I love this place seems like I always have what I need theyre very helpful anytime I need something that I have trouble they can fix it theyre great!

I went in looking for a engine air filter. Online it said they had some. Well when I went to the store they didn’t have the one I needed on the shelf I went up to register to see if they had it some place else. The Hispanic woman that helped me first was pretty rude and didn’t help me at all. I stepped away and then the man in their helped me. While I was talking to him a customer said he would checked my filter for me and we went out to my car and he popped my hood pulled my old one out and boom the young man found one in the back that was the same size and I checked out. The customer who was in there for something else even helped me put in back on my engine. Thank you to the customer and worker who helped me! God bless you too!

Went to 2 auto parts store before this one, these guys had what I needed. They were way busy but took the time to help me get the part I needed quickly and courtesly. I will go back

Went to exchange a part this morning and soon as I walk in and went to the the register the short man behind the desk act like he didnt see me stand there and as I stand there another guy seen me and didnt say anything until the black guy came way from the back and said can I help you thats when Mr. Anthony got in front of him and said what can I help you with. I told him the part did not fit my car. He said well thats the only part I have for you. I told no you dont give me the other part she had should me a different one when I was here last. He went and got it. After the exchange he threw my receipt on the counter and just walked away the guys in OReilly need some more customer service training cause Mr.Anthony was very rude. And I will not do any more business with Bossier OREILLY on Benton road again.

Close to the house so they are convenient. A bit higher than most other places on most items. But they are .2 miles from me. And if its wrong part or just decide u dont need it they have no problem refunding. Friendly staff and prompt service.

This particular location is conveniently located next to my gym. The employees have always been knowledgeable and helpful every time that Ive been here. I had to order a tool once and the lady who worked there that helped me was very helpful and knew her stuff. I prefer OReillys over the other stores. Their website is easy to use as well.

If your ever in need of quality parts quickly. Go to this location ask for Big Damien or any of his staff, that are all very knowledgeable. Most parts are in stock and can be delivered.

Do not go to this store unless you want to be RIPPED OFF.....I bought a kit for my vehicle only to find it was incomplete.When I called to the store, I was told by Kyle they could help me with the proper documentation.As I proceeded to the store I was told by Kyle and Dustin, that they could not help me with the missing parts; that are clearly labeled on the box. But no part ! I was told I had to pay more money for a part I was already supposed to get.

A few weeks ago I ordered a part for my car and it arrived but when I put it on it is not the correct one and I called to see if there could be a change for the correct part and they told me that if they would change it only that I would have to pay more for it and when I got to the store they told me no and it was all over now what am I supposed to do with the piece I mean throw it away Im so sad I like to go shopping at their stores but Im disappointed

This morning I needed a windshield wiper fluid cap. As I walked in, Georgia was very welcoming and genuine. She hurried to assist me and casually talked with me as she rang me up. As I headed to my next destination, the phone rang. Georgia called to let me know I dropped my debit card on the way out. Not only was she great to me while I was there, she went above and beyond after I left the store. This means EVERYTHING that she helped me out even after leaving the store. Top notch customer service means the world to me. 100% dedicated to you now because of her service. Thank you!!!!

This is a smaller store but has most everything youll need. The staff was friendly and helpful and didnt talk to me like I had never been in an autoparts store before *cough* AutoZone *cough*. One of the workers even offered to help me take my stuff to my truck since I was holding my 1yo son. Also, if youre looking for full synthetic oil they have multiple brands and viscosities including Royal Purple.

Ordered from another oReilly and got the part got home. It was the wrong part. Went back to the oReilly ordered from and they said it was the wrong part. They mixed up a number and wasted so much time that I could be fixing my car then running back and forth from store to store.

Employee named Myron went out of his way to check both my batteries in my truck and installed a new battery for me to replace a bad one. Really appreciate good customer service.

Not gonna try and make them sound like the greatest parts store around, but I have been happier with them than I ever have with Auto Zone or Advanced auto parts. They seem to carry a little more trustworthy parts... At least to me. But if ya want the best around, I prefer ABC auto parts or Napa... Have never gone wrong going to either of those, but I dont think they will rent you specialty tools like Oriley or Auto Zone does.

Great customer service

Will never use them again. They put a battery in my car and Ive been having problems every since then. Took my car back up there cause I had a warrenty on it still had to pay for a new battery after the man who worked there lied to me and said that I needed more cold apps or something like that and if I got a battery with more apps it wouldnt fit in my car. I had to tell him I knew that wasnt true before he would look on the computer for a different battery for my car. When they put the the first battery in my car it would move around. I had a cover around my battery the guy who put my battery in the first time couldnt get it back on and so he told me I didnt need it and puts it in the garbage. Calling the head office was a joke they didnt do anything to help. Wish I could give them no stars.
