My BMW had a hose burst on highway 36 and I limped the car into Eurasian Auto Repair. I was caught between a rock and a hard place. They were really professional about getting the car done quickly and it was done the right way. The best part of it was that the price was less than what I thought it would be! I recommend this business to anyone!

Brought my fiat in to get serviced. they took my shifter off to work on my heater and lost a part to keep the knob tight. They didnt check the work after it was done and now my defroster is stuck on. they couldnt get my shifter boot on properly with the ring it was supposed to fit in so they used black epoxy on my brand new leather shifter boot and got it all over my dashboard. when i brought it up they told me i was very critical and needed a new mechanic and didnt offer to take care of all these issues. very unprofessional and i would highly not recommend them

My van quit on the road and had to be towed, The tow truck operator though it was a battery, alternator and more. However Eurasian figured out it was only a battery and connectors. They got me going again without spending much money.

For many years Dan and Vince have cared for my daily drivers and classic car collection. They always finish the work on time and at competitive cost. Only last week they diagnosed and repaired two items that the Toyota dealer could not figure out after multiple visits. These guys know their stuff. I have a 12 year old vehicle that is beginning to require some TLC. Vince and Dan help me determine which items need immediate attention and what can wait a bit. Their pricing is very fair, their knowledge is top notch, and they are always very pleasant to deal with.

He was probably just having a bad day, but I caught him with the garages up and doors open, needing to grease a tie rod that I had just replaced on the trail after I had one break on me. Incase you dont know this is literally less than a 1 minute job, he could have even directed me towards the grease gun. I offered to pay, even offered to just buy a tube of his grease. Instead of being cool he chose to be an ass hole, I will NOT be taking any of my cars there. Missed business opportunity for eurasian auto.

I originally quoted $450 for work (timing belt work, bleed clutch pedal, source cause of non fuel issues, repair a fuel pump wire). I ended paying $567 and some change. Wish they would have told me that it would have costed more than the original $450. Also, called me up and told me that my car was not idling and that it was going to be another $100 to find out the cause of the issue. So, I refused picked up the car and attempted to drive it home, which it luckily made it. Once I got home my brother and I lined up all of the timing marks and the marks on the camshaft pulley were off. I called the shop and left them a message, explaining my findings and that I was returning for repair the next day (9/20/16). I drop it off the next day to have them check over their work. I asked the mechanic how he installed the timing belt and he gives me a few smart ass remarks: I line up the timing marks. and sometimes it skips timing. So, he will look it over which is fine, a few hours go buy and I receive a call that my car is done. So, I go and pick it up and one of the mechanics (which is on the phone) hands me the keys, not saying anything or even looking at me. A second mechanic walks in the office and says: You are good to go and then proceeds to tell me your distributor was installed backwards and that they didnt mess with that and that it still is and good luck! He then proceeds to tell me You know when people start messing with things it makes our lives harder, bring in your own parts etc. So, I bit my tongue and just walked out. What frustrates me the most is that they didnt even admit, or apologize for the fact that they messed up! They were just trying to guilt trip me the whole time and make me feel stupid. I am sorry but this is the worst experience that I have ever encountered, EVER!!! at a car repair establishment, which they should be ashamed to even call themselves mechanics! They also tried to keep my parts (bad ecu). I had to ask them twice and the guy told me I was just going to throw it away. Guess what dude, that is NOT your decision to make! The clutch that they supposedly bled is still questionable, but I am not going back there and I urge you to reconsider, if you are thinking about taking your car here for repair / service!!!Regards,Anthony Franchitti
