Absolutely disgusting place! If youre in such a high traffic area and lots of people are coming and going from your establishment then KEEP it CLEAN! You should have at least one personnel on top of the cleaning. The tables had empty coffees, sugar, used napkins and so did the floors. Lord have Mercy, if I was the health inspector Id shut you down!

Wow, I cannot begin to Express my current level of disappointment. Yesterday, after a 10 hour day at the ski and snowboard expo, all I wanted was a nice hot tea to accompany me on my way home. When looking at the website, I noticed that the Dunkin was open until 7. When we went to open the door it was 6:53 and the doors were locked. The employee proceed to point at the clock as if it was after 7, when in fact it was not even close. I had to drive home with no voice and the Feeling of sand paper in my throat with nothing to sip on. Thanks a lot dunkin.

First someone stole my order so they had to remake it and the only thing that was correct was it was a coffee otherwise it was wrong. No cream, sweet and low or french vanilla flavoring. So simply a black coffee

Place was better between 2010-2014. Lines moved faster and store was cleaner.

Very nice location here in Boston,right next to the ferry to Provincetown.Beautiful seating area & nice employees.Clean bathroom for customers is also a BIG plus. We will definitely stop here every time we go to P-Town.

Its dudos. Whats not to love? They had butternut doughnuts (the second best DD doughnut- chocolate butternut is the best but finding it is like finding the white whale). Bas8c and no frills.

Friendly and helpful staff. No pressure felt at all. Also toilets were nice and clean. Gold stars all around.

Great location near car rental spot

The Boston Seaport Dunkin Donuts is always so disorganized. Everytime we have been there over the years they mess up our order or the order of someone in line with us. We went there twice this week. The first time they were arguing with a customer who said he was charged for two coffees but only ordered one. They wouldnt give him his money until they found the woman who took his order. They didnt add the sugar to my coffee even though it was marked on the cup. The next day there was a group four women who all ordered black tea. I was also getting tea for my wife. They searved them all green tea, and then gave me a decaf tea and said they were out of regular black tea. They only added one teabag for an extra large tea, and once again they forgot to add sugar.

Great. It was nice to have a snack and wait for the ferry there

The food was stale and the customer service was unhelpful. Their hours of operation seemed to be different than what was listed online. Recommend trying another location if youre looking to get donuts and coffee to take to an event. Disappointing since DD seems to be a favorite place for Boston.

Place was busy the workers were short staged and had trouble keeping orders correct and moving along half orderes were coming out mine was missed then I got part of it then they were confused when I asked about my tea

Dunks. Medium dark with moo juice only. Try the chicken Apple sausage breakfast special. I had mine with hashbrowns.

Terrible customer service. The 2 teenagers behind the counter were goofing around in turn messed up the order. They also did not speak English. Didn’t look like there was any adult present to supervise.
