Donβt bring your vehicle here if you want communication and a timely repair. Itβs been 38 days since I dropped my vehicle off and I believe it sat there for 8 days before an updated quote for work was sent to the insurance dept. I was given a couple of target completion dates and all have fallen through with no real explanation. Thereβs always some other issue. It was being painted and then thereβs parts they are waiting for and now the parts that were received are damaged... Iβm now without a vehicle because my rental policy is up (30 days). I understand they may be busy but if youβre so busy you canβt finish work in a timely manner, maybe stop taking new claims until you get caught up. Again, donβt bring your vehicle here if you expect timely service and clear communication. You never get any information. You have to call or email them for an update. On a positive note, the lady who answers the phone is very kind and tries to help. My Insurance adjuster said this was supposed to be a 4 day job end now itβs been 38 days... I should have read the reviews before choosing this place because this seems to be the norm...

Took my truck here to have the hail damage repaired. Was informed by the shop that it would take 3-6 weeks for job completion and I would be notified periodically of the repair progress. The only way I received updates was to reach out and call them. The shop did not willingly call as expected. Not sure if that was due to being overwhelmed by multiple jobs or not remembering to call. Definitely disappointed in that aspect of my experience. As far as the work performed, the truck looks great. All dings and dents have been repaired and the paint looks great. Would be five stars if the office staff is able to keep the customers a bit more informed of the work being performed by providing that progress report. Maybe setting calendar reminders to call at specific intervals.
Repairs look good. Based on what the hail damage did it looks like a new truck. There were a few issues at pickup, the battery wouldnt hold a charge. Maybe after sitting for a month it just decided to bow out gracefully. I purchased a new one. My windshield wipers were operating in reverse. I turned around and they quickly corrected that. Later on that evening I noticed my fog lights wouldnt come on when I press the button to activate them. I went back 16 Jul, I called, they were prompt in coming out and pulling my truck to the back shop, within minutes they were pulling back around. There was a loose connection. Overall Im pleased with the service I received and would recommend AutoBody Express. If I need repairs I would return. Thank you all.
Iβve had two of my three vehicles repaired from a severe hail storm a few months back. My third vehicle is scheduled for next week. When they are done, itβs like the storm never happened.No one else in the Shreveport/Bossier/ Benton area that I would trust with my Tesla, Dodge Charger Daytona, and Mopar β16 Ram Rebel. First of all - once I was able to speak with and work with the manager (Josie) I had better communication from her than from any others in this shop. I believe she genuinely tried to help me.This process took a full six weeks from when I brought it in on the specific day that the shop told me to bring it. ( Initial review at shop 4/30, second review 5/26 - drop of appointment 6.10 - final completion 7.22.2020After my drop off on 6.10 I heard nothing until a phone message from Payton on 6/19 that they were working on it.I called on 6/30 (having heard nothing else) and Payton said he would check and call me right back.On 7.2 I went to the shop since Payton never called me back - Met Josie and she said it should be done in a few days.Got a phone message on 7.7 that the work should be done by 7.10Went to pick up on 7/10 and there was incomplete work on the hood. Josie said they would repaint hood and should be done sometime the next week.Called on 7.16 and left message for an update - no call returned.7.17 Josie called that is was done and I arranged for pickup on Monday 7.20On 7.20 - discovered a section of the hood where, according to Josie, the Primer did not take, and they would need to repaint the hood again. Said it would be ready sometime the next week.On Wednesday 7.22 ( a full six weeks since I dropped it off on the date that Auto Body Express told me to bring it in - I was able to finally get my vehicle with satisfactory work completed.My real issue is with the lack of communication from the employees (no calls returned, going for weeks with no information) and with the apparent in attention to detail from the workers. I had to send this back twice for things that were not done correctly the first time. It is my considered opinion that in these cases - one of three things happened and none are acceptable to me:1. no one looked carefully at the repair work before they told me it was ready,2. someone saw that it was incorrectly done and sent it on hoping I would not notice, or3. someone saw it was done incorrectly, decided they did not care and just moved on.Again, I appreciate the effort of the manager but the inattention to detail by the employees and the obvious lack of communication with me from this shop makes it highly unlikely that I will ever use them again or recommend that anyone I care about ever use this shop either.
Very nice staff, which is the only reason this place gets a star from me. When I dropped off my car I was given a projected completion date as they couldnβt give us an exact one which I totally understand, however throughout the original two weeks it was supposed to be there I kept getting guaranteed updates that it would be complete by the date that was projected, however at no time was there any vocal communication between myself or anyone who worked there until the day I called to see what time I could pick up my car I was then told it would be another few days as they gotten a broken part which wouldnβt have been a big deal if they had called me first, once they gotten the part me and my wife went up there to pick up the car and was AGAIN told it wasnβt ready, and I can honestly say Iβve never been more upset or stressed out than when dealing with this βprocessβ I will say that every interaction we did have with the staff they were beyond friendly even when I had lost my patience with them.

The body work was excellent but after my car was there over a month, I was not too happy. Received no phone calls on updates and had to call manager and ask what was going on with my car. It was finished after a month and a half. I guess with a good car job, I believe I can wait.Just need to communicate more!!

Took my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to be repaired from a accident. I was satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. I just wish they wouldve communicated with me better, other than me always having to contact them about the progress. Overall they are a good company to repair your vehicle!!

I brought my vehicle in for hail damage and it was repaired in less than a week which was awesome. Though, upon inspecting it when I got home, I noticed one of the dents is still slightly visible. I also would have appreciated an explanation of the repairs that were made instead of just a print out of the parts and labor. For $3,100 between myself and my insurance company, I expected a little better.
They are great to work with. We always feel well taken care of. And the car looks great. Also was completed one week early, which made the wife very happy!

The team that dose the manual labor and painting do an outstanding job I had my truck in your twice and only saw one spot where there was a little bit of dust in the paint. Called two weeks ago and asked if I could get my vehicle in to get some hail damage repairs. The woman I talked to asked if I could send them a copy of the estimate which I did and she said she would get back to me. Its been two weeks and I have yet to get a call back or an email. I called another company who was attentive and understanding and made me an appointment. I wouldnt take any business to Autobody Express if they treat all their customers they way I was treated...or actually ignored and forgot.

Excellent communication and service! I never had to worry or wonder what was going on with my vehicle that was being repaired. They kept me in formed on every phase of the repair. I never had to call them. My vehicle was actually finish before their estimated date. The office workers are very polite and friendly. Christine was an awesome help through the repairs. When I picked my vehicle up Christine went through every detail of what to do and what not to do. She was very informative. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of repair.

This is the second time using Autobody Express and I must say, this time around nothing was Express about my service here. I was without a vehicle for over a month and a half and the communication was horrible. An appointment was set for my initial consultation. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, at that moment called in to make aware that I had made it.. After waiting for over an hour and a half for someone to come out; and seeing other people getting serviced that had arrived after me, I called in to see what was the hold up. After letting the receptionist know how long I was waiting, she chuckled and stated, youve been waiting that long, let me get you someone. Shortly after calling in my representative, Julia came out. At that point, It was clear that I was forgotten about.After accessing my vehicle we set a drop off date for August 24th. On September 24th (still without a vehicle) I received a phone call stating that hopefully my vehicle would be ready by the 30th..Prior to picking my vehicle up I received a phone call stating that I would need a new battery. Being that none of the work done was electrical, I called my representative back on 2 different days and left a voicemail to get a better understanding on why I would need a new battery. I never received a call back.I picked my vehicle up on October 9th and finally the battery situation was brought up but by that time I was over it and no longer felt like a valued customer.Although the work on my vehicle looks great, because of the poor customer service I will never refer anyone to this establishment.

The body work that was performed on my car was second to none too! My car was brand new and Id only had it a few months when someone hit it. This was an authorized repair shop for USAA insurance. I scheduled two of my three vehicles to get repaired from a hail storm at the same time and would bring the other in a a later date. We got the first vehicle back in about two weeks. While inspecting their repairs we noticed that they put gouges in the front fenders of my wifeβs 2020 Jeep that we only had for 4 months. They replaced the hood but the fire liner on the under side was ripped and not all the fasteners were replaced. The bolts for the hood had paint chipped off of them from the installation. When they replaced the Jeep lettering and the trailblazer emblem they were too lazy to remove the old material the held them on and added double sided tape and now they do not sit flush with the Jeep as they previously did. The antenna was removed for some reason and the bracket was damaged and not repaired. Still waiting two weeks later for them to have these additional repairs done.Today I went pick my truck up and had similar problems. Paint from where they had to do the conventional repair and paint had very noticeable runs. Once again under the hood had damage from the hood replacement. I guess they donβt think the customer is going to look under there. The hood looked worse with all the swirls in the paint than it did with the hail damage. Still had hail damage on the roof. One spot that was repaired now had a mountain were there once was a valley from the hail. For some reason they removed the bed of my truck and cut around the Bed liner were bolts holding the bed are. They left the cut pieces in the bed and didnβt have the bed liner repaired leaving expose metal. The window rain guard that was damaged did not match the other three. I guess three black and one smoke is acceptable. The inside of the vehicle had trash from the repair shop. Half full water bottles and various papers from the repair shop.I highly recommend not using this place for vehicle repairs. They donβt do the quality of work they advertise. I will be taking the third vehicle to another repair shop!

In the days where good customer service is sometimes hit and miss, these people have it down!I could not have been more pleased or impressed. From the minute I dropped my car off, to the time I picked it up, the service was outstanding. I really appreciated the text messages every few days updating me on the progress of the work being done. My car was ready a day earlier than estimated and looks awesome!

I have been waiting on my truck for a month. First they blame it on a late delivery for parts. Then its Moseleys Tires fault because they didnt put the new wheel on, now its because after a month they finally notice that my tire is messed up from the accident. How did you not know that when you took the tire off to repair the suspension? So now I have to wait for a new tire to be ordered.On top of all those issues, the communication is horrible. I have called several times a day just to be told that they will call me back and it never happens. I suppose I will follow up once I finally get my truck back.
I dropped my vehicle on 7/23 after they delayed my drop off date by two days so I figured ok they must have done that so mine would be started on when it was dropped off instead of waiting those extra two days, rented a vehicle for a month bc I figured it would be sometime before mine would be repaired. So we fast forward three weeks and Iβm four days before rental is scheduled to be returned I figured better check on my vehicle so when I call a rude woman answered (very short in responses) which was a hint about the coming issue. She tells me after placing me on hold that Josie would return my call within the day for an update I received a generic text message 6 hours later after their business hours so I couldnβt call in that my vehicle was headed to paintless dent repair and Iβm thinking what?!? Three weeks of having my vehicle and zero communication from Autobody Express and then only when I call do I get a response itβs apparent these people donβt care about customer service and Iβll definitely be talking with USAA about the service of this βpreferredβ repair shop bc I donβt think USAA is aware of the lack of communication and professionalism thatβs occurring at the Bossier City Autobody Express location, if youβre reading this donβt let the nice building fool you bc thatβs just lipstick on the pig. Also I noticed βresponseβ from owners in this section about not having contact information well my first name is Aron and the vehicle is a 2018 F150 Lariat Crewcab 4x4 Iβm positive thereβs only one of those in your system and you can call me anytime to discuss you business dealings or lack there of with me

They had my car for 5 weeks. The car was not ready on 6/9 as I was told, I had to call multiple times a day to find out when it would be finished. They still did not get all the hail damage finished. They scrathed the roof witch they had to buff out before I left. Thw window tint is scratched now and a clip on my windshield wiper missing. I understand that they are overwhelmed with hail damaged cars but for $9000 and having my car for 5 weeks i expected to be well informed and the job done right.

This was the worst service experience Iβve ever had. No one called me with an update throughout the three weeks I had my car. I had to call them for updates. They only sent automated texts saying βweβre on trackβ. I called twice for the service manager to call me back and she never did. I was told my car would be completed today at 4, and it is now 4:45 and Iβm waiting for it at a dealership a mile away. My car was taken to another dealership and no one informed me. AutoBody express closes at 5, and had I not showed up at 4, I would not have known anything was going on. Now I have to clean the window paint off of my car myself. Ridiculous.
Service, personnel, courtesy, facilities, & communication were the very best I have ever experienced. My only complaint is that they r so good, I had to wait sevetal weeks to get into their facility. Not being a patient person, this was a little bit if a priblem, but the wait was more than made up for by all the other positive things I experienced. They misdelivery of my Venza by 3 weeks.On their first delivery attempt the paint color was incorrect.My venza was pulling to the left.And my VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) and or my TRAC (Traction Control) warning lights came on my dashboard.After I waited 3 more weeks for a total of 6 weeks.The color match was better not grate but acceptableMy venza still was pulling to the leftAnd the next day the warning lights came on again for my VSC and or my TRAC.Finally after Harvey Toyota figure out what was wrong with my venza I had to purchase one new tire. With this correction now both new tires in the front my venza is operating correctly.

The service before dropping my car off was great. Friendly staff, they seemed to want to go above and beyond in the beginning. Iβm sadly disappointed the way the car was presented to me after the car was repaired. They brought my car to me with a flat tire, later found out there was a nail in it and I had to have it patched. I have the tire receipt for that. There was glue residue left in a few places around the bumper. But the most disappointing part are the black marks on my white interior. I asked Mr. Staten to be mindful that my interior was white and he assured me they would take care of it. I reiterated my concerns to Coy when he would call to give me updates. Coy said he would personally make sure the car was clean when I picked it up. There are also scuff marks in the black plastic on the driver seat. My car is only five months old with 6,600 miles on it. Iβm very disappointed that they didnβt cover the seats or take better care in the repair process. It upsets me that I now have to clean up after someone else work and the car is dirtier than when I brought it in. The actual repair work on the car is good and the staff is very nice and friendly. I just wish I had known prior to using them that I would have to go behind them and clean up the mess.
