I have been to this business on 2 occasions and both occasions resulted in poor customer service and a feeling of disrespect and discrimination. The latest incident occurred on Sunday, July 11, I initially contacted the business by phone to ask until what time I can send money via Money Gram. The individual I spoke with told me until 7:30 p.m. I raced over to the location and got there with plenty of time to get the money send. There was only one individual working and she was helping the only person in front of me, I waited my turn in line at this point it was 7:25p.m. I told her I was the one who called not long ago and wanted to send money via Money Gram. At which time the worker, who was Latino, tells me that she will check the other people waiting (also Latinos) first because it takes a while for her to process money gram stuff. I told her I had no objection to that but just wanted to make sure she will be able to send the money via Money Gram after 7: 30p.m. since she told me on the phone that they do not process Money Gram transfers after 7:30. She started telling me that the Money Gram is working slow and she doesnt want the others to wait...I again told her that is fine but asked if she will be able to send my money after 7:30p.m., she then said she needed to make a call, after her call, which was in Spanish, a Latino male walked in and came straight over to me even though I was standing mixed in with other patrons and asked me if Im the one who wanted to send money via Money Gram, I said yes and he told me that he cant send the money. I said that is fine and asked for the managers business card, to which he said he didnt have one. I walked out after this encounter. I felt extremely disrespected and made feel like I wasnt welcomed because Im not Latino. The first encounter I had at this place, was with the same male who told me he couldnt send the money for me. He was extremely rude and did not offer any type of customer service in his interaction with me.A business like this should not be around, they are openly discriminating people.
Great merch great price, old school traditional. My dad loves the picked pig feet.
The staff is very helpful. They brought my items to the car for me. Their merchandise (trees, wreaths, garlands, etc.) are wonderful. During the summer the produce is wonderful.
A lot of stuff in a tiny shop. Some things I cant get elsewhere, but a lot tends to be typical supermarket stuff. I am not the target audience, though.
The best staff, great selection
They carry all my favorite Mexican foods and drinks and have great prices.
This is the best little store I know for Mexican food items. And very reasonable prices.
Very nice lady behind the counter, prices are decent, and the selection was good. No fresh produce, only dry. Will be going regularly for grocerys.
Small well stocked store
This is more of a convenience store type of Latin American market, rather than a destination to stock up on imported foods. It is fine for what it is.
I love this place
Its ok
Small convenience store that sells Latin American products. They also sell a variety of pan dulce and the staff is friendly, which is a plus.
Used it to send money internationally and they were very reasonable and friendly
Cute place with good options!
They sold me a rotten cheese and did not want to give me my money back I am disappointed
New cashier is rude not nice they should fire her as soon as they can find someone else
