Out of all the shops I’ve been to this is my go to. Rick always knows what he is talking about and anything I need he has. Its always a positive vibe when I walk in, the customer service is amazing.

Went in for the first time to the shop (great vibe) to buy my first hookah, and Rich was greeting everyone that came into the store including myself. He was very knowledgeable with all the products. He has great customer service, hes polite. Rich is a great guy, so if you going in to the shop either for your first time or just a regular he will take care of you, and he will answer any questions you have. Great shop and im definitely telling my friends and family about this shop and im definitely coming back.

If you have not been here it is a must see! Great selection, location and atmosphere! If you do not have an ID or license dont even bother embarrassing yourself by walking through the door. The man who is usually on staff is very knowledgeable on all of the products and is extremely helpful if they do not have what you need on site, they will gladly call their other location to accommodate you. Everything is reasonably priced. Definitely one of our top smoke shops!

Great selection, great prices, and helpful staff. I Went in to purchase some new glassware. The person working there (Richie) was very friendly and incredibly helpful. He recommended a few things for me things for me and was very knowledgeable. My only recommendation is to get some bubble wrap or something to wrap the glass in when someone makes a purchase.Update to the review: seems like they really listen to feedback on here. I went in to buy another piece of glass, and they had bubble wrap. Same great service and prices as always.
