I live off a well travelled street, however my neighborhood is very quiet. An individual with a car that needed a flatbed tow was stuck on the busy street. Akikis truck was diagonally across the street I live on and was blocking the entire street. The car of the individual that was picking up the person who was stuck was blocking my ability to get around the whole situation. This was not an accident no one was injured. When I approached my street and said, excuse me could you straighten out the truck so I can get down the street, the driver became belligerent and although I was very calm kept screaming....cant you wait a minute, cant you see that I am trying to help these people...I never was pushy about my situation, just asked if he could move....I was stuck on a busy street and was concerned I would get hit. Very unprofessional behavior just because he was frustrated didt call for intimidation tactics. I would never use your service.

Im so impressed with Akiki. I had an accident and thought of them because they responded to a AAA call to replace my battery several years ago and were great. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. They worked well with my insurance company and with me. They were super polite and sent me updates every so often. It took a reasonable amount of time, the work was beautiful, it was meticulously detailed. I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car for Hertz to pick up. Great overall experience.

It is wonderful dealing with the Akiki family. They truly make you feel special. They do fantastic work and treat you like family. I called to get a tow everything was good, till the person showed up and I get a list of reason why he can’t tow my car, which should of BEEN STATED ON THE PHONE ORIGINALLY. Also, lady answering the phone is beyond rude and lazy she didn’t want to have to cancel an appointment if I found it for a cheaper price so she just didn’t schedule it all together.

Charge for work not done. Including having my car for three weeks without even putting it on a lift! And then telling me they can’t fix. Had towed to Prime in West Roxbury and in one day gave me all the information I needed for free!

Amending a partially negative review I left back in July. Had subsequent interactions with Akiki that helped assure me that their work, communication and follow-up is of the highest quality. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair.
