Im very please to have found a very reliable and honest mechanic like Tony, hes a knowledgeable man who knows about foreign cars, and does a great job to get your problems resolved at a very affordable price. I highly recommend his business, for any mechanical car problems you may have.

Tony’s been here for years. Good service, honest, and trustworthy. He gets the job done; and gets you, in and out. He’s the best around!. This is the place to go to for A1 service!.
Foreign Car Specialists is one of the few places that are straightforward when it comes to vehicle maintenance. My uncle and I have known (owner) for years. Cant go wrong. 4 stars!
Called to ask about a quote, and was spoken to very rudely by a guy who could barely speak english whose response was youre asking me about someone who died, and asking me why they died. My question was how much would it be to have a part replaced, which ever other garage I called had no problem understanding and giving a quote for. Obviously this guy thought he was being cute by trying to use an analogy, even though it was completely irrelevant and very unprofessional, when he could have went about it in a manner that wouldnt have made him look like an absolute tool! (For lack of a more deserving word). I wouldnt trust this idiot with a matchbox car let alone any luxury brands!
OVERPRICED!! They replaced the transmission cooler on my X3 yesterday and charged me $771. Afterwards, I easily found the part from a trusted online vendor for half of the price. I also asked for a quote from an exotic car shop close to my house (one of the large car shop at Newton) and they quoted me less than half of the total labor cost FCS charged me. Ive been using FCS for many years and I am very disappointed to the rip-off. I cant believe how they treat their patron like this. Will never come back!
My car broke down (serpentine belt broke) but I was able to get it to Foreign Car Specialist. They inspected to make sure nothing else was wrong with my car and charged me a reasonable price to fix the problem. These guys are honest, hard working and know their stuff. Do yourself a favor and go here! I plan to go back for any other car needs moving forward!
I wouldnt take my Volvo & Mercedes anyplace else. Tony is very fair and does great work! I highly recommend!
Tony is an excellent mechanic. Hes honest and doesnt try to beat you on high repair cost. I strongly recommend him.
This shop is reliable, honest and professional. rest assured, toni diaz in ontop of his service to the community and clients. i am very pleased.
Friendly services and quick repairs. They are professional and they charge fair prices.
Tony is an auto superman. He has been servicing my familys cars for years and he always gets the job done perfectly. I wish more auto dealers and service repair shops were as honest and as thourough as this man and the work that his shop produces. Nothing less than the best from these guys, I highly recommend Tony for any foreign auto repair or question, and lastly his parts and labor prices are ridiculously low relative to his competition!
Today I called Foreign Car Specialists repair shop and I believe I talked to Tony. Basically I am in the car market trying to buy my next vehicle; so I am doing my research on the vehicle I have interest in buying. So I wanted to know the rough estimate of services of that particular vehicle I am interested in buying and how often is the servicing required? Tony is kind enough to give me the prospective from the mechanics point of view. That absolutely answered my question and its going to influence my buying decision.Thank so much Tony, I know you didnt have to do that but you did anyway. We need more people in the community like you.And I will recommend anybody with a European car to give Tony a try before you even go to the dealership, because hes knowledge in this field.
Friendly kind fair prices...excellent job
A typical day for our business is today. A customer comes in with a $5,300 estimate from the BMW dealer. A position sensor - crankshaft is one of the items. Dealer price is $1032.6 Our price is $651.00 using OEM parts. A drive shaft assembly front, dealer price for part alone, no labor is $1,131.12. We find her a used one with only 47,000 miles on it for $450.00. Do the math. Her whole estimate with all items $5,393.00 Mounts were not needed, estimate $807.00 Oil filter housing gasket estimate $818.00 not needed at all. Do the math. If you dont need it we wont replace it.
They are very honest and nice people, explain everything clearly, wont charge you for courtesy check.
Miracle worker for cheap! I had my car towed to Tonys shop a couple of weeks ago. It had stopped dead in the road. He ran the codes, identified the problem part, reviewed the warranty and told me to bring it to the dealer and have them fix it for free. And he charged me nothing! Of course, after the dealer had kept the car for four days they still hadnt noticed it needed an oil change, so I brought it back to Tony the next day and he did it in 20 minutes while I waited! Ive brought my cars to him for years. If you want an honest mechanic whos quick, thorough and reliable (who doesnt, right?), call Tony Diaz.
Great service nice personality
Tony is extremely knowledgeable about the cars he repairs, and does an outstanding job.
My 1973 164 was tuned to perfection by Tony and his guys after its resurrection in 2012 and has since appeared in several Concours events in Beverly, Wellesley and Saratoga Springs
