I have known Danny and dealt with him for over 10 years because of the type of work I do but I had never used his services. I recently took my car to get a hood and bumper painted because the clear coat was peeling. His prices were the lowest in town and I felt he was giving me the best deal possible because I had gotten other estimates prior to contacting him. I must admit that it did take a while to get the car back because of the snow storm .It also took a little longer because the color was hard to duplicate,specially with the cloudy days when colors appear a different shade in sunlight and temperatures in the 20s. Danny painted the hood and bumper 3 times and still was unable to match it so he went above and beyond by painting the fenders and blending the paint so the color would match. He is an honest man because even though he had to do more work he was still able to stay within budget.The wait was definitely worth it because now I cant tell the difference between the new and old paint.Im very satisfied with the work and I highly recommend him. In the future I will use him again.GOOD WORK AT A LOW PRICE.Thank you Danny.

Great shop all around. I had a pretty time-consuming project, and the guys there really took care of me and worked hard on it. Sometimes it can take them a while depending on if you have a project vs an insurance claim, but they take pride in their work and dont want to give you a bad product. I was even able to give one of them (Darren) my cell and hed take pictures of what they were working on that day and text them to me. Pleasure to work with, highly recommended.

Im a long time customer which unfortunately for me means Ive had many accidents. That said, Danny has always given me a great price and does excellent work. Thats with 4 total repairs. Each one made the vehicle look like it had originally. Great work here.

Poor paint job from this guy. Buyer beware!!!! The clear coat peeled off after only 1 year. I took it back to him and he said he would fix it for $$. Paid almost 3k for the worst job ever.

Danny is an honest businessman. If he says he can do something he does it! I have used D& L a few times and each and everytime the work is flawless. I am a very picky customer and can be had to please. That being said, they have never let me down.

This guy had my vehicle for 4 months to replace a windshield and a front bumper!!! The people that work at the shop stole valuables from my vehicle and the repair job was TERRIBLE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

It took 5 months to get my car back only to have problems with it. The owner is friendly and I hate leaving bad reviews, but 5 months of insurance payments with no car is not an option in this business without a warning. I can live with the runs in the paint, torn floor mats, and even going over the estimate a bit, but waiting 5 months for sub par work is not acceptable. They put on zip ties when it was taken back from us discovering a part rattling when it was picked up. Bolts are missing out of my hood when I lifted it up, and the 2 left are loose causing the hood to go everywhere. Holes for the door seals were filled in, and the seal fell off after a few days. They left their tools in my trunk. Dealing with D and L was a horrible experience!

Paint job was good but they did not fix everything they were supposed to. They rigged a lot of it so i had problems afterwards, as well as, they took things apart they shldnt have and didnt fix that either. Horrible job done to my car!

So I took my 2016 Nissan Altima here for what i thought would be a minor repair. I should first say that I am not from shreveport I had driven my car that I hadnt had for more than 2 months down there and while driving on Airline Dr as I was unable to avoid a piece of wood in the road and ended up running it over and it flew up and hit my rear passenger door. I was on such a time constraint to get back to NC I had to base my choice of repair shops in Shreveport off previous reviews, plus the damage was very minor. I had a scrape and 2 small dents. I looked around online looking for a shop and read the reviews. I picked this place because I figured a mom and pop shop would take better car of my car than a major chain would. I took my car to this place on 4 May and immediately had to go out of town for a test so I let my friends take care of the details. I should say the repair was in a timely manner I picked it up on 6 May but that must have been because it was done so bad!. I will say they got the dents out but did a horrible paint job.I should mention that I had been communicating with Javier and was not told until afterwards that they did not accept card at that time so I had to give them cash and received no receipt.I paid $300 for the repair at D&L was unable to see how bad it was until i got back to Charlotte, NC and took it to a detailing place in NC because magically I had scratches on my trunk from when it was dropped off at D&L and my drivers mat was filthy when I got in the car caked with mud. So anyways when I got back to NC I took it to a detailer to spruce it up and have a wax and detail, instead of a one day job it has turned into a 4 day job. The detailer in NC was shocked at how bad of a paint job D&L did. There was overspray all over my car that has taken the detailer 3 days to get off. They literally had to scrape my windows from the paint fumes, then he showed me the pockets of paint that were present in addition, he stated that it looked like they painted and didnt bother to polish and just did an overall sub par paint job and he said that was put nicely. He even told me down take the cheap way out on car repair which I didnt because I would have gladly paid $500 and up for this repair it just so happened I took it to a shi*** place. So now I have to pay the detailer $400 to correct this nightmare on top of the $300 i paid D&L. I should have just gone somewhere else. Steer clear!

Ignore the cluttered shop. They do great work!
