfer were both very responsive, helpful and professional. Will absolutely use this service again as it is too convenient for my busy lifestyle.

We had a bit of a kerfuffle about an alignment issue that reoccurs routinely. Not Gebhardt’s fault, they were stellar in resolving the problem and getting our X5 back in proper order. I want to thank Devin who handled the issue, coordinated the loaner car and put up with my frustration.
I came in for an alignment and it took them all day. And when I checked on the car when I called them I thought they had a little bit of an attitude. I was told that the tech had driven my car and that everything was OK. And when I drove it it poured completely to the left I feel like they didn’t do anything. Extremely disappointed.
It was a nice experience at Gebhardt bmw. JC was sure to answer all my questions, and provided great service. There was no pressure at all and the whole team really made the experience 5 stars. Sure, getting a good price is always a plus when purchasing a vehicle, but I really felt like the staff cared about me as an individual and not just another buyer. I don’t plan on buying another vehicle for quite some time, but I will certainly look with Gebhardt first. JC was very professional and made the process enjoyable, no stress. Service department are LIARS! Do not use this dealer! Had my 3 series in for recall related to transfer case in January. Two months and less than 2K miles later the transfer case failed and they wanted to charge me $8,000! They swore they inspected the transfer case during the recall. Sounded way too suspicious/coincidental - not to mention a predatory amount to charge for the repair! I had the towed to another mechanic: turns out the outpost flange splines of the transfer case were rusted and sheared down…the exact part they were supposed to inspect during the recall campaign (NHTSA campaign 20V185000). And if those areas show wear, the recall campaign directs them to replace the transfer case. Will be following up with BMW corporate. Such a disappointment. Have owned Mercedes, Porsche’s, etc. Never been treated like this by a dealer!!

The worst! Especially if you are a woman.This dealership has a very prevailing attitude against women. I was treated like the list of issues wrong with my car‘were all in my head’. I was “ mansplained” by the tech and service guy- then scolded by the employee in the check in bay for returning the loaner with very little gas.I got the loaner almost empty and absolutely filthy. They said their car wash wasn’t working.They also did maintenance work that went $350 over estimate without even calling me to ok it.Just a horrible experience- going to Schomp next time- they take really good care of their customers.
The work was fine. Very nice wash and cleaning. I was upset to get a long list of things that need to be done, none of which appeared on my report 5 months ago. Maybe just an overly persnickety mechanic, but it was an outlandish total. I pay a premium to get work done at Gebhardt and Ive always been treated well, but yesterday was not a good experience.

The buying experience at Gebhardt was great, then when it came to service it was horrible.Never a loaner available, takes all day for simple service and this last experience has ridiculous. Brought in X5 for last service under the extended warranty we PAID extra for. Advised to come right before it expires to have covered services done. Appointment was at 9:00 and waited 20 minutes before advised our “ service manager” late for work! No other service managers can help? After 30 minutes we did get someone to help only for hem to turn us away that the “ computer” said brakes don’t need replacement based on miles. Due to COVID and not driving for a year we were about 2500 miles short of coverage.No extensions, no help and having us wait that long added insult to injury.Our prior vehicle was a VW Touareg also bought at Gebhardt and didn’t go back because of 5eir terrible service department. Audi dealer far better service department…always get a loaner even if for an oil change! Our next car will be Audi!!! . After car purchase …you are married to the service department for the next few years. Has not been pleasant the entire 4 years and this last experience awful
Gebhardt service has been fantastic since the day I purchased my used X5 from them. They are always knowledgeable and mindful of costs and priorities on what HAS to be done right away, vs what will eventually need to be done. My current rep Nela is wonderful and can explain issues in layman’s terms. She has even had the mechanic show me the need for the work right there in the garage. It’s nice to have a car service center consider the life of your car as well the other aspects of life and the priorities for your money.

Gebhardt BMW was outstanding. My coolant light came on in Greeley (2+ hours from home). Roadside assistance was wonderful but wasn’t able, per their policy, to tow my car to my “home” dealership in Littleton. When I arrived at Gebhardt, they had stayed late to wait for my tow truck and had a loaner car waiting for me. Jonathan and Chris could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They communicated the issues and fixed my car. Their dedication to customer service and support turned what was a really bad day into a very positive experience. No feeling worse than the engine light coming on, strange sounds coming from the engine and it’s a Sunday afternoon. I dropped my car off at Gebhardt VW. By the time I called early Monday morning they were already finding a way to get my car fixed the same day. Picked it up later in the day and the issue was completely resolved

I’m a first time customer and the previous person supervising the repair on my VW Passat dropped the ball but Adam came in and made sure my total reflected the mishaps, and then gave me very helpful details about a future potential repair, what to watch out for and most likely timeline. I told him I was planning on selling my car sooner than later for parts for minimal compensation (it’s old and high mileage) but he encouraged me when I’m ready to sell to bring the car back in for much more. Terrible time trying to connect to service - nearly had to call back 4 times as I would get transferred to a black hole each time. But Jessica the service advisor did a good job and was friendly explaining and listening to my problems with a 2 year old X5. She was pleasant and competent. Car was finished on time.

I had an appointment for a minor issue, after 40 mins I noticed my car will still sitting outside. I told my service adviser who is as less than pleasant. I told them I would take my car to downtown BMW, after I told my adviser that he had them take my car back to get serviced which was a small issue that took less than 10 mins. The service advisor comes to me and says sorry we didnt wash your car. Great way to show his authority. I will not come back here. If you do come here, no need to make an appointment, they dont honor them. BMW downtown Denver much better service.

I have had Gebhardts service department work on my car 4 times now to try to fix an issue with a check engine light coming on. They have not been able to fix the issue yet and now it is on again and will require another trip.

I saw a car on their site and called for information about it, and I was directed to a salesman by the name JC who answered my questions. He was very honest, patient, and friendly. I requested for him to send me more information, pictures, and videos which he sent and we also did a video call as well. I made a deposit online and flew from Amarillo Texas to Boulder CO after a couple of days. The car was exactly what he showed me, the arrangement went easy and smooth. The people at the lot were nice and not pushy.I was impressed and I would recommend anyone going to buy to them .
I’ve owned BMW’s since I could afford them, mainly in California. I dropped off my X5 three days ago in Boulder and I live in Breckenridge. The whole process from the time I arrived was seedless, I also got a brand new X4 loaner that was super nice. I’m not really one to write reviews but these guys did such an amazing job by delivering my car back to me two days later all the way in Breckenridge. First time visiting this dealership. The online appointment was easy to make. The service department followed up immediately after the online scheduling to confirm the date and time. I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment and I was greeted with courtesy by the service staffs. My service advisor, Beth was very knowledgeable and polite. The service was done promptly while I waited. When they drove up my car, it looked brand new. They washed it and cleaned it inside and out. Great service. Courteous staff. Sawyer and Tomaso were very helpful! I’m a woman and I went there alone but I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of. They both explained the features, safety, and mechanics (to a certain extent) of the vehicle I purchased, and they didn’t treat me like I was an idiot, which I very much appreciated. When I came back a few days later to purchase the vehicle the whole process was done in a timely manner and I was driving away in my new car in around an hour and a half. All in all it was a great experience!

This is a review of the experience I had with Gebhardt BMW.I dealt with Dallas and Finance manager Richard. I must begin by saying that I am a remote customer 900+ miles from the dealer nor the easiest customer. Nevertheless, it is obvious that they are not familiar with out-of-state/active duty military buyers.First, they made a mistake of submitting multiple credit applications even though we already have the pre-approval; further, they submitted the credit check on a complete different car, hereby triggering credit alerts that downspiraled to multiple credit checks and additional requirements before funds can be released.Secondly, they leave you hanging and keep telling us that they are so busy and could not make the time to either make a quick 1 minute phone call or an email to keep us posted. I work 90-100 hours a week and I make the time to try to call them to get voicemail and no call-backs. Thirdly, they kept telling us it is illegal to have the title mailed to NY, my home state where I register all my cars while deployed in TX, even though we already explained everything multiple times.Last but not least, they reposted the car back on the market 3 weeks after taking our deposit. The finance manager kept saying Ive done this for 15 years, but it is evident that he does not have that experience.This is by far the worst out-of-state vehicle purchase experience Ive ever had. Keep in mind that I have purchased multiple cars from various different states including California, New York, Kentucky and Virginia without any issues/hiccups; all other dealers were well versed in out-out-state purchases and handled my paperwork efficiently. Titles always mailed to the proper state while Im deployed in another state using an out-of-state address.A few good things I did experience was that the manager, Tom Gebhardt, was quite understanding and decided to give us an amazing price and arranged shipping in a very efficient manner. Beto, another client advisor was much more responsive and has always remained courteous. So thank them for that; though chances of dealing with a manager directly on a single purchase is slim to none.Overall this was a tiring experience. If you’re Active duty military or out-of-state buyers, beware!My suggestion for the dealer:1) Take time to respond to out-of-state clients. Even a minute of your time daily to shoot a short text/email updating the current sales status.2) Prioritize whoever buyer comes first. Having an out-of-state buyer does NOT mean putting them on the back burner while catering to floor customers. They are equally important.3) Learn about out-of-state rules regarding titling/registration. Listen to your clients if you’ve never done it before especially if they have done it multiple times.I hope they take my suggestions and give the next military/out-of-state customer a better experience.
The whole walk-in/check in process doesn’t seem to be organized very well. There’s a lot of desks with no one at them.
Brought car in for regular service and while there a couple of items where found that needed to be repaired/replaced. Because the car is under extended warranty, it had to be approved by third party. I was told it would take just a day or two; ended up taking a week and a half to get feed back on warranty. Communication from service department was not great and in fact I had to sick my husband on them because I felt I was getting the run around. Warranty, turns out, only covered one of the items that needed repair. Not happy that a car thats less than 3.5 years old with the gold star warranty would not be covered to fix a defective SOS emergency system. Being that BMW places the component under the roof lining, I would imagine the battery should have a much longer life than 3 years, which is about when it went out.

He was very helpful throughout the entire process and provided an easygoing non salesman demeanor, which is exactly what we were looking for. We even got lucky to meet his dog Tobee, who was the sweetest co-saleswoman. Eric Cheatwood in finance was wonderful too. We will definitely be doing business with them in the future!
Dealership has enough options to choose from.Not enough personal to get you in and out in a smooth fashion. Very eager to take your money and make you come back later for what you ordered.

This was my first trip to Gebhardt being new to the area. I had a check engine light come on in my car and the service department was able to quickly fit me in for an appointment right before the holidays. When I picked up a couple days later, my tire was flat...My amazing service rep, Will, was able to comp the tire replacement and deliver my car to me the next day. They really go above and beyond, couldnt recommend this dealership enough
