After reading all of the rave reviews about Fisher Acura I am really disappointed in my experience. I may have rushed into my purchase without fulling inspecting the vehicle I was purchasing and that is my own fault, but I really trusted the dealership and their reports that the car was thoroughly inspected.Let me start with my first initial impression upon arrival. We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday and looked around on our own for about 15 minutes and looked around hoping to find help which did not come. We eventually had to enter the building a looked for a sales associate who could possibly help us which took another 5-10 minutes. I mean, we get it, its Saturday, everyone is short staffed, but at the very least anyone couldve acknowledged our existence with a greeting and assurance that someone would be with us.When we finally got help, he was nice and was very reassuring. He listened to what we were looking for and provided us with 3 options. We took the car for a test drive and were told that initially the brakes will make a strange sound at first because it had been sitting for a while. We thought nothing of it. It was hard to see the many imperfections on the car due to how dirty all of the cars on the lot were. We chalked that up to the weather, but on the inside there were spills and stains that were missed when they cleaned the car during intake.Still, we loved the car and decided to purchase it. The process wasnt like any weve experienced before. There was a lot of running back and forth and it just wasnt the smoothest experience. The whole process took about 5-6 hours and mind you with a 3 year old that was rough. Finally got through the process, signed the forms, paid the man only to get a call to have to return because a form was forgotten. Even that was fine.Now, what was not fine was the fact that I had a massive wasp nest in my driver-side mirror which we only discovered when we were driving home. The car is riddles with orange spots on the white paint which I truly hope is not from rust considering the car is from the east coast which is a common problem.My biggest issue is the rear brakes were not inspected at all even though the report says the brakes were checked on the vehicle. Ive had the car for all of 2 weeks and have already had to pay $300+ to replace the rear rotors and brakes because they were completely down to the metal. That was the source of the noise our salesmen had told us about during the test drive. Mind you, I also made a point to bring all of these issues up with I had to stop by the following Tuesday and I was pretty much dismissed.If I could return the car I probably would. I dont think I would return to purchase another vehicle and I doubt I would recommend this place to anyone else. Disappointing and buyers definitely beware. Probably bring your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you buy a used car from them.
I had the best car buying experience at Fisher Acura in Boulder. I knew what vehicle I wanted so I went to see it as soon as it came available. I test drove it on my own and decided upon returning to the dealership that it was the right vehicle for my family. The entire process from the time I arrived to the dealership until I left, took 3.5 hours. The customer service was incredible. It didnt feel like a stereotypical car dealership. The atmosphere was relaxed. The paperwork was mainly done electronically and there was no wheeling and dealing. The price on the vehicle was the price I paid. I highly recommend Fisher Acura.
These guys are awesome. I have been waiting for the TLX type S for months and these guys ordered me one with everything I wanted. Jared was my salesman and he was very quick on communication when I had some questions. Ron and Scott were amazing in getting me the car I wanted and keeping me up to date as the vehicle was being built. I come to most dealerships with my guard up expecting them to want to sell me a bad deal but the guys that helped me out, Mark and Doc, were very real, laid back, helpful, communicative, patient, and professional! I am so happy with my new used car! It was definitely the best deal I could get during these hard, expensive times! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others!
Great staff, easy to work with. Feels like I got a reasonable deal on the car and they give repeat customers a $1000 off the top. Wished the trade-in value was better, but my car wasnt exactly lady driven.
I would strongly suggest another service provider as there are obviously significant issues on quality control and ethics in this dealers service shop. My wife brought her 2014 Acura MDX in for routine service. She was told by the service manager that the axle seal would need to be replaced due to a leak and was quoted $500.00 for the service. Low and behold that evening is the fist time the vehicle ever had a leak. Having some experience in fleet management I called around and was quoted between $175.00 and $200.00. I considered performing the repair myself but could not find any evidence of a leak around the axle seal. There was a slow consistent leak which I could not easily trace as I do not have access to a floor jack and jack stands. Last night I was able to borrow equipment to lift the vehicle and trace the leak. What I found was rather alarming. The oil drain plug was leaking and had only been put on finger tight. It was only a matter of time before it would have worked itself completely off likely damaging/destroying the engine. I woke up this morning and checked under the vehicle and there is no leak. If something this simple is missed and you are quoted for services not necessary I would suggest you find other alternatives for your service needs. Due to the significance of these issues this will also be reported to the BBB and Acura HQ.

We purchased our new 2020 CR-V last Monday at Fisher Honda in Boulder and drove it to home to Utah the same day. At every step of the process, I never felt pressured and only felt the team wanted me to be completely satisfied with my investment. In particular, Doc was excellent at helping me celebrate this big purchase while also keeping me focused on the details. And his walkthrough of my NEW cars features was top notch.
We love Fisher Honda Acura in Boulder. We bought our daughters’ car there a little over a year ago and had such a good experience that we went back for our new vehicle. Even though we were buying a Honda Pilot and our original sales rep was on vacation, Rich Moss from the Acura side was readily available to help us! He got us set up with a test drive right away, walked us through all the new features, got us set up with finance and even synced my phone with the car before we left. We were in and out with a new vehicle in 2-3 hours. Rich was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy and comfortable, and he even checked in a few days later to see how everything was going with the vehicle! We will definitely go back there for our next vehicle and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Couldnt get the deal done at Fisher this time around. Its not an encouraging sign when you know more about the Acura than the salespeople. Its tough when you ask the salespeople questions about the vehicles or pricing and they give vague answers. Ill get you a great deal was said but no actual numbers. Things like that. One car was priced incorrectly on the lot. I said Ill take it and its, No, thats not the price. No apologies just excuses. Dealt with 3 different people there and got the same treatment.
Great experience. Dennis in sales was straight talking with good insights without pressure or gimmicky sales stuff. Andrew from Austin gave an excellent tour of the cars many techno features. Everyone at Fisher Honda seemed sincerely interested in helping. I recommend highly.
This week, I worked with Emma in Acutas service department to obtain a new tire for my car. Her terrific customer service, attention to detail, great communication skills, and knowledge made the process a lot less stressful. I truly appreciate that she went above and beyond the norm and was a true delight to work with. Kudos to Emma and Acura!

I purchased a new 2021 Acura RDX from Fisher Acura in Boulder, Colorado a few weeks ago. Its been many years since I purchased a new car. I worked with Ron Samoray on the purchase. He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He made the day fun and easy!
Theyre pretty direct and fair, but they tack on a $988 protection package to every sale that is apparently mandated if you buy a car there, which when combined w a doc fee gets excessive. Wouldnt be an issue if they noted it on the vehicle pages, but not a great experience to agree on a # only to find out later youre paying another grand for them to secure your car parts and put a film on the vehicle. People were great, policy is awful.
I purchased a 2018 Acura RDX, and the process couldnt have been easier. Started communication on line with Rick Colver; set a date and time to test drive; and was finished with the purchasing aspect in under 3 hours. Rick Colver was awesome and super helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Recently purchased a used car from Fisher Honda/Acura and requested a warranty with the car as we didnt want to take the time to have the car completely checked out. We were told that the warranty they were selling us would cover everything including the horn that we knew didnt work. (Before you assume I didnt understand the stated warranty, I specifically repeated it covers everything? and the answer was yes, everything. That is the only reason I would spend 25% of the price of the car on a warranty) Turns out the car needed $2k worth of work and Fisher sold us a Powertrain only warranty for $2500 and nothing is covered (which I found out embarrassingly at the cars dealership when I proudly told them I had a warranty that should cover most everything). I have emailed once and called twice giving them my return phone number - they decided to call MY HUSBAND instead. Still waiting on a return call....Not a great way to treat a customer that has been buying cars here since the 1990s...We wont ever go back

Really great experience at Fisher, and specifically with our salesman, Ron Samoray. Ron was patient and understanding... working with us over the span of multiple days on the purchase of a 2017 MDX. I never felt too much pressure, and Ron felt like he had our best interests in mind. I wouldnt hesitate to go back to Fisher and ask for Ron by name! If I had one complaint... it would be that our MDX had less than 1/2 a tank of fuel and we live in the Southern Metro area... they could have made sure it had a full tank for me. Guessing this is only on pre-owned vehicles, but still...

I’m very disappointed. I don’t want to leave any stars at all. I took my car in for a collision & had it serviced afterwards. My car was in their hands for over three weeks. I finally picked it up, and right away realized my passenger window button wasn’t working. When I called to mention it - I was told it was from general wear and tear or possible fuse? They even said that when it was being serviced they noticed it - after I called to mention the problem..Then why didn’t anyone tell me? Why do I now have to pay $95 for a diagnoses for my car to be fixed again..

My experience wasnt terrible at Fisher Acura but it wasnt great either. Hopefully this is helpful feedback. The sales person was fine and its possible the sales process wasnt that persons fault.I spent almost 2 hours total at the dealership trying to purchase an RDX w/Tech package. When negotiating on price there were extremely expensive fees that didnt seem necessary (Eco Block Protection, Vehicle Etching, etc) and the dealership doesnt make them optional. I ended up walking away because the dealership wouldnt lower the price by $376. Im glad I did.Afterwards, I spoke to another Acura dealership, received a quote, and put down a deposit for purchase on the same RDX and even added an additional feature. I did this at my own home in less than 10 minutes and saved around $4,000. With trade-in that turned out to be about a 20% discount.With RDXs flying off the lots, its possible Fisher Acura sold that same vehicle for more than they offered me. However, in regard to time commitment, unnecessary fees, and cost savings, there are Acura dealerships that are much more convenient.

Multiple times - schedule service and drive all the way there and they dont have the parts in stock to perform the service.Enter Jerry Seinfeld episode of you schedule the service but you dont perform the service. Anyone can schedule the service, but its really performing the service thats the important part!Tyler: Spoke to Randy. And yeah, getting in and checking for out of stock parts for appointments made weeks in advance the morning of the appointment is just bad management. Not blaming the employees, just very poor management.
I really don’t like shopping for a new car and I do as much research as possible before I begin. Once I decided, Fisher Honda made the experience very easy. Rick Colver showed me options and got the car I wanted to test drive quickly. Once I made a decision as to which model to buy he helped me get everything I needed to do done so that I could sign the documents and be on my way. He was very easy to work with and I appreciated that he listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to persuade me to get something I really didn’t want.

My experience got off to a rocky start I had contacted the dealership online and the RDX I wanted had been sold when I asked about other RDX I was told they all had been sold a little perplexed I called and started to work with Jonathan Fisher who helped work a deal out over the phone when we finally agreed on the deal I said it would take me a hour to get to the dealership and asked to have the car gassed up and cleaned so we could make this a quick process as we have already agreed on terms and got financing set up I arrived at the dealership to find the car still out not cleaned or gassed up and it was all downhill from there I spent the next 2 hours at the dealership I have no clue what was going on after 2 hours paperwork and everything was done I go out to the car in a hurry now and the car was not cleaned very well and had 2/3 of gas I was pretty upset at this point and knowing I had a hour to get home I didn’t go say anything I’m not sure what happened I’m happy with the car but extremely disappointed with the level of service

Fisher Acura I have to say is the best dealership experience I have ever had. I have bought many cars from Mercedes to BMW to Jeep to Toyotas plus more. The personal experience I received from sales, finance, service department as well as the nice lady at the front desk greeting people was absolutely wonderful. I have visited the dealership several times before actually purchasing my car. Always nice, answered my questions and no push. Some of the people had remembered my name etc from a prior visit 6 months previously, with no information from me besides my name. If you want to be treated with professional and quality service-BUY YOUR CAR FROM FISHER ACURA.
Not great. The car we purchased needed over $1,300 in maintenance the day after we bought it. Routine stuff that you would think they would capture and fix when they do their inspection before it hits the lot?? Not cool. You think at least they would then do the maintenance........ Nope.
Ron Samoray went out of his way to help me get the car I wanted. He was very kind and communicative and made the process go smoothly. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience.
Buying a new car is always a stressful emotional long experience. After doing research I knew that Fisher Auto had the best priced car that I was searching for. Price was fair and although non-negotiable it made the process easier. Ron our salesman, was very helpful nice and patient. Likewise, the finance manager James, was helpful and efficient making the process go smooth. They followed up after the sale to make everything make sure everything was going well. And when we had an unusual request they worked with us to make the situation favorable to all parties. We were very happy overall with our experience in purchasing our new car from Fisher Auto.

My husband and I have been in need of a car since the beginning of 2020 but nothing we saw online was working for us. We started to look at cars in person October and went to a few different dealerships by our home. My husband then remembered Fisher Acura in Boulder and looked to see what they had online and I am so happy he did. Fisher Acura was the best customer service we received. Franklin English greeted us as we made our way towards the building and he went above and beyond. He showed us the vehicles we came to see from what we saw online, he recommended other vehicles on the lot and was thorough on explaining the key features. When we moved forward towards purchasing a MDX but only one of us would be able to go to the dealership, he offered to drive my Nissan home for us... an hour south of Boulder. That is kind of a big deal! When we are in need of our next vehicle, Franklin will be the one we reach out to at Fisher and you should do the same.The only thing that I think Fisher Acura should do next time, is fill up the gas tank before the new owners take the vehicle and our battery was low on the key fob so they should of replaced the battery. Even with these 2 minor items... go to Fisher Acura for your next car purchase.

Made an appointment to get a hitch installed. Was very clear on the phone that it was an aftermarket hitch and on the phone they were enthusiastic about installing it.On the day of my appointment I drove an hour to get there and spent half an hour waiting only to be told that they wont install an aftermarket hitch and that there is no OEM hitch.I had even talked to a second rep on the phone when I called to change my appointment and she didnt mention anything either.The service manager was rude and obstinate and gave no rational reason why he wouldnt do it.They didnt offer in any way to compensate me for my wasted Saturday morning.Will definitely not be buying my next Acura from this unprofessional and sloppy company.

I recently became owner of a 2018 Acura RDX from Fisher Acura. My sales consultant was Franklin English, and I must say that Franklin was truly a consultant. I never felt pressured even though I asked numerous questions and was clearly weighing other alternatives. Franklin was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences Ive ever experienced.
We went to Fisher looking for a used CR-V with specific features. We worked with Rich Moss, who said they simply didnt have what we needed. He did not try to switch us to something else and just said hed let us know if they got something in that would meet our needs. Within days he let us know he had one, even before it was out on the lot, and came in on his day off so we wouldnt have to start over with someone else. Everything was smooth and easy. Fisher doesnt dicker and doesnt have hidden add-ons. We left with the car we had been looking for at a fair price, and have been very pleased. Everyone that we met was friendly and helpful. There is no question: we would go through Fisher again, and recommend them highly. (And if you get Rich, so much the better.)

Overall great experience at Fisher--I would buy from them again! Ryan Strimbu was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had a fantastic used car selection and the dealership was very clean and professional. When I got there I found out that the car I came for had already been sold, and Ryan helped me find another for a similar price. Fisher Honda doesn’t do haggling and offered a fair price for my HR-V, which relieved a lot of the stress and made the experience much more enjoyable. It was my first time financing a car and the finance department felt high-pressure and went through the details of the documents very quickly. Thankfully I had someone with me who had more experience and could help out.Overall, I had a much better experience here than at other dealerships and I would recommend this dealership to a friend!
Bought a car this weekend and couldnt be happier with this dealership and Rick C. my salesperson. They took good care of me and didnt mislead or change anything all the way thru. Even went out of their way after the price was negotiated to give me an extra $1000 off for my Acura Loyalty Bonus. Great prices and customer service. Wasnt expecting a pleasant car buying experience but I sure did have one.
My wife and I went in mid-December after a few months of car searching, online and at other dealers. We were interested in test driving a vehicle we had seen online. We were greeted by Ron Samoray, who we had spoken with on the phone prior. After a bit of chit chat (especially nice since we havent been seeing many people due to the pandemic), Ron quickly got everything in order and we were on our way. The car looked and handled exactly as advertised, and we experienced no problems. In fact, it was pretty near exactly what we were looking for!Ron made the purchasing process go smoothly and comfortably, offering us hot chocolate (it WAS delicious) and filling any time spent waiting on paperwork with friendly chat, as well as answering any and all questions thoroughly and understandably. I never felt like he was being pushy about the car or anything else, and we ended up leaving with a deal that Im pretty sure was more than fair.Were now ~1 month post purchase, and weve taken the car on a couple short trips into the mountains, as well as a long road trip to the midwest, and its doing great!I would definitely recommend Fisher Acura (and more specifically Ron) to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.Edit: after reading some other reviews, I think its important to note that our vehicle had a full tank of gas when we test drove it, so either thats not a common problem (low gas tank), or theyve really been responding well to reviews.

I found my Honda Pilot online, and Ron Samoray was very helpful in getting the deal done. once i was sure about the vehicle, i wired money and was given 5 days to come sign the papers/get the keys. no pressure was applied to purchase extras (warranties) which i appreciated very much. i highly recommend asking for Ron. he went the extra mile, even picking me up from the airport in his own vehicle! (yes, he was masked, thankfully). on a side note, while i had little contact with other team members, i did notice a lot of alpha male swagger in the office that i was glad to avoid. ASK FOR RON!!
