I was adding my mother-in-law to my account. She is older and though she uses a smartphone, she is not clear on how it works. Both personnel that helped me in this office were very kind and patient. They helped us through and activated things on the phone and processes on the phone that would have been hard to explain. But they just did it and got us up and running which was very helpful.

Went to get a phone for my kid. Rep Hailee Smith provided excellent service - explained our options, suggested best way to pursue, was very easy to deal with and patient - just wonderful example how customer service is to be. My kid liked the phone which was chosen with her advise. Whole visit took about 15-20 minutes. She was also very kind to follow up in a couple of weeks to see if there are any problems with the service. Good work Hailee!

I was visiting during the holiday from California and came in to purchase a new phone (something I havent done in at least 6 years). I was greeted by the store manager Tim and was provided with exceptional service. Tim was patient and went over all 5G phones, asked about my preferences and helped me select the device most suited for my needs. The excellent costumer service did not end there. When I returned to California, I had an issue with my phone and was overnighted a new device without issue. I elected to switch models after using the phone for a few days. Again, I was overnighted my new selection, without any issue. Tim assisted throughout the entire process and made the stressful experience of selecting a new phone absolutely seamless. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone or related devises.

We tried to set-up an additional account today. The woman in this store signed us up for a bogus plan that didn’t exist. She said 8 GB was the data included but was actually 2 GB at low speed. In addition to this, she did not mention an initiation fee of $37. In fact we left somewhat confused about the accounts. I am not clear if she didn’t understand the plans or purposely misled us. The truth is after an hour on the phone with customer service, we finally got this mess straightened out. I will never return to this store after this awful experience.

Yikes! Do NOT go here! I was going to purchase a new phone and line outright. They have almost no phones on display and the Pixel phones are in the Motorola section. I asked if they had a list of phones in stock that they sell and they said no?! How do you sell phones if you dont tell people what you have in stock?The person I spoke to sounded like they have never used a smartphone in their life. Ive been in so many smartphone stores in my life and this takes the cake for worst store Ive been to. Are you even trying to sell products? You just lost a $1k+ sale. This guy wasnt even trying.

My wife and I came in for different issues and from the start, Tim offered gave us some water and some chocolates. Who gets that nowadays? Tim was very courteous and very patient with all our 100 questions. He did not rush us into anything and took the time to ask his questions just to get to know us and our issues. I would like to rank our visit to this store a 20 over 10. That is how amazing this guy is. The store also had chairs for us to sit on rather than standing like the other stores.

I recently visited this store for the first time and I had a great experience. I love the set up of the store as it didnt look like the typical retail stores that Ive been to. Sergio Hernandez helped me pick out a new phone and he was very personable, straightforward, and so far he has been the best agent Ive ever had. He explained everything to me about my service plan, contract, and new phone. He even found some promo discounts for our family plan to save us some money. It was the first time I felt that an agent wasnt trying to sell, sell, sell, rather he was just trying to help me find a great phone for the best deal possible.

Absolutely the best experience I ever encountered at any Verizon store. Tim Javier went above and beyond with explaining the pros and cons for every phone option I asked. Sean helped me for about 3 hours to trade in my old cracked and barely working note 8 with amazing patience (and even a few jokes to lighten the mood). Before we could walk in the door, Tim was there to open the door for us, greet us, and get us started immediately. Tim is very knowledgeable, professional, and wants the best for the customer. Only reason was the ease of which they said I could trade my old phone in with them. What a joke, two different reps at store gave wrong info on how to process return. 3rd time Im dealing with manager, who tells me both reps will need retraining and that to return my phone I had to go on line, jump through some hopes then they would have me mail old phone in. I kept old phone bcause of complications in system. Next experience I took in old phone and needed it activated because new one went into river. Rep at Thrashers could not activate my old phone cause it was used by competitor and not compatible with there Verizon system. Had insurance on phone but rep said cheaper to get new phone again. These people only sell, there is no service after purchase. So enjoy that free bottle water.

We told Cody what we thought we wanted, and he took the time to listen to what we actually needed, and we both ended up with perfect (different and better priced actually) phones. When luck struck, and I was gifted a great phone the next day, I was able to return my awesome new one, with no problems and zero frustration on their part, even when there were customers waiting to spend money, unlike my need. Undeniably the best experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store. And every visit has been excellent until today. Over the top service. I came in to take advantage of an upgrade on my sons phone and left with two phones upgraded, two tablets and at least $100 a month off my verizon monthly bill. Cody and Bobbie were just as awesome! Can I just say that this has to be the best experience in all my Verizon visits. Tim was amazingly helpful from start to finish and even saved me some money on the new plan. The ratings and reviews were not wrong. Assistant Larry Wong helped me get a new SIM card for my unlocked phone I just bought. He also checked my plan on his own and found out I qualify for a better plan, still month-to-month that saved $15 per month and upped my data by 3GB. He is very friendly and very professional, overall a fantastic experience. Customer service is obviously this companys forte (Cellular Sales).

I recently had a phenomenal customer experience at Cellular Sales. My husband, sister and I desired to upgrade our phones and Cody helped us pick out phones that suited our individual needs as well as helped us revamp our phone plan to be most cost effective. After choosing our phones and starting the setup process I noticed no one else in the store - it was past closing time. Cody, Larry and Jimbo helped us for over an hour after the store officially closed. About a month ago, I came in and saw Sergio. I had a list of questions and needs. He addressed every one plus a few I didnt know I had. And he saved me money too! I could not be happier with the service he provided, plus hes a nice guy! Highly recommend.

I was so worried when my screen shattered. Took a chance to come into this store because we usually go to Woodinville and by the grace of God, he gave us a gentle and patient guy named Tim who took really good care of us from start to finish. I came in to have my phone checked and Tim was nice enough to explain what was causing my phone to malfunction. The best part of coming in to get my phone checked is that I was qualified for a promotional Samsung tablet. If I went in to the other Verizon store I usually go to, I probably wouldnt have known about this tablet promotion. I love the service here so this will be my new store to go into.

Rizki is an excellent salesperson. I was looking into purchasing an iPhone X, but it hadn’t been released. She was up to date on all of its quirks, features and all of the rumors.After pre-order she stayed in touch to keep me aware of any updates for shipment and was able to get my phone to me a week early. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She makes you feel like you are her most important customer. I look forward to doing business with her in the future!
