So happy to use Boston Body Works to repair my car after a minor accident. Dominic and his team got my car in and finished quickly. It looked like brand new and was immaculate inside and out.

Boston Body Works has come through for us more than once. We have found them to be extremely well run, talented at their craft, and very easy to talk to/get notifications from regarding our car being repaired. This last time, we were hit by another car, and they took the time to listen to us and our concerns, down to even touching up existing small scratches on the car to make it look almost new when they were repainting the damaged/repaired areas. The car was also fully detailed inside and out when we picked it up. I would highly recommend them.

Not only are the results great but the service is AMAZING! I was treated with such respect and courtesy, that made the time there, that much more pleasant! I also took note on how clean and up to date their shop is. I will definitely be coming back!

Boston Body Works did an amazing job repairing the bumper of my 2019 Honda Oddessy. The the car looks brand new inside and out. The young lady that called to take my credit card information was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Brought my car which needed bumper replacement to another shop and was skeptical about their pricing. Pat and his crew did the job for hundreds less, and my car looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier!

Worse introduction ever. I came today to get some repairs done obviously and right from the start a bad experience for me. Sergei Udin was his name, Sergei come out the office and instead of good old fashion professional customer service by first introducing himself. He looks at me and just says come on. As though Im not worth such professionalism. I bit my tongue and thought maybe I can be the bigger person. So I introduced myself and put out my hand as if to shake his in a proper greeting. He turned his head toward the desk and grabbed a business card and gave it to me. Like everything I need to know is on the card. Well great customer service isnt. This may seem silly but to experience it would give great understanding. I denied their services from this alone and took my business elsewhere. First impression speaks volumes!

My estimate and the contact with my insurance company by BBW was performed efficiently, the assistance I received with the accident repair process was very helpful, one of the techs (I wish Id gotten his name) fixed my license plate before I was even an official customer and the work was completed in a most timely manner. The icing on the cake was that when I picked up my car it had been detailed by Alex! It looks so shiny and smells wonderful, just like when my car was brand new! First time car owner and busted a tire. Came to this body shop instead of a tire shop because I did not know better. But these guys were great, switch in the spare tire for me, told me where to go next (tire shop), and taught me how to switch tire in the future in case of emergency. And they have me their time without charging me. Wonderful and really helpful guys, Im sure you will have a good experience for your actual body shop needs.

Phenomenal! Patrick (owner) and Dona (receptionist) were super friendly and professional. All other staff I interacted with were sweet and polite too. Delivery was one day instead of two and my car looked perfect, both inside and outside, when I picked it up. Would recommend this place any day.

Sergei did an awesome job fixing my door handle and glove compartment. The job price came in less than what was quoted after determining certain parts were not needed to be replaced and were still usable and functional. I’m glad I came here!

I have brought my car there for body work after an accident and recently when my window that would not go up...Patrick and his staff were phenomenal. Patrick is super friendly and we talked almost the whole time my car was being fixed. Plus he saved me a few hundred dollars by recommending to buy my own part and then bring my car back in to have them fix the window. Great response time, great service on battery issue. Found battery fully charged, terminal mount was loose, and a wire left disconnected by dealer. Had me on the road within 5 minutes!

Believe me I shopped around. I was given a fixed price and Pat kept it that way no surprises when I picked up my car. Sergei provided me with excellent accurate updates on the status of my vehicle. Added bonus I believe the car was cleaned and detailed. Very honest. I brought my car in after an uninsured driver backed into my bumper. They cleaned and polished 95% of the damage away at no charge.

Great service, friendly staff. I had a problem with my horn almost a year after I had body work done on my car there. They fixed it no questions asked. Every car service should be like this, quick and painless.

I dont normally write reviews, but their incredible work and customer service deserves my time to make their work known. First of all, the estimated time by my insurance, and other places to fix the car is 4 days. They finished it in one day... One Single Day! Meticulously done too. Their work made the car look like brand new, inside and out; they made sure the interior is dustless, and washed the outside. Great work! I will come back if I ever get hit again, though not something that Im looking forward to...

This place is great! The people are nice, friendly and professional. Sergei is awesome and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The cost was exactly what they said it was going to cost. It is so great to be able to take someone and the company that they represent at face value. He is now going above and beyond and referring me to a trusted mechanic in the area to have my suspension fixed. I hope I do not need it again, but if need be I will definitely return and I would definitely recommend this shop. (I do have to say though that when the older woman came out from the back office to reprimand and quite frankly needlessly bicker with the nice woman working at the front desk, speaking down to her in a degrading tone was quite unprofessional and should have been handled in private.)

Patrick and Victor both are very helpful gentlemen to help repairing my rear bumper, the price isnt ideal but the quality is indeed satisfied that the paint is exactly the same with the original and even gave me a car wash after it.

Auto Spa did a nice job detailing my Acura MDX. The person who greeted me was friendly, and he even upsold me to getting an interior detail on top of the daily deal for exterior detailing that I had bought. The job was done on time and met my high standards.I took off one star because the location was a little out of the way and up a big hill, so not as convenient as it could be.
