There was a technical glitch on their website, so as instructed I ordered using paypal and not credit card. I placed order for 3 items, I drove 20 miles to pick up my order, 2 of them were ready but 3rd one was in back order.I am trying to call AllDiscountParts from past 4 days but no one picks up the callMy plans are getting delayed because of this uncertainty, I hope team see this review and help me with my order

This vendor provides OUTSTANDING service for Honda parts and accessories. For years I have used an East Coast vendor and came across All Discount Parts after I purchased another Honda. Other vendors told me a part I was looking for was backordered and they couldnt tell me when they could get one -- one said maybe in 4-6 months. I came across All Discount Parts and talked with Debbie and she found me the part within two weeks. I was trying to order another accessory which other vendors told me was discontinued. I cannot express the level of customer service I received from Debbie at All Discount Parts Store. Not only are their prices the lowest (even when you include shipping) her attention to detail is on point. I ordered two sets of an item, in which I only needed one, rather than shipping two as ordered, she contacted me immediately letting me know one was enough. I had an issue with a defective part and she immediately shipped a replacement out along with a return label to return the defective part once I received the replacement. I ordered a Genuine Honda Part for my vehicle at All Discount Parts, but there was an issue at USPS after it was shipped out. The shipment got stuck at a USPS warehouse for a week and did not move. It ultimately delivered, but a week late. However, there was another issue as well.
