Food was great and out to us very fast. The upstairs part hasnt been updated in a while and could probably use a renovation!

Placed an Online order at 9:38 am for half dozen bagel with a container of cream cheese, came to pick it up, waited until 9:40 am in store, asked a cashier for it he said it wasnt ready yet.talked to manager all she said was if its not there its not there,she didnt bother to listen to my complain, I understand they sell good food and the business is doing great but at least have some management skills along with some english would be best.

Great bagels and their bacon, egg whites & cheese on a bagel of your choice are a great way to fuel up anytime, also their easy to pack in your backpack or tote. Great before leg day at the gym

We have tried their bagels a dozen times over the past year at our new local Matket Basket Store. Per the reviews their bagels purchased in store must be different than the dense… almost raw version of their bagels that can be purchased from my local grocer here in New Hampshire roughly 1.5 hours outside of Boston.

Super fast service and a great place to stop for bagels that come out of the oven warm in the morning. Be sure to watch your bagel go down the conveyor-belt and get sliced by the spinning blade in the glass case! The bacon egg and cheese in a bagel is a nice breakfast choice and the prices are decent as well.

This is my second time here!! I really enjoy their fresh bagels. Because it was chilly and now they have indoor seating we sat inside. We had egg sandwiches. A little pricey but typical city prices. But the bagels are awesome. However: The men’s room was horrible. It was filthy and when we mentioned it to the manager he barely acknowledged us and acted like we were bothering him. Not good to act like that.

Clutch! I don’t even like bagels but they were spot on, fresh, and a descent amount of options to choose from depending on what you’re feeling at the moment. Can even get it to go if you’re running late downtown.

Used to be great- the choc chip bagel was legendary… no longer- there in the morning and everything tasted old/ stale. Bummer.

This place is usually packed, Im talking lines around the block. Today I managed to beat the breakfast rush and decided to see what all the fuss was about. I cant complain, the bagel was Delish as Rachel Ray would say.

Took a red eye and landed hungry at Logan Airport at 6am. Finagle a Bagel made for a perfect breakfast spot. Bagel production is on full display complete with a conveyor belt slicer. Crunchy exterior, soft inside. Egg sandwich is solid and not too heavy. Friendly staff to boot.

A good hole-in-the-wall place right in Copley Square. Good breakfast bagel and outdoor seating.

The scrambled eggs were greenish/grey on the inside. Very unappetizing...could not eat them. The employees were efficient and pleasant, but those eggs...🤮

Never again - came here with son for a quick lunch. They were out of poppy seed bagels. I ordered extra butter on my plain bagel, the people buttering were running out when I mentioned that my bagel had an order for extra butter they basically pretend to get more out of the empty tub and gave me my order. When I complained about the lack of butter the person behind the counter said that next time he would tell them to put more on it ....next time ... Nope!!!I wont say a customer is always right but when they have a complaint that can be corrected with a container of butter.... Why not fix it?????

Great place for bagels. The bagels are definitely better quality than the regular chain restaurant. The coffee was not so great but it was a great place to sit outside for a sunny day breakfast. Bonus view of the church across the street

Good breakfast bagel sandwich. Reasonable price for the area. Nice upstairs seating area. Nice outdoor seating area but limited outdoor seating. Cool bagel conveyor belt to spinning slicer which launches bagel 10 feet (guess) to end of store; this is all enclosed but you can see it through the enclosure.

Bagels 🥯 sandwiches, coffee ☕ and everything else is been delicious always, its just the attitude of whos serving the orders sometimes... but otherwise enjoy the food!!

I was invited to eat there with my friend Gregory who helped me out during the winter walk when I had trouble getting up of a hill because of the disability to my knee from surgery he invited me there he paid for my breakfast and it was awesome I had the bagel BAC egg breakfast and it was awesome I texted him today and told him next time is my treat hopefully November 2020 I have nothing but good things to say about this place their food is awesome and the people are very friendly I look forward to eating there again especially with my friend Gregory who first introduced me to the winter walks every year in Boston which I will be going on my third year in January for February when it starts up again! I strongly recommend this place and its good for the price as well!

This place has the best and most varied selection around. The food, no matter what you get is amazing and staff is friendly. The coffee is great too. Top that with really good prices and good location and its easy to see why this place deserves 5 stars. Definitely recommend people to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

Good option if youre craving a bagel sandwich. I like watching the bagels being sliced in the machine in front of me. Nothing super special but superbly satisfies a craving.

Decent for a fast, cheap meal. However, I wouldnt mind waiting a little longer for better food. Ordering toasted bagels meant they popped them into a toaster for one fast rotation - in other words, the bagels were warm but definitely not what Id call toasted. The egg sandwiches were pretty flavorless too. Good cream cheese though!

Would definitely go here again! You literally watch the bagels being made in front of you- they are extremely fresh and very delicious. Dont be fooled by its in-need-of-a-remodel appearance, finagle a bagel definitely met expectations.

Busy place but food is great. The the staff is friendly and they move fast to get your order and food prepared. Even had to change an order half way through them preparing and they modified it quickly and with no extra charge!!!

My husband and I had to get new phones, and if you know anything about the new iPhone X, it takes forever to load for the first time. While my boos was loading I went to Finagle bagel and got us some lunch. It was delicious! My boo ate the salt bagel with jalapeño and I had the salmon sandwich. Yum!

Absolutely terrible experience. Couldnt get the persons attention who was preparing to close the store almost 4 hours early. Then she began the order but never finished. The cashier had to come take my order again. It was a complete disaster until she decided to ask how much cream cheese I wanted. Figures they spread it real thin here. Wouldnt recommend this place even if it were free.

Has a really nice balcony section with a good variety of menus. It even opens early as 7 am. Would recommend this to any of my friends.

Hilarious to say NYC bagels arent good because the water doesnt make a difference... its part of the recipe. In japan they have many different sources of water for different applications and the tastes is perceivable. Why quote hong king tap water? China is heavily polluted... How can Laurel and Alan justify raising the price of a bagel fifty cents? Or, maybe it is just greed. Expensive Whole Foods increased only twenty cents to $1.19. After so many daily trips to Finagle, I have converted to Whole Foods. Better yet, Bagel World in Reading on route 28 alsoincreased a paltry nine cents. Thirteen bagels now cost nine dollars instead of eight! They have a huge variety; they are large and delicious.We freeze them, and will go back for more in three weeks. As owners and operators, it might behoove you to display a modicum of respect and appreciation to those customers that have been so loyal,but FIFTY CENTS MORE, rediculous!

The classic bagel with Charizo and eggwhites was delicious! Watching the bagels go through the cutting wheel and fly down to the prep team was pretty cool too.

Not what it used to be. No more fresh orange juice. No more veggie cream cheese. Drinks were wildly overpriced ($2.75 for a selzer water!), and cashier laughed at me and made me feel like an idiot when I ordered the veggie cream cheese not knowing they dont carry it any more.
