Meh, coffee wasnt that great. ordered a simple black hot coffee and a black ices coffee, both were acidic and not good. we stopped here after breakfast at a nearby cafe/diner thinking it would be a better (support local) option vs the nearby DD.. but I think we made a mistake in assuming that. my iced coffee sat on the back counter, poured, while they made drinks for about 7 other people and I had to ask about it..

Ive been searching for a delicious latte when Im in the South end of Boston working. Happy to have found Jaho! They have several other Boston locations as well! They have Excellent Variety Of Artisan Coffees, espresso bar,, teas, & menu items! Friendly, helpful staff. I will definitely be back!👍👍👍

I ordered an iced coffee, iced Hanoi, and Reeses Peanut Butter Cup cookie. The iced Hanoi was delicious. The cookie tastes like dish soap. I do not know why but it is awful that an almost $4 cookie tastes like dish soap. I will not order from here again.

I love Jahos coffee shop! They have the best caramel macchiato ever, and the employees are all so friendly.. they also have really good soft serve ice cream and a wide variety of desserts. Boston cream pie, Red velvet cake, Brazilian flan, salted caramel cheesecake, chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, and brownies just to name a few.. if you are in the area definitely check them out.

I ordered a delicious taro boba tea and sandwiches. I cant wait to order a drink here again, and our sandwiches (chicken salad, ham & cheese, caprese) were not only delicious but neatly and safely packed. We really appreciated the package since we drove to Saugus from there.

Best cafe in South End by far! The sandwich I ordered, the Turkey BLT, was delicious and nicely sized. The bread was so good and the veggies were fresh. My almond milk latte was also very yummy! Nice atmosphere overall! Highly recommend this place to anyone. Very nice and delicious!!

Jaho has a wide selection of food and drink options which is so awesome! From Zodiac teas which is pretty neat(different flavors for different signs) to many kinds of pastries. Youll have loads to choose from and wont just want to leave with a coffee. I love that this place is up and running and allowing people to sit inside.

Ordered a matcha latte. It was the perfect temperature and tasted perfect.

I’ve been to the Downtown and Back Bay locations a lot and I love their food and coffee. But I just tried the South End location and I was shocked- our drinks were okay, but the bagel was stale and hard, and tasted strangely like perfume. I couldn’t finish it. The plastic box it was in was singed in multiple locations which was weird. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars was because I love the Back Bay Jaho.

I had hot chocolate and bagel. I like it. Place has good vibes and covid rules were followed while seating/ordering.

No price on menu and prices change between online and what it actually cost. It feels like sketchy business practice to me.

Bagged coffee beans are awful, especially considering the $17 price tag. I had to use double the amount of beans that I usually do and the brew tastes more like water than it does coffee.

Its a great coffee that I tasted and its nice advice from a friend to try this place. For me, this is the best coffee we had in this place, and were happy that we met the owner who humbly accommodated us.

I really liked this coffee shop. On a freezing day out side, it was very warm and inviting. Plenty of different types of seating. Nice music. Friendly staff. I had a large Americano and it was very good. Wide variety of pastry available. Salads and breakfast items as well. Recommended.

Great coffee and food. We were there with a baby and accidentally made a mess. The gentleman making our coffee was very helpful in cleaning up, and made us another coffee even though we said it wasnt necessary.Weve been going there regularly and its great each time. The menu is much more extensive than most places of their size.

Customer Service needs improvement.. My husband went in to buy my daily coffee and normally pays with cash, Today the older lady attending the front took my husbands order and he gave her a 20 and she checked it in the air and also used a marker to make sure it wasn’t fake after realizing it was legit she put it in the cash register and proceeded to attend another customer (gentleman) who placed his order and payed with a 20 dollar bill which the same older lady accepted it and placed it in the register without even bothering triple checking it as she did with my husbands bill.. This is sad that people continue to label and treat others in a discriminatory way.. We will no longer give out money to this shop.. So please consider entering at your own risk!

Comfortable environment to have a coffee and ger some work done. Sit near the window to check out the stream of people passing by. Recently started offering sift serve which is delicious. But, with only one size and at $6 per cone, Ill skip it next time.

My go to for coffee (which isnt often). Also the choice of most of my former office when you really need to get a document done because its quiet. The people who work there are super nice, always. Spinach pie is not to be overlooked.

My review had been 5 stars, but today I need to update my review. I have had their banana bread, and it was wonderful, but a couple of weeks ago tried it again, and it was dry. I checked today before ordering it again, it is Tuesday, and the bread (wrapped in plastic) had been out since Sunday. They keep a pitcher by the trash for pouring extra coffee, it was 3/4 full and look distasteful. I ordered a muffin to eat here, and it was just put on the counter, in the past they have handed it to me on a plate. The staff is still friendly.

Overpriced and the coffee is not good in quality. They dont list the prices, and today I ordered a small mocha to go for almost $7. Surprised and not satisfied with the flavor either. The coffee was water down and tasted like nesquick. I would order regular coffee over this!

Jaho is a cute little coffee shop. However, theres not a lot of space and its usually pretty busy in the mornings, so dont plan to study/stay here because you might end up having to leave. The furniture is also awkwardly situated in the area near the barista -- I sat at the counter and had to continually move my chair to allow the person next to me to get back to her seat. I usually get an iced latte here and it honestly tastes like butter, its fantastic. The cups they serve their coffees in are also adorable. My sister lives almost above this place so Ill probably keep coming back just due to the sheer convenience of waking up in the morning and needing coffee.

The espresso is really good. The service is friendly. They could pay more attention to the decor. Especially adding more light to it

They have Hearty food I love eating like Asada Fries, the Payload Burrito, and Tacos to the Assorted Healthy Detox Smoothes! Enjoy drinking Tea or Coffee? Loved it! The coffee is the best Ive had since Ive come back from Europe. The cookies were also excellent. And the staff were very friendly and engaged; the barista known as Jason is basically the friendliest dude ever and not in a fake customer service way. If you love coffee and it isnt busy in there, hell be glad to chat with you about it; from brew techniques to blends, talking to him was the second best highlight of my trip. I learned things! Also, the first highlight is the iced coffee. Duh.

Cute, friendly neighborhood coffee shop. I dont live in the South End, but when looking up a non-bar to meet up at, I stumbled upon this cute spot. I would certainly go back if I was in the area, but I would order something different. I chose the Thai bubble tea, but forgot to specify that I didnt want it blended. The Thai blended drink tasted great, but the bubbles in the bottom were undercooked and overly dry. Alas! But, the super nice barista and ambiance made up for the dry bubbles in the tea.

The coffee is good here. I like their brewed coffee. I did not like their pumpkin spice latte but it was just too sweet for me.The space is great, spacious, good location for me and free WIFI.The only problem I have is the price. Its very pricey and I dont feel like their coffee drinks are really top notch for the price.Their pastries and cakes never look that appealing to me personally but that may be due to the fact that Flour is a couple doors down.They do a decent cup of coffee and its a great place to do work. Just beware their specialty drinks and food can get very pricey and I am not sure worth the price.
