Richard and his staff have always provided great help for me across numerous projects. From recommending tools needed or a better part option(oem or not) I enjoy bouncing ideas off of them! Will def keep shopping here.

I called to get a battery and they said they had one and then when I got there it was the wrong one. So the young man got his charger and jumped off my vehicle so I could leave. Nice service but not knowledgeable about vehicle. They did not use my VIN number to identify what type of transmission that is in the vehicle like the place I went to afterwards. Nice service though...and was going to install the battery for free.

I shop NAPA in N Bossier always. Richard is the most helpful employee I believe I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond to always ensure the customer is satisfied. Great place for auto parts.

Very good service! I appreciate him looking up my break pass. Unfortunately, the breaks I needed were drum brakes. But he was very nice and contacting other stores to get what I needed.

My absolute favorite auto-parts store in the Shreveport-Bossier area. Staff is knowledgeable. Store is clean and reasonably well stocked. They had everything I needed for a full brake job, and every fluid flush and fill on my 2004 Ford F150 Heritage.

Everyone in the store was helpful. Had everything I needed in stock. Great place to do business with.

I dont go to Napa Auto Parts very often that proves they have the best price of the best parts and the best knowledgeable people

Rude and horrible customer service. We wont ever go back. The salesman was a young white guy that was very unprofessional!! Wouldnt help us with the parts we needed but would help the other white guy that came in.

I had just got out of the doctors office and found that my windsheild wipers had broke and it was raining like crazy and thank goodness I found this Napa store across the street and the nice man working the counter fixed me right up. He found what I needed and even put them on for me. I was so worried about driving home in the rain. He saved my life. Thank you Napa man.
