Total scammers... told me my car was totaled when it wasnt. Most likely to sell it. Only thing is they seem nice and professional over the phone, thats it. even though they told me lies lol
Mimi and Eddie are the best! Very accommodating and excellent communication.. I have brought my car here several times and will continue to do so
Very good super fantastic friendly peoples
Quick Review:Pros:Great customer serviceConsNot great with the body workI must say that the customer service is good, however, the status report for my car was not great. They used a 3rd party party for my front passenger mud flap, so it didnt fit well. My bumper is also not sticking on very well. There was a also strange residue all over my car. It always looks like the paint is melted off due to chemicals
Honest people doing honest work. They do a great job for the price. Need to call to make an appointment. I strongly recommend going to them for any car issues.
Danny, you are the man. Amazing Receptionist + a very good helper.Huy, you did awesome job and I am thankful you are able to fill me into your busy schedule. I appreciate that. I will surely going to be doing business with you guys. you guys helped me in my desperate need when my car need much work.Gave me straight answer and no hassle, like a professional business should be handling their customers! Bravo!
Absolutely the best, most honest auto mechanics you could ever go to. Ask for Huy (pronounced We) - nicest guy ever and hes super reliable and friendly. Prices are competitive and theyll even give you a ride to the Andrew T station up the street if you want to leave your car for the day. Really cant say enough about these guys - an honest auto mechanic is almost a contradiction in terms but these guys are, thankfully, an exception - theyre just great.
I have been taking my car to Vinna Auto Body for years. They do excellent work. They are very honest. They will never cheat you. I prefer to take my car to them instead of the dealer. I totally trust their judgement. Ask for Meme, she knows her stuff.
Honest people? It is the only place I know of where a guy was going to buy a car, after his was stolen, and he found it there. But, as a chop shop, its supposedly the best around.
Never ever again. I call what they do stealing money from hard working people. Greedy & worst experience ever.
Dale the driver, was very prompt. It was dark and in a poor location, but Dale was very kind....and professional! He changed my tire rapidly and explained all that he did. Very professional!
Do NOT go to this bodyshop. 1) In the 2 months they had my car, I probably called them at least once a week to ask them if they had checked the rear caliper. Not only did they not check it properly (because I am still having issues), they told me that my insurance would not cover the fix because the adjuster told them it was not accident related. So, I called the adjuster directly to find out why insurance would not cover the fix. My adjuster had no idea what I was talking about because Vinna DID NOT even contact my adjuster about this rear caliper issue. RIDICULOUS. Obviously my insurance cannot cover something that they DO NOT know is a problem.2) I also repeatedly asked them if they had told the adjuster about the crack in the front window. The adjuster decides to go to Vinna at Week 6 because no one has reached out to him, and he called me after his visit, I asked him if they had told him about the front window ....nope did not mention it to him. I would suggest whoever is on the phone to take down messages because they CLEARLY have a hard time remembering stuff.3) Now a week after I picked my car up, I started having a few issues with the car. Took it back to Vinna and they again just lie straight to my face. The shift knob was very stiff, their response oh well range rovers are known to overtime develop kinda stiff shift knobs, it was always like that. How are you going to tell me what my car should feel like? In the past 6 years of driving my car, I have never had this problem and then after you guys take my car, I have this problem, but because you want to be lazy youre just gonna say its not a problem. So when addressing the score mark on the rotor I was told it was normal wear and tear but (because I went to automotive college) I challenged him on his knowledge and he could not say again that it was normal wear and tear. In the end, they told me I just have to take it to a dealership.4) Only good thing about this place is that they did waive my deductible because we already got paid by the insurance company and they gave us more money, the reasoning was pretty unclear, but I assume they waived the fee because it took them so long and they know they messed up in the process. I appreciated the gesture, but there was no honesty and no apology.I will NEVER return.
