This shop is STUNNING!!! they have so many different items all displayed and organized really really well, and some of the most beautiful glass i have ever seen. Carlos helped me out today and he is an absolute sweetheart. He clearly knows what he’s talking about, as he showed me multiple variations of the item i came in looking for, and he was extremely patient with me!! i will most definitely be visiting this shop again and recommending it to everyone i know (:

Jojo and Xavier were AWESOME! Very laid back and great customer service! Bought a scale and it was defective but brought it back and they were right on making sure they made it right and did the exchange without the receipt (brought it back same day) and gave the cash difference back with no questions asked. I recommend this place to everyone because they truly care about the customer. Plus they have the most eclectic collection of glassware Ive ever seen. Gorgeous artisan craft glass! Had a really good experience here. The staff was excellent and helped me out a lot.They have a real hardcore collection of glass pipes, for those of us who appreciate a good toke and feel the difference the shape makes.Huge variety of lighters and rolling papers too, specially great because I like to always try something different or that I find funny.

Excellent selection but everything is twice the price than any other shop or online store.

Bridgette is amazing! Boston had mostly been a bust for us and she helped us turn it around. Good pieces, great prices. Full selection of cigars and hookah accoutrements as well. We forgot our replacement vape baskets last night and she was waiting for us with this this am. Ive been riding the struggle bus so hard I decided to buy a replacement pen for just-in-case and it was a great price. Lots of cool pieces of youre into hookah or glassware (or all glass hookahs which I didnt know existed) Doggo tax pic since my vapes just a standard yocan.

All the $$ I spent there & to have lost out on a product & not have them make me whole again only with a discount on my next pack. What a joke. Never waste my $$ there again. If the other employees were there I would have been treated fairly.

I love this store and the store at 342 both same store run by same people and are amazing! I had to show my licence to prove my age. The first thing I noticed was the huge variety of items, how nice, patient & knowledgeable the staff is, how reasonably priced everything is, how if this store cant help you cause they dont have something you want In stock theyll find out from the closest store if its available for you. This is an unbelievably amazing store like a candy store for adults, which I visit weekly. I definitely recommend going into this store like you won a golden ticket which is how I feel about going into these stores. Go, go, go now stop reading this & enjoy. 😉😉😉

Very knowledgeable and friendly employees - the prices are comparable to other smoke shops in the area, but I feel the variety of products is much better here. I have been to many, if not all of the smoke shops in and around Boston - this place is by far the best. As I already do - I would recommend this place to family and friends looking for value and quality.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO HERE! The gentleman that works there, CJ was the most kind, patient and positive person that I have ever met as a customer. He was able to answer every question I had (which was a lot) about a variety of items. He knew all about the bongs and what each chamber was called and all the fancy stuff inside it and how everything works! This place had the most glass pieces to choose from versus any other shop I have gone too. As well as super clean and organized and was easy to see and find everything.The vibe is awesome, I think a lot of that had to do with CJ. He was patient and if he had to leave for a sec to help someone else he was very sweet about it and came back to help me super swiftly! He brightened my day and I felt so confident with my purchases. I will only be coming here from now on and I definitely hope to see CJ there each time! I forgot to also mention I am clumsy and broke my last bong and my girlfriend just broke the last one we had and so when I mentioned that he showed me one that was easy to hold and light! I left with two bongs I couldnt have been more happy with my purchase and experience! Thanks CJ!

I supported these guys when they first opened because they gave me the impression that they had integrity and cared about their customers --- that loyalty was important to them. Admittedly I was wrong. When they offer you an item for one price and then charge you another --- and when you question them -- they reply --- hey this is newbury street --- Clearly they need a new PR rep. Id rather shop next door even if I have to pay more. Even if they dont have exactly what I want.

I had a dirty juul (unbeknownst to me) that resulted in a pack of off market pods not working properly. I brought the pods back in hopes of an exchange, but not expecting anything. To my pleasant surprise the employee helping (Dan) me not only contacted his manager to approve the exchange, but he also troubleshot my juul and helped me clean it to get it working again! This was an extremely uncommon thing for a smoke shop to do, and because of it they earned my loyalty. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and encourage anyone to come in and say hi to Dan! He’s a cool guy who will help you with whatever you need!

I know what I want when i come into stores like this. I know the dosage & the amount that I want. These guys will try to upsell you and belittle you when you ask them for low dose products. I’ve been going here for over a year and they do have great products (hence two stars not one) — but they’ve made it clear this past time that they’re not interested in what I as a customer want, they’re interested in explaining to ME what THEY think I need. A f%&king joke.

I went in originally thinking the spot was awesome because they were nice and had good products. I bought one of their products and it had a price set on top, they refused to sell it at that price because it was different in their system, going rate was one thing but I thought the going rate was more but turned out to be less on research. I found another price on the bottom of the product from the retailer and went back because it was less than I paid and the owner said there was nothing he could do about it even though I, as a customer, felt I was right and they had originally messed around when it came to pricing anyway. Mind you, I buy a lot of ejuice and glass smokeware and they definitely just lost a frequent customer.

Obviously they do not make the products that they sell. Considering the expansive inventory, they source the best possible products out there. I had a great experience here and will continue to buy from them as they are constantly seeking out the best products for their customers as I learned from a quick conversation with one of the employees. I am already a loyal customer for this fairly new shop.

I Purchased an item the otto it did not work returned it the next day and they told me they would not exchange it After given me an extremely hard time I am and 60 year old elderly man they then threw me out of the store would not exchange the item this is the worst service I have seen in quite some time I would not suggest anyone go to a store
