Just based off the experience of trying to reserve a truck, I want to give it a 0. But google only allows a 1 star so there you go. Got sent in a acircle 5 times before just giving up and going to uhaul.
I reserved a high celing Dodge Sprinter or Mercedes style van on line but when I got to the store they only have box vans/trucks. I specifically did not choose a box van.I tried to call the service desk but was in a loop and could not get to a person to find a van. I called around but the agents have no visibility to inventory in the area. I was told by one aget that somewhere in the Penske contract it states that they reserve the right to substitute equipment. Okay I get that. Why not have a decent inventory system so I can go to a single place to locate the equipment that I require. Very disappointing.

Penkse needs to get rid of the automated system. I just spent 20min getting jerked around by a computer. Hire some humans to answer some damn phones already. No humans no biz.
