Found this spot in my community really needed somewhere to store my art supplies. Tired of lugging them up five flights of stairs on a weekly basis. George is a great very helpful, the manager is awesome too. Clean facility definitely glad about this investment.

I was able to access the unit using a code during hours when no one was in the office. It was temperature controlled and there are carts and elevators available, as well as free parking, which made moving as convenient as possible.

He professionally informed me about my options and I was able to get the old lock cut and purchase a new one for under $20. He was very friendly and was able to get my situation fixed rather quickly. I loved the customer service here, George is an amazing human being and was extremely helpful.He saved my life! While I was out of the country I received a call from George, stating my unit was not securely locked and i needed to come lock it correctly. I panicked since I was out of the country for an extended amount of time. George was understanding, he assured me that staff is vigilant and they have daily rounds to keep the building safe. At the end, I returned home, my stuff was safe, I tightly secured my unit and was happy to Thank George in person (😷)
