A stellar place I was so thrilled with the kindness and thoroughness of the management personnel person, Natalie who was supreme. I totally recommend this facility and appreciate very much the easy process. I feel confident with their pricing policy. The building is clean. The parking is ample.

Quick and easy to set up a reservation the next day for a unit when I came across their great prices. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. I feel very safe in this area as well!

Place is very clean, convenient and safe location, carts available to shlep my stuff, elevators are fast, and Natalie in the front office was a pleasure to work with. I feel like I picked the best storage facility possible! Fee was amazingly low as well, which was an added bonus! I was there after dark and didn’t worry at all, felt safe with keycode entry and locked gate.

The customer service was great. So often they just want you to sign and get out of the way. But today she very nice made sure I understood everything. Even let me know that I could call or email if I had any other questionsI have one question are all of you this nice and helpful?I believe it will be wonderful at Stor Quest storage.

I had an excellent experience getting a storage area rented here, and the facility is very new, secure, and the units are great. I was quickly able to get a 5x5 climate-controlled unit within and later that day I was already moving things in with the dollys and large elevators available on site. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the facility and service provided.

So far! So good! Needed a place within 12 hours over the weekend and they came through. Madison was great! She helped me to find which unit would fit my stuff without have wasted space and their price beat any competitor in the area by $50 a month. Thanks for everything! Their website had all the information and was easy to navigate - I would say that the units could be a little better described, there are terms like GC and EC that needed a legend so that you knew what th they were tal,king about. Otherwise, the site goes above and beyond the others with 3D modeling to help you decide how much space you need. I compared 2 other self storage centers, one close to me like this one, ond they offered little in terms of information, availability and pricing.The Manager called me right away and I was able to set an appointment that morning. She advised me that the unit I had chosen was a locker so we discussed a larger size. When I went their she was very knowledgeable as and professional - like leading an apartment, the most important factor is the on site person you can trust. I was pleasantly surprised that this new facility which is contemporary and well run is also affordable and close by.I would recommend this location to anyone who is in need of extra storage space.

I dont understand why its necessary to have autopay in order to gain access to my unit past office hours. If the company is concerned about payment, they have rights to the unit if not paid on time, so it seems unnecessary. Quite frankly, it upset me. However, extremely clean facility, great customer service, and well kept units. The price was also a big factor, very fair for a 5x10 but I expect a price hike at some point.

Madison was a blast to work with and super fast. Got a rental in less than 15 minutes and moved everything in within the hour.

The entire process was super smooth. I was able to compare the different sizes to see which worked better for my needs and get my storage unit the same day.

I recently moved from out of state and needed a storage pod delivered and unloaded into a storage unit. At first I thought I wouldnt be allowed to have a pod delivered to a storage unit location, however after a quick discussion with Natalie she put my worries at ease and let me know that I could have the pod delivered there and it could sit for 24 hours at no charge. What a relief! Then, when I went into the location to set up my lease, Madison was very helpful and gave me a variety of units on multiple floors to choose from. They have everything all set up and very organized which makes for a smooth set up. Thanks so much Natalie and Madison!

Clean and efficient. Covered Huge loading areas. 3 bathrooms: male/female, and a family bathroom. The thoughtfulness of having that many bathrooms tells me they really care. Actual heated indoor storage with lots of lighting. employees are great too.

Assisted stepdad with storage needs after my mother’s passing. Fortunately, I came across StorQuest which was just down the street from my house. Dealt with Madison who was so awesome! She made it so seamless for me. Brand-new storage facility & great customer service!

Outstanding customer service! This storage company is the most elite and secure place I have ever seen. With indoor parking elevator use with top of the line security. I have peace of mind knowing everything I store here is dry safe secure! StorQuest is the way of the future.

While the facility itself is great the access hours make the unit essentially useless. 9am to 6pm is ridiculous. Public Storage down the street has 6am to 9pm hours. We will be moving there.

Clean! Brand new… As of now. Depending on when you’re seeing this review will determine if that still holds true. But in all seriousness I appreciate the climate control and in my opinion AFFORDABLE. Also I appreciate the covered parking area with elevator access. Large elevators. Plenty of good size carts call my everything is state of the art. In a gigantic garage door that any moving truck or a lifted Chevy can move in and out of. I actually enjoy being here!

I am editing this review to reflect that Steffan at the Bothell location took very good care of me today. I arrived around 10:30AM and he handled the paperwork for me to finalize the rental and then took me upstairs to show me the locker that I had been assigned. Sadly, that one had a bump out in it and I asked if he could change me to a true 10 x 10 locker. He agreed to that and we found a locker on the same floor that was really 10 x 10. This meant he had to redo some paper work and reassign gate codes but he did so cheerfully and as quickly as the computer allowed. For this reason, I am changing my rating to a 4 instead of a 1.As a company, they need to have staffing at this location. Steffan is really with the Redmond location and he was covering the Bothell location today.-----------------------------Older 1 star review:I rented over the phone because every time I went to the Bothell location, no one was there. Now, its been 2 days and no access because there has not been a person on site. On Wednesday, I drove over there 3 times and each time no person on site. I called and left message. No one called back. Also, is not because they are there showing someone else a storage tour. There were no cars in the lot. No lights on in the office. Sign on door says open but door locked. Frustrating experience all around.

Beautiful units but when asked what the access hours were we were told the opposite of the actual hours and as people with regular jobs and regular hours being only able to access our unit between 9am and 6 pm is ridiculous, we needed to be able to access it before and after work. We will be complaining to the company.

Jeremiah was most thoughtful and thorough, personable and patient. The facility is well planned, safe and in great location. Access is gated and guarded, yet easy-to-use/ unload. Equipment is available to aid in transporting boxes and furniture to unit.

We have now rented at two Storquest locations. At each, the staff was top notch. They have been helpful, friendly, and genuinely seemed to like what they were doing. The feeling of easy accessibility combined with a strong sense of security for our items makes Storquest perfect for our needs. The climate control at both locations has been a big factor in choosing Storquest also.

Bought a unit online and came in later on to check it out. Jerimiah was super nice and was able to help me set it up fairly quickly! I had never bought one and he simplified it and made it really easy to understand.

Eric helped me get a storage unit. I went in, I asked to see the units because I was clueless about what size I needed and we got it done! The area you park in to unload is covered. There are flatbeds to help you move things, and you get your own password to open the doors. I didnt care about ground floor units so we used the elevator quite a bit and that was easy peasy as well!

Excellent service, great storage options and very clean and easy to move stuff in and out. Highly recommend it if you need storage.

This facility is fantastic. New, clean and easily accessible. I had Jeremiah help with the signup up and he was professional and courteous and answered all our questions. I a give thumbs up to him.

First off, the StorQuest facility is everything one could ask for in climate/controlled, convenient, secure storage. It was designed right, and built with the customer in mind. Easy to access, covered loading area, well lighted. The facility manager, Jerimiah, has excellent customer relationship skills. The process to get my unit was handled quite efficiently. It is important to me to feel that the manager is in fact competent, and my interaction with Jerimiah makes me feel that my storage is safe, secure, and well managed. I looked at at least 5 other storage facilities. I feel comfortable that StorQuest is the best choice.

I am giving one star due to not being able to reach anyone. I have tried multiple times to get a a hold of someone because I WAS interested. Every time I call I hear their greeting and that someone will be with me shortly and that there is a 3 min hold time. Soon after the line goes dead. I have done this at least 5 times. Cannot say I didnt try. Also, their website is glitchy. I click on something and it stays on the bottom of the page and will not allow me to scroll up. TERRIBLE!
