Fair storage prices and really good units. I’ve had my things stored here for almost 1 year now and never had any issues. My things feel secure especially because you have to enter a unique code to get in to the building plus the elevator. The front desk staff was super helpful and kind when I signed up for my unit.

It appears your rent can be changed at any time. Dont get comfortable with a good rate because it will increase based on market demand. Mine increased almost 2.5x with one months notice, so I had the incredible inconvenience of having to find a new location and move the entire contents of a 10x30 unit. Buyer beware.

Clean units, easy access, covered parking, restroom location, other customers seem friendly and safe, front desk staff are professional people with good communication skills.

Its an amazing system; with the PIN access, the handy carts just inside the door, etc.! I love the Indoor experience. And that the loading area is covered. Mitchell and Jeremiah are great too!

Clean, reasonable prices, safe environment and friendly service is what I experienced at the Bothell CubeSmart. Easy access to flat carts to move a lot in a little time. There is a restroom for use as well while moving, this was a life saver to wash hands. The store manager, Jeremiah, helped to get me sorted with the right unit for me as well as the key and showing me around the facility. I am really happy I chose this facility. I researched a few hours to find best price with safety and climate controlled facility with a unit that would work for my storage. I am grateful for this find.

Jeremiah is amazing! I locked my keys in my car along with my unit keys and Jeremiah worked tirelessly to break my pain in the butt lock open so I could get my other set of keys. I am so thankful for his help and completely saving my day. Give this dude a raise!

Dutch and Jon are both incredibly friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained. I realized I had too much stuff for my original unit; but Dutch was able to solve my problem by offering something reasonable and it worked out perfectly. It was a simple process to add on another storage space. The staff really care about what they do and it shows. Will definitely be looking to them regularly for my storage needs.

Awesome owner, hes always very friendly, and seems rather joyful. Plus hes very safe when it comes to making sure you actually own the unit you want to get the code for.. which makes me feel safe about my things there! At least like he enjoys his job. With how complicated the codes are to get into said storage units and elevators, and the superb security system he has, Im definitely comfortable, and completely unconcerned about my belongings there! Only down fall to said storage units, is its location! That road is so busy, and with only 1 way in and out, makes it real hard to get in or out of there when traffics bad!

Clean, organized, and safe. The professional and caring manager answered all my questions, dealt with my postponements and delays in a kind and generous manner. I highly recommend them!

Rates raised by $40 per month after only 4 months of storage. I expected price increases, but not so soon and not so much. UPDATE: I spoke to the store manager as instructed and was told that I have the choice of leaving if I dont want to pay the increase. There is no negotiation even though they raised the rates BEFORE six months. Theyll get my money for now, but theyll never have me as a return customer nor will I have much good to say about their business practices or their customer service.

Yes the staff, building, parking, hours, and storage unit with great START prices. However, they go up every 6 months. The buildings professional, clean, safe while I unloaded my truck. The location is outside Seattle but still accessible. The initial package was ideal, but I am unhappy with the consistent percentage raising every 6 months. I am outside of the state and chose this package because of the pricing. For short-term, its fine. NOT longterm.

Complementary carts are very handy when moving things in/out.Dutch (Property manager) was extremely pleasant and helped throughout the whole process from showing available units, putting in the reservation and helping during move in. I cant quit remember the employees name who helped me out yesterday, it was around 1pm but all I have to say is amazing. He was such an amazing guy, he was so understanding and also let me know that they also had a discount that applied to my family. Very nice staff. They are friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. The entire building is VERY clean and user-friendly. Security is excellent, the carts are clean and available just inside the door. We highly recommend CubeSmart.

I have been to a lot of storage facilities and CubeSmart is by far the best facility I have ever been too and stored with.It all starts with John, the general manager. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and amazing. He walks you through the lease and shows you to your unit.Next, the facility is all indoor and climate controlled. There is a ramp in the loading zone, elevators, water fountains, and restrooms. You have to key in to get into the building and key in to use the elevators. There are loads of cameras and the facility is clean.Prices are very fair and theres move in specials. Brand new and beautiful facility. If you need storage...this is the place to be. Your belongings will thank u.

Very convenient. I love the carts, large doors, easy to access, etc. However.....Bait and switch. Be prepared for ~60% increase each year.

Regina showed me several units and helped me get a great price. Clean, brand new and plenty of Dolly’s for moving in and out. That and great security make me feel safe knowing crack heads aren’t drilling out locks and stealing stuff like other outdoor facilities in the area.
