Although, they’re not the best at giving updates, they’re more than willing to answer questions when you give them a call. They also promptly fixed the issues that I had with the repair done on my truck. Nice people.

Job was done great. During the time they had my car I could call and they were very polite and explained what was going on.

Used this place because my insurance Had it as one of my repair shop options on my claim. Had them replace my front bumper on my Honda Accord. They didnt put any bumper clips on the bottom of the bumper. I came in with front fender liners and left without any (dont know what they did with them). No telling whats missing behind the bumper but based on the the things missing on the outside Im sure they cut corners inside as well. Wouldnt recommend this place if you are expecting them to fix it with 100% of the parts

Had my truck for 8 days on a one day job (there words)after I had to schedule a 2 week away date to drop it off. They then returned my truck with black stuff all over my seets. It was absolutely filthy. There was a film of dust inside my vehicle from where I can assume the doors were left off for a week..Ill never go back.

I dropped my new 2020 Silverado off on a Tuesday afternoon to have rail dust removed. The said it would be ready within a day. Wednesday morning around 10:40, I was informed my vehicle was ready. When to pick up my vehicle and they haven’t done any work to it. The following Friday I drove by the shop and see my vehicle parked in the parking lot. I immediately called and was told they were working on my vehicle at the time I placed my call. I call out the lady on the other end of the line that she was lying to me, because I just drove by and seen my vehicle in the parking lot. The following Tuesday I went to the shop and asked if my vehicle was ready. I was told yes and it was ready on Monday, but I was not contacted. I ranted to the guy who told me my vehicle was ready. He replied if I was satisfied with the work that was done I could take my vehicle and they weren’t going to do any more work for me or my vehicles again. I was unable to check to see if the rail dust was removed due to all the shop dust on the vehicle. I am very dissatisfied with their customer care and the lack of regard of cleaning my vehicle after work was done on it.

Repaired 09/2020My truck was damaged in Hurricane Lurah. Tyler and his team did a great job of repairing the dents and dings. They were on time and great to deal with. It takes a lot to make me write a review so you should definitely consider them for your repairs too.I inspected the work they did and couldn’t find any alignment issues or paint discrepancies. My truck looks brand new again.

Easy to communicate with, they picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off for me, fixed my hail damage in a timely manner, and also aired up my tires and cleaned the inside of my car. Wonderful experience and I will use them in the future if needed.

This is a great body shop! They were very professional and the body techs did a great job on repairing my SUV quickly. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Plus they even fought my insurance company to get everything my vehicle needed from the factory, not aftermarket parts. Since I have 2 teens driving now, I’ll definitely be using them for all of my family’s body shop needs! Thanks Red River Collision!

I had my vehicle repaired here and the attention to detail is lacking. My car still isn’t repaired correctly and they will not return my calls or take care of the issues. Even though they say they used OEM parts I don’t believe they did. My hatch is misaligned, my bumper has a large gap so I’d assume a piece is missing. Even the logo is not straight. I will have to pay my deductible to my insurance company (since I was rear ended and this shop isn’t on anyone’s preferred shop list) to have the issues addressed at another body shop.

I wouldnt let them work on nothing theyll but used parts instead of new part, they lie lie, and then lie some more. Paint doesnt match original paint. They took 5 months to fix our truck. I have never met so many liars in my lifetime. CheapCheap,cheats,cheats. The only reason they got 1 star is so i could comment. Sorry excuse for a business!!!!! Communication was not a strong point at all. Professional at passing the buck.

I was astonished at this body shop’s customer service, in the time my car was done (even with major damage), and how truthful they are. I’m quite familiar with car shops and these guys goes above and beyond to save you money and to make sure your insurance isn’t messing you over! My car was ready in 4 days compared to other body shops keeping my wife’s car for 3 weeks plus and when I arrived my car was cleaned and buffed. I was informed they are under new ownership also, these are good people and wouldn’t think of taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience with there new location at the former Red River Chevrolet body shop located at the Red River Chevrolet dealership. I had recently gotten my car repaired by the former Red River body shop but had some gap and fitment issues and was told to bring the car back once Red River Collision Center took over because they were in transition of taking over the location. Brought the car back and was told I would hear something in a few days on the status of the car. Well almost 2 weeks go by and I havent heard anything so I drop by and as I enter the shop Im told that the General Manager has been trying to contact me but I never received a call, text, or email and they have all of my contact information. So they tell me that they made adjustments to the car and it still didnt look right to them after comparing it to another vehicle of the same model and I looked at it and agreed I was not satisfied so they said they would try again and text me when theyre done. So a few more days go by and I receive the pictures in a text of the second attempt and it looks the same so I give the General Manager a call and he says to call the insurance company so they could come inspect the vehicle and reopen the claim which I gladly agreed to do. So after the insurance company inspects the vehicle they agree to reopen the claim and they inform me that the General Manager is waiting on me for the go ahead to repair. Go ahead???? Thats why the vehicle is there so it can be repaired. So we conference call the General Manager and he is like we can make another attempt or we can send it to our other shop in Henderson, Texas. I say just repair the vehicle here or at the other location. Another 2 weeks pass and I havent heard anything from them so I just go pick the vehicle up and it is in worse shape than it was before I took it there then he tells me they did all they could do and thats that!!!!! So I said you all could have gotten in touch with me and told me you couldnt fix it or didnt want to fix it even do the insurance company reopened the claim. And to add insult to injury my car had some water damage inside of the trunk and I brought that to his attention as well. He ask me what did I want him to do about it ??? Are you serious??? I told him to rectify the situation any way possible so he agrees to detail the vehicle or better yet why dont I take it to get detailed but call him first to let him know how much the bill would be.... and then he changes his mind and tells me to just tell the insurance company because he doesnt want anything to do with it. OMG you have to be kidding me is this how they treat customers??? Oh yes I was informed that I was NOT a customer. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place by all means. Red River Chevrolet is a good dealership but if they cant a better body shop to do their repairs for them they will lose alot of business.
