This was my first time getting a paint job buffered and cleaned by World Auto Body and they were on point! The service was amazing and the job was quick and easy. The bracket in the rear bumper cracked so I took it to World Auto Body Inc. While on their website I saw they also restore headlights. My headlights had some sun damage and started looking fogged near the top. So I had them done while it was there for the bumper. The pictures alone speak volumes, but doesnt do it justice. My headlights look brand new! The car was also detailed prior to me picking it up. Ive already recommended this place and will continue to. The staff was great! My car looks great! What more can I say 😎

An old friend who used to own a high end body shop in Newton moved to Nevada. When a Brewster ambulance smashed my car, $9,000 damage, he recommended I call World Auto Body, said they were great. Its an aluminum Mercedes, not easy to work on. They did exceptional work and the car came back like new. I smile every time I see it. Honestly I was skeptical of all the 5 start reviews and but was quickly impressed the minute they took the keys from me. Vitay, the owner is hands on and manages an exceptional team. Everyone works together focusing on delivering a high quality product and meeting customer expectations. Vitaly would carefully inspect my vehicle himself and would want to make sure everything was perfect. Clearly this type of leadership is contagious and reflected when you speak to Dishauna and Skylar who manage the front office. My personal experience is that you might be lucky to find a high quality shop but the front office support is sacrificed. There were a few personal complications I had with picking up the car. While the front office team didn’t have an answer ready for me at the time their response was “Let’s take down the details and work out a plan that works for you”. I realize that my experience was probably an anomaly, but figured Id still give a review of my experience.As the closest Allstate-accepted shop in the Boston area, I brought in my car that was recently vandalized. I dropped it off with the friendly folks in the office, but then I didnt hear anything from them until I called, six days after I had dropped it off. Even after noting on the form to contact me as often as possible. They told me that the car damage was much more than the initial estimate and that the insurance wouldnt cover it. Thats fine, thats the point of shopping around. So I called to let them know that Allstate and I talked and that I would come pick it up the next morning. When I came to pick up the car, I found that parts of the door were disassembled, laying inside the car, and the hood was not closed. So that was unexpected, considering the car was just recently vandalized. I wouldve expected that giving them the heads up, some of the important items like the side-view mirror wouldve been put back.Im savvy enough with my car to know how to put the pieces back together, but I am truly hoping I was an anomaly. In either case, this was a less-than-ideal experience for me, and I will definitely look at alternatives in future situations.

I am originally from PA and was just passing through MA when I had the misfortune of being hit by a wreckless driver. Being far from home, I had no idea what I was going to do, and I had a rare car in which only a limited number were made. World Autobody seemed like a good choice because of all the great reviews and customer testimonials. However, I could not have made a BIGGER mistake when it came to choosing a quality shop. They promised me that they would take care of my car and make it look as good as the day I bought it off the showroom floor. They guaranteed me quality work with the highest quality standards. For that reason, I trusted them. I left my car with them a little over a month, and allowed them to take their time with it. I never bothered or pestered them because I did not want the job rushed. Once I got the car back, initially it looked good. Unfortunately, about 6 months later, I started to notice that there was a growing gap between my fender and front bumper, which they replaced with factory OEM parts. Thus, I took it to a trusted body shop in PA where I lived, and they took the car apart in front of me to assess the repairs performed by World AutoBody. I was SHOCKED and EXTREMELY disappointed at what I saw. The repair job was of the lowest quality and FAR from OEM standards. They drilled make-shift screws in places they werent supposed to drill to force parts to fit together. Additionally, they broke plastic tabs on the left and right side of my bumper trying to fit it back on (please see attached photos). If you order all genuine OEM parts, everything should fit into place like a glove and no parts should ever need to be forced together or drilled in places they are not supposed to be drilled. It is honestly no surprise that this repair failed. As if that is not enough, there is more. Their paint job looked good initially, but literally only lasted 6 months in the elements before it lost its shine and glow. A decent paint job should not fall apart after a few snow storms, rain, and sun exposure. The paint on all of the parts they replaced looked incredibly dull compared to the rest of the car’s factory OEM finish. Furthermore, parts that they did not replace also looked out of place and did not match the rest of the car anymore because their attempt at blending everything in didnt last with the changing seasons. Lastly, they missed re-calibrating input parameters for airbag deployment when they reset my ECU. In the end, my insurance company only paid for re-calibrating input parameters for airbag deployment and refused to pay for the damages twice. When the adjuster came out and saw the horrendous World Autobody repair job, he said that they were not liable for negligent repairs since I picked a body shop outside of my insurance’s support network. At this point, I called World Autobody and confronted the manager about the negligent repair job. Even after sending him photos of the horrendous job and exposing their carelessness, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that they would never do such things. EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM PHOTO PROOF, he not only spoke to me in a condescending manner, but he also denied everything and refused to take any responsibility for their irresponsible actions. He then proceeded to put the blame on me for their repairs not holding up. It was the absolute WORSE customer service I ever received in my entire life. Ultimately, I had to shell out the money to re-repair the repairs they originally did for an accident that was not my fault. WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! Even if the manager offered to fix the car again, itll be a cold day in hell before I drive 400 miles to let these negligent people touch my car again, especially after the way they treated me. Although this post is long, I really wanted to expose this shop for the careless and irresponsible people that they truly are. My goal is to save other people from a huge headache and heartache. If you love your vehicle, DO NOT LEAVE IT AT WORLD AUTOBODY!

Amazing service! At no fault of their own it took 6 weeks to fix body damage because of insurance and dealership delays. They kept me up to date every step of the way. They also detailed my car inside and out at no charge and removed all of the scratches and dents. Car looked like new when I picked it up. I would definitely go back.

Just got my car back today after getting my car scraped on the left side (the person who did it left a note, super nice!). The work was great, and the detailing made my car seem new. Did an excellent job on my car. They replaced the rear bumper of my vehicle after an accident, and fixed the hidden damage to the exhaust system. They used only original parts, and managed to re-assemble all of the electronics hidden in the bumper (blind spot radar, backup sensors etc.) And re calibrate then. First rate paint job. Nice people in the office.

At 8.5 months pregnant, I really wanted to get our car interior detailed before the baby arrives. The staff at World Auto Body Inc. were more than accommodating and squeezed me in for a next day appointment. I was amazed when I picked up the car-- it looks like its brand new again (coffee stains out of the fabric seats and all)! They even mentioned that they used safe products, which is particularly important to me as Im about to have a baby and we have a dog (they could tell by the extreme amount of dog hair they vacuumed out!). Highly recommended!!

Last week I was in a fender bender and was told to go to World auto body. From the beginning Vitaly (the owner) was very helpful and sincere. This place was 30 minutes from where I live so I was hesitant about driving all the way there. Vitaly offered to drive to me and check out the damage that day and order new parts. They did such a good job and they returned my car to me in 3 days. I am so impressed with the job they did. The inside and outside of my car look like it did the day I bought it. I would recommend going here to anyone. The staff is super friendly as well and its located right next to enterprise car rental which makes it very convenient for anyone who needs a rental

Customer service was top notch but the quality is in the work and my Ford Escape looked brand new when they were finished. I asked for a quick turnaround on some dings and scratches and they delivered. I plan to go back for an occasional interior/exterior detailing cause everyone I dealt with was on the level and took pride in their work. Trust all the positive reviews like I did and you wont be sorry.

I had a minor fender bender and needed body work on my Toyota Highlander. World Auto Body wasnt on my insurers list for Express Claim shops, but had very good reviews, so we took it there. Everyone I interacted with there was courteous and professional, and the repair was excellent -- looks great. As a bonus, they thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out! Wiped down all the interiors, floor mats, everything. What a nice bonus, in addition to a job well done.Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I ever need body work done on my vehicle, I would absolutely take it to them, no question.

Perfection doesnt come close to to a good enough word to use for the service and customer care that this place delivers. Our car was damaged in the hail storm. Took it in and within a 3 short days, we received it back in better condition that it was in before the hail hit!! I cannot get over how incredible the workmanship is! You can tell that the Vitaly and his crew are absolute professionals. The Hail Team they brought in are the best in the world. We had JUST, cross-country shipped a lovely car to my medical-student daughter, and she superfically scraped the left front fender, on a post, in her parking garage. We found World Auto Body, on Yelp, and late in the day, after hours, East Coast Time, Vitaly insisted my daughter bring the car on over and then called me, after buffing out the scratches a bit and sending me a pic (with the scratches now imperceptible), saying that the car did not need addressing and that there was no threat of rust, given the bumper is plastic.Vitaly refused to charge us, and he also said that we should buy Bumper Shox and Bumper Bully to protect the front and back bumpers, going forward. Furthermore, his garage services Lexuses/Lexi, so my daughter will bring her car in for her next service. Vitaly also offered to put the bumper devices on for my daughter, when she gets them. Such a nice, honorable guy who runs his business impeccably. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Vitaly acts as if customers are family and as if the customers car is his own. Update: my daughters car was parked under a tree, for three months, and either birds and/or sap made some rust spots on her spoiler, which you want to take care of because of expanding rust and corrosion issues. My now fourth-year medical student daughter does not even know that this happened to her car--she is doing a rotation out-of-state--and would not have time to take care of it. SOOOOO, Vitaly volunteered to pick up the car (in Somerville, he is in Brookline), tomorrow, to see whats up with the car and take care of it. Yep, you read that right. This kind of customer service DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE!! And the beauty of his repairs, in general, are top-notch.UPDATE:HE BUFFED OUT THE RUST-LIKE DAMAGE, AND THE PAINT LOOKS PERFECT!!! (and it looked sooooo bad). Vitaly also was enough a detective to inform me that sap/bird poop did not do this to the paint but some sort of metal meets water, under phone wires or parked in a garage. See, he knows autobodies!! Hes like an autobody detective or doctor!! He is also willing to work with people who would prefer not to challenge their auto insurance status by going through the insurance.All in all, Vitaly is a real stand up guy--integrity and kindness and tremendous skill. Unfortunatly accidents happen....Fortunatly there is world autobody specificly the owner vitaly fedosik and his manager adam. My wifes 3 week old grand cherokee was hit from behind and had 4k worth of damage. They handled the whole process. Picked up the car, sent me a rental with enterprise and had there work done extremly well and in a timley manner. NOW IM IN THE CAR BUISNESS AND ITS MY JOB TO SEE IMPERFECTIONS ETC. THERE WAS NONE....COULDNT EVEN TELL IT HAD 4K IN DAMAGE AND SPACING EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!. they installed all factory mopar parts and again was just an amazing experience all arpund for that type of situation. I Honestly hope that if you are reading this and need any body work done of any kind you go there. Its very convieneint to boston and the parking people everything is just so spectacular. Life is full of surprises and no one wants to be in an accident, if you are go there call there email there whatever you have to do to make sure your car goes there! You can, and should know that your vehicle will be in great hands with World Auto Body. A few weeks ago, I side-swiped a tree in my own driveway, stupidly causing almost $2,000 in damage. We are covered by Allstate, and learned the closest shop that would accept the Allstate coverage was 27 miles from our home - at World Auto Body.Needless to say, the distance wasnt preferred, but after seeing the positive reviews, and dropping the car, my concerns were allayed.The job is now completed, and it looks terrific. The paint matching was dead on, all of the mechanicals of the door function as expected. And, on top of all that, the car came back professionally DETAILED and looking better than it has in ages.Communication was clear and frequent, the car was fixed in a timely manner, and service was tops. I would, and will trust my vehicle with World Auto Body again, if the need arises.

I was a first time walk in customer on a Saturday close to noon. Most shops that close at noon wouldnt even make the effort to try and squeeze you in. This place did.I met Vitaly who was able to help me with an issue I was having with my fender on the spot. He grabbed my keys and asked me to wait in the lobby. Within 20 minutes of waiting with the very friendly office staff he came back with great news. I really didnt think that they would take care of me right then and there, but they did. I was really just expecting a quote and appointment before theyd do any repair work.When Vitaly showed me the result, he immediately mentioned that it was 90% fixed and wanted to know if I was satisfied with it first and foremost. Getting it 100% would have required removing the panel and way more than 20min. I really like how he made it about me, and what I wanted, and how I felt about the work. No sales pitch, no oh you need this, no ridiculous charge, simply HONEST.It is nice to see that friendly people still operate businesses with integrity. They dont sell you on things you dont need. They are very personable and Vitaly was also very honest about a windshield replacement question I had and gave a great explanation. He may have just saved me from a future expense and headache. Definitely not a shop that just wants your money!

Came in today to get a quote on the big dent on my rear bumper. Was able to grab Vitaly, the owner, to take a look. He suggested to take a shot at fixing the bumper using heat-up method and told me to come back three hours later. Three hours later, I came back and found the dent magically gone. I asked Vitaly how much is the cost and he waved me off. Offered to tip him 20 bucks to which he also refused. Such a good man and great service. Cant help to leave my first yelp review for him. Good job and definitely will recommend to my friends.

The staff is amazing! Especially their office manager! Very friendly, eager to help navigate through the insurance process, and the detail after repairs is more than you could ever ask for!

My car was sideswiped and I lost my drivers side mirror, so I needed a repair. I found World Auto Body on yelp, with excellent reviews, and decided to give it a shot. From my first phone call, when Vitaly offered to stay late so I could drop off my car after work, to Randi arranging my rental car return, they had stellar customer service. A dealer couldnt have done a cleaner repair job, and the inside detailing was an unexpected, and well done, surprise. I sincerely hope I dont have any more repairs, but I know exactly who Ill be calling if I do. Thanks Vitaly & Randi, you guys are the best!!

They returned my van with paint missing which they likely damaged with an orbital buffer. My van was mint. The owner dug his nails in my paint and was trying to remove pieces of paint in my face saying it was a bad paint job. The detailing was amazing thats why I gave them 1 star.

Based on their excellent reviews on Yelp I rang World Auto Body. Despite being very busy they fitted me in immediately and then fixed my trunk within an hour. Wonderful experience! Id never had an accident severe enough before to merit going into a body shop so I was little nervous at first coming to World Auto Body. Folks tell horror stories all the time about lousy mechanics or shops that are doing their best to nickel and dime you.I met with Vitaly and Randi and they were both incredibly helpful and friendly. Vitaly went over all the details I needed to know about and was incredibly patient with all of my questions.If you need a body shop, THIS is the place to go. The World Auto Body name kept coming up every time I asked any of the Boston Car Gurus about where to fix my 2016 GLE 350 after a side swipe. Go see Vitaly was the most repeated line. When I went over there I understood why; a great facility with nothing buy high end and exclusive cars. This place is the manifestation of customer service. The drop of was very quick, set up a rental in no time and dropped me off to pick up a rental. When the car was ready; they again picked me up from the rental place. The car was ready a few before the promised time. They told me they felt bad as it was a brand new car so they wanted to get me back into it as soon as possible. The paint job was perfect and the car was fully detailed. This place pays attention to fine detail. There is no way I would go somewhere else. It does not get any better than this. All I have to say is Go see Vitaly. Thank you for a job very well done.

If I could give them 10 starts I would. They have an excellent customer service and they know what they are doing. I went to three shops in order to get my camaro 2015 fix, all of them told me it was pretty much imposible to repair the 3/4 panel due to the silhouettes of my car, the best option according to them was to replace the whole 3/4 panel by a new one and repainted. In World Auto Body they were able to fix it while keeping my original frame. They did an amazing job, it looks even better than when I got it new. Vitally is a nice and honest guy, he will tell you the true and what is best for you. I honestly would recommend them 100%. I had to go again after my 4 wheels got stolen from my 2016 camaro (the car was all bended underneath) and couple of my rotors were damaged. Again Vitally an his team did an amazing job and left my car absolutely impecable and looking brand new. They are the best place in mass to get you car fixed.
