I don’t know much about cars which I understand can be frustrating for auto store staff. Sean was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt a lot more confident when I left as to how I should proceed. He got me all of the parts I needed, helped me locate and clean my MAF sensor, and was just overall pleasant to be around. Definitely will be returning!

So helpful! Both Jon and John (? The other John) tested my car battery and alternator and let me know all is well after my car battery died in the morning. It gave me peace of mind. (And it was raining!!)

I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube. They checked my air filter and said it needed replacing but they didnt have one. They sent me to Advance Auto Parts. THANK YOU FOR THAT JIFFY LUBE!Jon was right there to look up the correct product for my car make model and year. The one that showed up looked different than the one that Jiffy Lube showed us - the one they removed from my car and then reinstalled so that I could go pick up a new one.It was confusing because the wrong one (the one for the S model) looked like the one that was in the car. Jon asked if we could get it out of the car and show him. Problem: It required some tools we didnt have. Jon came right outside in the heat of the day (at least in the mid 90s) and proceeded to remove all the bolts from the cover of the air filter. We took the old one in and compared it in shape and size to the one that they had for the S model. It was identical. Turns out the other one had a little handle that helped to remove it but otherwise the parts were identical. He then came out and reinstalled it for us.We were astonished at this level of service and we want to tell Jons supervisors that he is a total keeper. He has made a new customer for Advance Auto Parts. Thanks Jon. You are a really great guy.

Erick was so awesome and helpful along with the other employees too. They stood outside in 10 degree weather to educate me on the quality and condition of my rotors and brake pads to make sure I wasn’t getting ripped off at any repair shops. Best and most honest auto shop in town.

Needed to replace the 12v battery on my older Nissan Leaf. After some quick reading/reviews, I checked their website for hours, products/pricing, etc. Drove over, bought the battery, and accepted the free installation, which was done quickly, professionally, and following all mask/physical distancing precautions. No complaints, and Ill definitely return next time I need something.

My first visit to this place was priceless. Tools and parts organized withing eyes view and the help there is like barbershop. Anyone looking for a hand or a question, this is the place.

Went in to get some windshield wipers. Asked if they would match the price that they were advertising online (on the Advanced Auto Parts website). After mulling it over and wasting my time for 5 minutes the employee told me they do not match their online prices. If I wanted to get the cheaper online price, I would have to order it online and select store pickup, in which case, after the computer system process it in 10+ minutes, they claimed they would honor that price. Classic bait-and-switch advertising. My time is valuable and I’m happy taking my business elsewhere.

Gave me the wrong water pump. Then Lafayette advanced auto did the same thing.

Man was helpful in letting me know the cost of a battery but suggested with how the placement was, I take it to the dealer I bought it from.

The people who work here truly go the extra mile to make sure you’re well taken care of, whether it’s installing your new windshield wipers, helping you buy the correct parts for your car, or giving you honest, knowledgeable advice about your vehicle. The manager, Sean, could not have been more kind and helpful when I came in stressed out and confused about how to deal with a failing alternator. So glad I found this place!

However, the store was busy, and the salesman with the darker peppered beard could not have been more helpful and kind forwards my son and I, who know nothing about cars. Thank you for making time for us. You were right about the spark plugs and coils, and we were able to get the car fixed under warranty this weekend. We will be back.

Love this store! Sean helped me with a diagnostic that saved me alot of money. Also sold me the part that holds my hood up, AND he installed it for me. He said the dealership would have charged $40 for a 3 minute install, and that he couldnt let me pay that. These people are the best!!

Ordered a battery online, was ready to pick up in 30 minutes and they installed it for free! Hooked my car to a charger so I didnt lose any settings from disconnecting the battery and installed wipers that I had bought elsewhere. I tipped the guy $20 and highly recommend!

I needed a battery tested (ended up needing a new battery). When the test initially wouldnt run, the staff was very helpful in explaining why. After I purchased the battery, despite the pouring rain, the staff were extremely helpful in installing the new battery and ensuring everything worked as expected before I left.They also do a very good job organizing the store and ensuring all the isles are clean when they arent busy with a customer.Overall extremely satisfied.

If you dont know what youre doing (like me), this is the place to go! I went here to get my windshield wipers replaced and they could not have been more helpful! They helped me find the right one for my car and even helped me change it. Highly recommend!

Twice my engine misfired, same symptom different problem. First it was an engine coil, then it was the o2 sensors. Advanced Auto does free code scans, and this has saved me so much time and money. Kent has given me solid advice to fix it myself, not once, but both times. Hes a very insightful individual, whos kind and eager to help. He informed me about the loaner tools which saved me another $50. I know I can get parts cheaper online, but with how much money I saved through Advanced Auto I think its appropriate to support this business. The customer service of all individuals at this location is top notch. I drive the 50min it takes to get there, compared to the 20min to get to the nearest shop simply because I know that the service I will get here will not disappoint or confuse matters. I highly recommend this location as the staff is absolutely excellent.

I needed help yesterday with my blinker . I sent my son into to speak with a worker .I cant remember his name but he gave my son a tool and he said he didnt feel like it. My son came out and we didnt know what we were doing. So the guy ended up coming out to show us and said it was more than just the light bulb but didnt offer what it could be so that I could fix it . He left without saying anything like disappeared and my blinker still doesnt work . I advise you to go to different advance auto. I used to go to that one every time I needed something for my car. The gut there was ZERO help because he didnt feel like it...his words...

My biggest take away from this location is slow service. I have been to many auto parts stores and I have never waited so long to purchase a single item. Half the time there is only one person near the counter and most of the time they are on the phone ignoring the mounting line that is forming. Yes the staff is friendly and helpful but they should not be ignoring the customers in their brick and mortar stores. The only reason I frequent this place is because it is conveniently close. I will have to consider going elsewhere as being ignored when Im giving you my money is not okay.

The guy here really knows his stuff and really went the extra mile to help install a battery right before closing on Christmas Eve. I would recommend this store absolutely. They have a big inventory and are honest.

Good service from car guys. Friendly and helpful. Definitely make sure you do your research before asking about advice for anything other than your basic fluids or pads. Was recommended a PS fluid and when I later researched PS fluid I found that specific one eats up gaskets and rack and pinion in Mopar vehicles.

They have had items I have needed about half the time. They try to be very helpful.But the way the store operates, they will not ship in what they do NOT stock without a separate shipping fee. I would expect they get automated delivery from a central warehouse, so why would I want to pay for shipping it separately, for ordinary auto parts?

These guys are all super friendly and helpful. I didn’t spend a penny on my visit today, yet they were outside in the rain running check engine codes for me and giving me advice on what to do. I’ve been to this location a few times and they’re always on top of everything.

Always the best: todays save - disconnect the battery to prevent the car from catching on fire from a failed alternator. They are always willing to help out, get the right part and give good advice.

Nice workers and you should take advantage of free OBDII readings and tool rentals. They definitely should do an inventory check up and organization.

I frequent this place. Here at least every 2 weeks to purchase oil/cleaning products. I expect to be in and out. Check out is always 5+ minutes because staff answers every phone call and handles their inquiry first. Ive complained about this and was told its the managers preference to serve callers first over people THAT ARE PHYSICALLY IN THE STORE. Why should I have to wait to give you my money or even wait to be acknowledge. Theres never an apology or appreciation for my patience.Im sticking to OReily where theres always at minimum 3 reps behind the front counter. Want to get better? Hire someone that only answers phone calls or route it to a call center.

Best customer service ever replaced my broken snow cable chains and said the regular chains were stronger they are intimidating for me though so helped me in the store by laying out a chain and showing me how to link them up next level service would highly recommended this place!!!

These guys are my go-to place for auto parts and assistance. They actually carry wiper blades for my vehicle (something Target consistently has failed at doing), they helped with my dead battery when it needed replacing (including free testing to make sure thats actually what I needed), and they recycle old batteries for free. Ill definitely continue coming here.

The guy couldnt figure out how to work the code reader, didnt try to get help or exchange readers and I got the lovely view of his plumbers crack. Everyone has an off day, Im Hoping this was just one of them because they do have good prices and stock.

These people know their stuff and provide great customer service. Chad was very helpful to test my old battery which I knew was broken and install a new battery for my car. Even in the windy, below-freezing conditions, he took care and extra time to clean up corrosion from the old battery. The battery price seemed fine, and he recommended some battery washers and grease which Im sure are worth the extra few dollars.

I came here to buy parts for my motocycle and car. The older gentleman is was very helpful in trying to figure which parts were best for the vehicles. I like to come here because I ask them a lot of questions.

All the staff at A.A.P. serve do it your selfers with s welcoming.attitude; for example a shout out to Sean, who has assisted me identify a headlamp issue that another local repair shop missed. Hes assisted me with a trunk part, a driver side mirror such that I knew the steps to take and/or options in which to approach the repair. Other parts shops have basically gotten the part and, maybe, explained the product a bit but not proactively reached out when asked like 30th St. Adv. Auto Parts Boulder.

All three staff members greeted me with smile when I walked in today. Chad helped me choose the right parts and also diagnosed my problem immediately. Great work and keep it up.

The best place to go to for easy installs they will help you put in a battery for no extra cost while shops charge $32 for just installation but I suggest tipping.

If you dont know anything about cars, this place may be of help. However, if you do, stay away from this place.The experience started out with phones that were not answered, then asked to hold, and then not picked up again. They apparently do not have enough staff to answer a routine phone call about parts availability. When I went in, the employee did their best to convince me that a universal O2 sensor was the worst possible mistake someone could make with a car. The reality is that a person with any experience at all with a crimping tool, shrink tube, and a heat gun can save a tremendous amount. If you have any experience with repairing cars, go to a parts store that will not try to extract as much money from you as possible.The level of service was far below any other Advance Auto I have used through the years.

Better selection than walmart, but insanely busy (Weekday at 9:30am) so if you go in, know exactly what you need and fill out rebates online at home.
