This is my favorite AT&T location in the area. Ive been to this store for upgrades for myself and other members on my plan for almost every upgrade weve done in the past 2.5 years because of the sheer quality of service here. On my most recent visit on 10/8/21, Holly was super friendly & helped me get the best deal I could on my new phone while keepingin mind exactly what I was looking for. I cant wait to let her know how pleased I am with my new device when she follows up with me next week.
Ill give this place 31/2 stars only because they seem to have only 1 person at the front of the house to help people during peak times from 5pm on week days. When you do go there on weekends, or earlier week days, there are two staff members, but it seems that people visiting this location have ißues that require a lot of time so the wait time for aßsistance can be as long as 20 mins. The staff are great I just think at this location AT&T has dropped the ball. There is another location less than a mile away, but I havent been there just because I dont want to deal with the traffic on Bothell-Everett highway, but I have been to the Lynnwood store and its better staffed hence, faster service.
I have never had a bad experience at this store. Awesome people that work there.
Ali was so incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Lost my phone in a lake and she made it the least painful part of that whole process. Even made me laugh about it. 10/10 would go back to this branch again.
Manager was a huge help in replacing my stolen phone. Had to go through a few workarounds and jump through a few hoops to secure my old phone number but she did it! Very grateful for all the help!
Katy helped my partner and I effortlessly transfer a line of service that has been a headache for the last 8 months- getting the run around with the customer service line and website. She was so kind and helpful and helped me get the best plan and insurance for the number of lines I needed, ultimately saving me money. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and SO nice. This store is clean and well stocked. We will definitely come back for any future needs we have with AT&T. We are truly impressed. Thank you Katy!!
Amazing service!! Came in for an iPhone upgrade and the two gentlemen who worked there were very kind and professional! They got me exactly what I needed and the process was very quick.
There is just one support person here and had to wait 1hr. Two other customers came after me and left after waiting
The guy I was working with added an additional feature to my plan even though I explicitly stated I didnt want the ATT Next Up plan. I get that they are on commission, but thats a shady practice.
We had a tough situation switching from another carrier. Katy and Pedro managed the situation with a smile..sense of humor, and amazing professionalism. Highly recommend this store.

Received horrible customer service from Tyler and Katy the store manager with a billing issue. You are charged a full two cycles even if you cancel within buyers remorse period of 14 days which is unacceptable. They are very unfriendly and I would choose a different store or carrier in the future.

The problem which AT&T Redmond, woodinville store manager was not ready to solve & just told me to talk to customer care to avoid but katy spent1 hour on phone with customer service dig out all details & saved my 700$. Her staff is also good.

Just found out the store is open again, I was worried that my issue was too difficult for store reps but the manager took care of it for me. I was impressed because customer service told me I couldnt get out of paying a large sum to solve my problem! I wish i could get the same help over the phone though...
I had an issue with billing and was bounced around and transferred about 8 times, and sometimes to lines that were “closed”, even tho it was only 2pm. So I went into this local location and Tanner and his manager did everything they could to make sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible.Good location if you’re looking for things to get done correctly and efficiently with staff that treats their customers with respect.

It’s was a pleasant experience with staff in this store, very knowledgeable and made things so much easier for me. I went to the other store (Totem Lake) yesterday, looks like a fancy store but they were being rude and try to kick me to the online customer service. I have called at lease 6 times in the past days to get my plan changed, but no one can give me the clear instruction about how to do so. Being a customer with ATT for 6 years, I was super upset. The staff in this store, again, was patient and spent a lot of time with me for solving my issue, I love them!

I wanted to add a line to my account. I tried online, but didnt work. I went to the AT&T store in northgate and they gave me some reason why they couldnt do it and asked me to come later. My third attempt at adding a line was here. Jessie was awesome. The number transfer didnt go through immediately. She patiently tried different options, called a bunch of customer care AT&T numbers and finally got the job done. It took over an hour, but it was a very nice experience. I highly recommend this store.
Employee was completely unhelpful. Needed help getting my charging port cleaned, they only had an empty can of compressed air, so I was quickly told they don’t provide that service (okay?). Customer service at its worst.Update; I went to the next closest at&t store, where they laughed at “not providing” that service and promptly helped me. In and out in 5 minutes, I’ll be going there from now on.
I didnt even realize this shop was here, I noticed it on my way to Safeway. No wait, the kid at the counter seemed a little new, had to ask his supervisor a lot of questions. However he was pleasant, and helped me well.
They were helpful and courteous.
William made my life and this experience quite positive. In candor, I am a curmudgeon, an old school guy who liked the TV antenna. Having dealt with Comcast and that circus, I was hesitant to try one of their rivals but William (who is also the store manager) saved he day! He presented the options, showed me the front end and back end of pricing and after we agreed upon those options, set up my phone so I could watch the box on my phone. William gave me hope for mankind.
Jennifer is absolutely great. She worked non stop after hours to get a problem resolved with getting a new phone/line activated. If I need any device/ service I will be sure to find her.
They ladies there helped me and made sure that I was well taken care of.
I went in during my lunch hour hoping to get a quick assistant on my new purchase of iPhone X. The salesperson was assisting a couple prior to my walk-in. It seems like they were in the middle of some type of transaction. She salesperson didnt greet me or other customers walking in after me. She went on to figit with the first customer for the next 30 minutes while 6 other customers waited. I understand she was the only person there at that time, but at least she could provide customer service with some type of acknowledgment and waiting time. Worse experience ever at any AT&T store. I give it a 1 start because the site wont let me post without selecting one.
Its not an AT&T official store, they wont get notified about new offers unless you know what offers are available in other AT&T stores. Sometimes you find only one or two employees in the store and you will end up waiting for a long time if there are customers in front of you. Nevertheless, the guys over there are very nice and so helpful.

Yesterday I visited store. These guys are awesome, theyre well versed about all the phone issues and its resolution. In fact they suggest something more then theirs job.
Best AT&T store Ive been in. they dont try to push things on you, explain everything, very patient . Highly recommend even if its way out of your way its definitely worth your time hassle-free

I drove a further distance to this store because it had better reviews than stores been in my area. Overall, not entirely impressed. Ive been with at&t for years and wanted to trade in my phone for a new one, but I wasnt entirely sure which phone to buy. The employee I spoke to was kind of snappy and said, Well Im not gonna choose it for you. before catching on that Id like her to give me some information and possibly recommend phones for my situation, since shes a phone salesperson.I then learned that my old phone only counts toward the note 9, but if I wanted to upgrade to a phone that suited me better (A6 2018) it counted for nothing. The phone they sold me cost 400 dollars, but when I looked online, it was being sold for 200-300 elsewhere. I understand that the store itself and the employee cannot control these things, but I just felt kind of ripped off. Additionally, the employee DID mention that the day after I was in the store was the BOGO event, but she kind of made it sound irrelevant to me and did not explain it fully, nor did she encourage me to wait until today to buy my phone so I could get a free phone.There were only two employees in the store, one of which was a trainee. So the person helping me was constantly distracted trying to help the other person, who was having trouble with another customers request. When trying to do the data transfer for my phone, this person spent 10+ minutes trying to find the correct tool, but was unsuccessful. Luckily, I had backed up my data on the cloud, otherwise Im not sure they could have transferred my data. They did not have any cases for the phone they sold me. However, they did offer to help me apply a screen protector, if I bought one and brought the phone back in.Nothing personal against the employees; Im sure they are fine people. In my opinion, however, this store was not properly staffed or organized.

Store was spacious, but the only store representative didnt acknowledge me at all. He was with another customer but not even a I will be with you shortly or even let me know to come back. Im shopping for a new provider but if all the reps will be like this guy, I may just stay with Google Fi.

UPDATE: William, the store manager, promptly gave me a call and explained the situation and was able to find my device and take care of the situation for me. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure that every thing was taken care of for me. He sent me an email with my RMA label as verification. I had previously dealt with a newer employee who didnt know that he was not supposed to take my phone in. I will be more than happy to return to this store again with this new knowledge and experience.Thanks William!I came into this store to bring in my S9 that needed to be sent back as a trade in after having received my S10. I told the agent what I was there for and he took my phone and proceeded to tell me that was all he needed. I asked if he needed any of my information and he said no. I felt pretty weird about that so I told him again what was needed and he said he would take my phone number and give it to his manager along with the phone.2 weeks later and I just received an email saying my old phone has not been received for my trade in. Im hoping this gets resolved but my experience at this store was very sketchy and I would be wary.
We held on the phone for 53 minutes today to make a payment the worstAm that answered put on us on hold for another person that rudely told us we need to reset our password when we asked if we could verify our account another way she sighed and hung up onus. We then went into the Bothell store and spoke with the manager named Wil who was polite and extremely helpful. He took our payment and helped us out. Thankyou Wil we were ready to give up on Direct TV until you restored our faith in the company. He’s a great employee!!
Employee was very friendly, but the store has a very poor selection of cases for the new iPhones. I will continue to shop at the location a couple miles north of this store. Too bad, this store was right down the road from my house.

I walked out thinking its better to visit the store in alderwood store instead. Lesson learnt - check the reviews before heading out. Overall pretty poor customer service.
